"Your brother looks tired this morning" Tania said, putting a cup of coffee on his desk. Tania noticed Tommy yawning a few times.

"Have you stayed up all night? You look like you're sleep deprived, your eyes are a little black, sir," Tania said.

"Ah, no," denied Tommy. "Oh yeah Tan, do you know a place to live like an empty rented house, I want you to find one for me" Tommy told his secretary.

"I'll find it for you, sir. But if I may know what it is for?" Tania asked who was curious about it.

"Just do what I tell you to do" Tommy replied. Tania also did not want to argue with her superior.

A few hours later Tania manages to get a house for Tommy. "Good work Tan. You're the most reliable, indeed" Tommy praised his secretary.

After that, Tommy went home earlier than usual. "Cindy" cried Tommy as he entered his house. There was no answer from the person he called. When he circulated his gaze, Cindy was asleep on the sofa sitting down.

Tommy sat down slowly beside Cindy. He looked at the pretty face carefully. Eyes that have a book of pliable eyes, a macung nose although the cheeks are a little cabi but do not reduce Cindy's beauty. Then Tommy's gaze ended on the sleeping woman's red lips. He wants to kiss her, but Tommy doesn't want to lose Cindy's trust. He realized that there was no one else that the woman could rely on.

He must gain Cindy's trust to keep Cindy by his side. Then not wanting to dissolve in his desire to control Cindy, Tommy chose to wake the woman.

"Cin, wake!" Tommy wakes up slowly by shaking Cindy's arm. "Eh, I'm sorry I overslept" said Cindy who woke up.

"It's okay, it looks like you're tired after cleaning up the mess of my house," Tommy said after noticing the condition of his house that turned out to be very neat and clean.

"Thank you" said Tommy sincerely.

"I should have returned your kindness, sorry this is all I can do."

"You're not my housekeeper so don't act like this anymore, oh yeah I've found a place to stay for you, come with me, I'll bring you your things" Tommy said enthusiastically.

Then they headed to a housing that is not too broad but is very strategic and easy to find a vehicle.

"How much does the monthly rental cost?" Ask Cindy. He was afraid of not being able to pay rent per year considering that he did not have a job at this time.

"Don't think about it, now think of yourself, think about how you went through your days while you were two" Tommy said.

"Is that kid Devon's kid?" Ask Tommy later. He was actually unable to hear the truth if it was the son of Devon. But he also could not change the reality that had happened.

Cindy nodded slowly. It was a shame to admit that she was pregnant out of wedlock. "Sorry, I'm a lot of trouble for you, that's why I didn't answer your proposal, I'm not a virgin anymore." Cindy lowered her face. He could not see Tommy with both eyes.

Tommy lifts Cindy's chin. "Do I need to hold him accountable so that he will confess his flesh and blood?" Tommy asked with a trembling tone.

Cindy shakes. "My relationship with Mas Devon is over, I can't possibly hold him accountable, he won't even talk to me. I hope you keep my current pregnancy condition a secret from anyone, especially Mas Devon. I want to forget about it, I'm sure I'm capable of raising this child alone."

Cindy's tears had dripped but quickly she wiped it. Tommy looked at the hard-working woman who was sitting next to him.

"I hope you think of my offer back" Tommy asked but did not force Cindy to accept it.

"Somehow I should repay your kindness at this time, but remind me to repay it someday if I forget," Cindy said.

"You don't have to pay anything I do for you is sincere. I do have feelings for you but I attach more importance to my humanity than my ego."

From then on, Cindy was alone. Armed with her baking skills, Cindy sells birthday cakes to order.

Tommy once gave her some money but Cindy refused. Tommy also offers a job in one part of his office, Cindy also refuses. He doesn't want to rely on Tommy.

Luckily he only lives alone so the money earned from selling cakes is enough for his daily needs. His selling made Cindy save for her birth needs later.
