They watched Lan You Nian struggle which crawled from bottom to top.

Elysia chuckled, she looked at Xiao Mei with twinkling eyes due to the girl's adorable little cheeks in her eyes. It felt like he wanted to pinch both cheeks especially when he was chewing his food.

Years pass so quickly. Xiao Mei who followed Alice back, had finally gained a position as an outer disciple.

As a beginner who had no talent, Xiao Mei was initially a little reluctant to join because she would only be a errand disciple. Yet Xiao Mei did not want to part from Lan You Nian. Inevitably, like it or not, Xiao Mei decided to enter and survive in the sect.

Echidna smiled proudly. Elysia clapped her hands.

They think that in this life, their mama/mom gets a happy ending. But all that hope and fun was dashed in the blink of an eye as Qin Ao Shuang and Lin Zhou Yun embraced affectionately before Lan You Nian.

After they stabbed Lan You Nian, Qin Ao Shuang laughed with a condescending look. He clung to Lin Zhou Yun like a pair of lovers.

"Baj**an-Baj****this! They all stabbed mom in the back." Echidna shouted in anger. His eyes glared at the two people. Although he shouted, what was happening before his eyes would not change.

After Lan You Nian fainted, he came to his senses and saw himself chained up. Lan You Nian looked down drowned. He had no more energy and his cultivation had been destroyed.

He was in prison in a cage tower.

The footsteps came toward him. Qin Ao Shuang showed her satisfied face as she looked at Lan You Nian's body which was full of whip scars.

Elysia and Echidna were at a loss for words. The scene of betrayal happened so suddenly. They had absolutely no idea that the people closest to Lan You Nian would betray him.

When Qin Ao Shuang breezed away accompanied by Lin Zhou Yun. Another girl came.

Lan You Nian raised his head looking at the figure that was standing wordlessly in front of him.

"It turns out.you are also.." His voice was hoarse and sounded vague. Although his vision was a bit vague but he still recognized his sister.

Disillusioned. Lan You Nian endured her bitterness and heartache. He did not shed tears but his heart screamed and thrashed with the pain that pierced him.

Lan You Nian laughed twice. "Are the feelings and everything we've ever done that nothing but mere theatrics and falsehoods?" Her speech. He breathed and then looked back.

At first Echidna and Elysia thought that Xiao Mei had come to save Lan You Nian but when she saw the girl's flat expression and cold gaze, their hands trembled.

Their eyes widened after hearing Lan You Nian's words.

Echidna screamed in anger. The voice of her little girl sounded like the roar of a dragon. Echidna glared at Xiao Mei. While Elysia shook her head while covering her mouth with her hands. Even he who was just watching could feel how much pain his mother felt at that moment.

Doesn't she love Mom that much? Why did he betray her? Whyyy?! Echidna did not believe it. He really wanted to jump and tear Xiao Mei apart.

Xiao Mei remained silent. Without a word he unsheathed his sword and stabbed Lan You Nian just like that.

Echidna could not hold back her anger. He subconsciously jumped to knock Xiao Mei down, yet his body could not touch Xiao Mei but rather penetrated through her.

"Calm down baby. It's just a picture of my memory." Alice said softly.

"But-but ma'am. Are you okay with all this? Why can you still be calm like that? Sister, student and best friend mother betray mother. They were all people that I trusted. Why would they do that?!"

Elysia also began to get carried away with emotions.

Not enough once. The two watched as Lan You Nian was stabbed countless times by Xiao Mei.

"Mama.I don't want to see her anymore...." Pinta Echidna in a soft voice.

He was really unable to see the incident.

Elysia and Echidna opened their eyes.

They both looked at Alice.

Both of them suddenly sniffled. Alice opened her arms wide. Echidna and Elysia crawl over and hug Alice.

Alice stroked the heads of the two gently. He did not think that his two daughters would cry. But I don't know why he feels calm. His heart became more convinced that his decision to tell them his past was not wrong.
