Three days later Echidna arrived at Strongfort's residence. Alice and her family have been treating their longing. Although only using magic devices and can not feel the warmth to hug each other. At least that was enough to dampen the longing after more than a year they were not together.
Daeron had fixed their teleportation tool. Thanks to her help, Alice was able to return to the continent of Regnum.
The damaged teleportation device takes Alice and Elysia to a nearby land that the elves had marked before, which they use as a place to trade with humans.
The small fortress that became their exchange was nothing more than a warehouse or meeting place. In the absence of adequate security or weaponry, the bandits eventually took over the place and forced the elves to retreat.
Helian and Daeron lowered their heads, pleading for Alice to save her brothers and sisters who had not escaped the bandits.
For almost a year they did not return. Helian was very worried about the fate of her people.
"With such a beautiful and charming face, I doubt that they will be okay." Benak Alice's.
The slavery system is still rampant in Aria, Alice guessed that they had become a slave to someone.
Based on Helian's explanation. The bandits ambushed them in the middle of the night after their transaction process was over. The elves let their guard down and thought that nothing would happen. While they were resting, the bandits began to storm the fortress. Eight or nine of them had no chance of escape and they ended up being arrested.
Before the day grew hotter, Alice and Elysia had moved to the nearby forest from the fortress.
"It seems like our arrival has been welcomed here." Alice said glancing in all directions.
The light pillar and teleportation magic circle were quite eye-catching. No wonder people would come and surround them.
Alice suspected that they were bandits who had occupied the fortress for a long time. They were still watching the place where the elves arrived.
Alice added. "I leave them to you. They were just ordinary bandits. With your strength now, I think you can defeat them, but stay alert and don't let your guard down."
Elysia took out her scythe. He twirled his scythe. "Good ma'am. Anyway, I'll just calm down." Legally.
"If they fight, you don't have to hold yourself back. But don't kill them if they give up. We need one or two useful people to get information on the whereabouts of the elves they captured."
Elysia nodded, she lifted her thumb at Alice then walked forward.
Elysia took a swing and threw her scythe on a tree far away in front of her.
The scythe spun, flew across the branches and twigs and then tore the tree trunk apart easily.
The bandit hiding behind the tree was shocked. He broke out in cold sweat as the sharp tip of the scythe almost separated his head from his body.
He fell on the ground and breathed a sigh of relief.
Elysia extended her hand to the side and the scythe returned to her grasp through the dimensional gap.
"Until when you want to hide. Wouldn't it be better if we finished this sooner. Or... how about you just leave this place. That's better than losing a life, isn't it?" Clearly with a slightly loud voice and a tone of provocation.
Elysia just didn't want to beat around the bush. He wanted to try his abilities immediately.
The bandits who were hiding started to show themselves one by one.
Three archers at three different points. The three sword users who carried shields and the other five used a pair of discs.
Elysia easily knew their position.
All the men looked at him with lustful expressions like a hot monkey. Spontaneous feathers on her back stood up, Elysia looked at them with disdain.
"I heard that the Arachmeian Empire was good at using weapons rather than magic. In addition, they also have a strange technology that they are developing to make machine puppets. I wonder what their dolls are like." Alice thought of the two discs the bandits were holding.
Arachmeia was a land far from the kingdom of Solus. They had a strong fighting force and a large territory, large enough to create an empire with several kingdoms under their lead.
Although most of Arachmeia was filled with sand, dust and mountains of rock. But they have their own natural wealth which is quite abundant. One of them is the large amount of mineral rocks.
Like no water, rocks and sand can still support them.
"There are still some of them in hiding. Watch your enemies carefully. Your opponents are human, they are clever and cunning. Unlike the monsters you've been fighting, they only move based on their instincts." Excited Alice.
Alice warned Elysia from behind so that she would not look her opponent in the eye.
He deliberately did not intervene because he wanted to see the development of his daughter. All this time they had only been training with ferocious beasts or monsters. Alice wanted to see how Elysia's ability was when fighting beings who had the same intelligence as her.
Elysia skillfully dodged left and right while moving forward.
He swung his scythe forward as the two sword users had entered within his attack range. Since they thought their opponent was just a young girl, the three sword users underestimated Elysia.
Elysia did not expect that they would be thrown away just like that. He had thought that the shield they were carrying could withstand his attack, but the bandits turned out to be very weak.
The fight ended so short it wasn't even enough to make him sweat.
The user of those discs and archers were equally weak as well.
Elysia threw her spinning scythe towards them. When they lost their guard, Elysia fired a Mana bullet and knocked down the archers.
The same tactic he did against all five users of the disc. But since they had seen Elysia's attack before, they could anticipate the Mana bullets coming towards them.
The five men moved forward. They attack by throwing discs. While keeping a safe distance, they also took turns performing a series of melee attacks.
They did not think that Elysia still had another card in her pocket.
Elysia suddenly launched a flame slash.
"Aura User?!" Said one of them with a surprised face.
"Be careful, he's an Aura user." Excited the others.
Unfortunately, the warning came too late. Elysia blasted the ground in front of their feet with dozens of Mana bullets to block their view.
They react too late. When they realized the danger was coming, Elysia had already attacked them first.
Elysia was a little disappointed. He sighed.
"Your fight is not over. Don't lower your weapon." Alice exclaimed as she sensed something moving from the ground.
Elysia grinned. What he had been waiting for finally arrived.
A large snake-shaped metal doll with two heads appeared and wanted to pounce on it.
Elysia swung her scythe at the head of the snake, but her scythe was not able to split them but simply eroded them.
"Hardly, roughly what the body of the snake doll is made of..." Elysia muttered while her weapon could not penetrate the body of the snake puppet.
With an enthusiastic expression, Elysia raised her scythe then lunged at the snake puppet. He seemed to enjoy the fight.
Elysia continued to slash at him many times, but still her scythe could only leave scratches on the body of the snake puppet.
Alice observed Elysia's fight from the side. With the sharpness of his eyes, he studied the body structure and energy patterns present in the puppet.
"The "Mana energy contained within this snake puppet was not so much. They move according to their attack and defense patterns. The moment they attacked, a large supply of energy suddenly filled the part of their body that was carrying out the attack and when defending, their body part was suddenly covered by that energy density, that makes them very hard. It's hard enough if you don't know the gap in the pattern of his energy changes." Her thought.
Alice then gave instructions to Elysia. "Coat your scythe with Mana and slash him as hard as possible."
Elysia nodded. Very simple and easy to do. "Good ma'am." Then he condensed Mana onto his sickle blade and with a large swing, Elysia managed to cut off the two heads of the snake puppet.
From a distance, the puppet user clucked in annoyance. He tried to escape but Alice immediately paralyzed his legs with sword Qi.
The puppet user fell down, he turned around and shouted in pain when he saw that one of his legs had been severed.
Alice glanced at the sky. Once again he shot the sword Qi upwards.
A stuffed bird fell from the sky. It turned out that the doll was watching them and it was also the doll that had informed them of their arrival.
Alice smiled cynically. With narrowed eyes and a sharp gaze. He turned and looked towards the fortress.
A man standing on top of the fortress tower shivered. Suddenly the cold seemed to grip the back of his neck. For no apparent reason, the buluk I was sitting on stood up from a feeling of horror.
"W-what was that? Is he looking at me? Impossible! There's-there's no way she's aware of me, is it?!"
Instantly his face paled. The man immediately called his men to prepare for alert.
