Alice nodded then left the room and returned to the 1st floor.

"Orthus! Avoid!" Shouted a woman from their group.

The snake-like tail quickly charged towards the injured deemon. He had just been bounced off by the huge claws of the chimera and his body was already limp. His trembling legs were unable to stand. His pale face could only look at the head of the snake that opened its jaw wide and was ready to pounce on him. The hunter-gatherer woman who shouted earlier could only put up a shield even though she doubted whether her protector could withstand the chimera's attack or not.

When the chimera's tail almost ate it. With a shadowy step of hers, Alice had been in front of the deemon and cut off the tail of the chimera that shot towards him.

The chimera was roaring in pain. He jumped back and looked at Alice with overflowing anger. The chimera growled and showed both of its large fangs.

"Regeneration? It's gonna take a little time." Alice thought when she saw the wound on the tail of the chimera was no longer bleeding even the tail was seen to slowly return.

"Don't think about buying time." Alice said then she floated a wave of Qi slashes to disrupt the monster's recovery.

Alice then moved very quickly near the chimera. He coated his spear with Qi. This time, Alice did not use a sword. According to him, a little more efficient to keep distance with the tail that always protects the chimera.

The hunters who saw it were amazed. The woman in front of them looked like she was dancing. His movements were so graceful yet deadly. A rare sight they had never seen before. Alice's smooth and sharp movements were very different from the spear users they had encountered all along.

After firmly brushing off the tail, Alice floated her attack and continued to repeat like that. From the eyes of the hunters who saw it, there were sparks as the spear and tail pitted against each other.

The chimera stomped its feet firmly to the ground to force Alice to retreat. Puncture wounds and scratches had already filled his body. Even with the power of his regeneration, the chimera was already seen huffing. Just a little more, Alice thought.

A huge dragon materialized from his Qi density. The dragon was so long and shot towards the chimera. His mouth was wide open as if he was roaring and ready to devour whatever was before him. When Alice hit her spear up, the dragon flew into the sky carrying the body of the chimera inside.

The hunters stared in amazement at the figure of the woman who had just helped them.

The woman in their group shrugged both of her shoulders. "Come, we're back in town." With such circumstances, the three of them were already unable to fight anymore.

After a few months have passed. The Strongfort family had not made any progress on Alice's whereabouts. Iris as a student of the magic tower can only hope for one last person who is called as the greatest witch in the kingdom of Solis. He was Gandalf Castellum, his teacher and owner of the magic tower.
