Chapter 11: Predecessor of Gate Hunter

Jack recounts the entire past events and his goals during this time to Julia. However, there is something that makes Julia curious about the incident when Jack was 15 years old.

"Jack when you're 15 does that coincide with the appearance of monsters through the gate?" asked Julia who was very curious

"It was the first time a strange monster had appeared through the gate and I managed to survive even during the Ragnarok disaster" Jack replied

Julia was silent for a moment.

Once again the Ragnarok disaster was a disaster that could not be forgotten by mankind even the predecessor of Gate Hunter continued to fight and some of them managed to survive but only a small part. During the Ragnarok disaster, many human beings fled the Ragnarok area which became a battlefield.

Jack includes Gate Hunter's predecessors who have clearly seen the Ragnarok disaster like Chen Lin's grandfather therefore in order to once again save the world, Julia must enlist Jack's help.

"Jack tell me have you ever faced Ragnarok?" julia asked with a frightened face

This is the story of when Jack realized that he had become the Gate Hunter. At the age of 15 years he traveled to various cities that have been destroyed due to monsters with the ability of Jack who can protect himself in traveling he can kill monsters that try to attack him.

During his journey there were few signs of human life but some of humanity at that time was no longer on the island that had become Ragnarok area. Jack tries to survive alone until he meets some people who have some kind of special power from where Jack lurks from afar.

The predecessors of Gate Hunter fought Ragnarok until the last blood point when Jack helped as much as possible from a distance without being noticed by them. So many sacrifices to kill Ragnarok but their efforts can only make some of Ragnarok's soul destroyed and peace for a while finally created.

The predecessors of Gate Hunter who survived the Ragnarok disaster were only four people, namely Grandpa Lin, one adult woman and adult man and Jack who had not known status as the predecessor of Gate Hunter.

After the Ragnarok disaster, the world begins to rebuild and Jack continues his journey until he meets Abbay and Lucia.

"Being the Gate Hunter at the age of 15, helps with the fight against Ragnarok and your unknown status as a possible Owl!" julia said in a serious tone

Jack remained silent.

"Now what else is that?" jack asked with a grumpy face

"Didn't it be that in the Ragnarok disaster only four people survived and one of them was the Owl who was in accordance with your circumstances!" said Julia

After Jack thought back to the youngest Gate Hunter was 15 years old and it was true that he was 15 years old when it next helped the fight against Ragnarok was himself also the conclusion of long distance reconnaissance Jack did including futile.

"Gate Hunter 15 years what's the only one in the world?" jack asked with a face of disbelief

"It was recorded in the book Gate Hunter predecessor that he was with a young colleague who was 15 years old if you do not believe please read this book!" julia said while giving Gate Hunter's book its predecessor

"This Jack is clearly you!" said Julia

Jack closes his face because he is careless in doing long-distance surveillance and in the end Jack's status now becomes very dangerous if the World Government finds out he will become unfree and a plan of revenge will become difficult.

Julia sees an opportunity to make a deal with Jack.

"Jack let's make a mutualism contract!" julia said with a smile

Sighs.

"Tell me about the contract!" ask Jack to step down with the situation

A mutually beneficial contract they both have with Julia helps Jack search for the whereabouts of a blue-eyed collector to avenge him and Jack helps Julia in stopping Ragnarok's awakening.

Julia takes time to find the existence of a blue-eye collector and Jack enters the Japanese Guild to become Julia's assistant.

Julia held an event to welcome Jack to be Julia's assistant who was also the leader of the Japanese Guild with this status Jack would be safe from the World Government.

"Julia need you to remember that I don't want to be constrained by any task other than a contract!" said Jack

Wearing a neat suit makes the women amazed at the appearance as well as the appearance of Julia that makes the men always see it.

"I know but I need your strength to protect the Japanese State when the gate appears there could be a descendant of Ragnarok!" ask Julia

 "Give me the gate that you think the success is a little anyway I need to raise the level and status of mine!" ask Jack

Julia will remember Jack's request and they both enjoy the show until it's over after Jack gets his first assignment, which is to help in completing Raid Gate Class B. There seems to be some who do not accept the existence of Jack who becomes Julia's assistant.

"Jack please help!" ask Julia sincerely

"Hmm, it looks like this raid gate will be interesting!" muttered Jack with a small smile
