Ken continued to bring Lova further into this fairly large area.
Lova looked around, this beautiful looking place was so comfortable. There were how many elderly men and women walking around and walking around in this place. Someone was sitting in a wheelchair with his nurse, some were gathering while telling stories.
"This building, it used to be my home."
Lova looked directly at Ken's face. His eyes were round, not believing what he was hearing.
"This is my home that somehow others can have." Ken lowered. They stopped at a shady tree and sat on a bench under the tree.
"In this place, Alvin and I were raised. Our family lived happily until finally the craziness of papa's best friend, - uncle Juan ruined it all."
"The last day I was here was just before mom took me and Alvin hid in our house near the woods, where the house was even a witness to how the pain of the mother died at the hands of uncle Juan aka Mr. Hendrico." Ken gritted his teeth. He was still furious every time he remembered that moment.
Lova rubbed Ken's shoulder. He understood how the man felt at this moment.
"A few years ago, I found out that this house was going to be auctioned at one of the private banks. And I managed to buy at the highest price."
"The house has changed a lot, but that's okay. For me those memories will live on even if this house is no longer the same."
"I'm sad, I cry even when I'm angry every time I come here"
Ken showed his handrails in Lova's hand. "For that I hold your hand. So that I realize at this moment I will no longer be alone."
"I have you, and I should be ashamed to cry in front of you."
Lova leaned on Ken's shoulder. "Cry, My Hero."
"Those tears won't keep you low after your great struggle to get up and fight all the trauma."
"I'll be here, with you, accompanying your laughter and tears."
"Thank you, baby!"
Ken was silent for a moment. Then he went back to his story.
"When this house is mine, I'm confused what it's gonna use for."
"I don't want you to know about this house, so I can't live here."
"I finally opened a nursing home. Where parents gather and are cared for here."
"One thing I can't do with my parents."
"Take care of the two until they grow old and keep them until the last breath."
Ken stood up, and asked Lova to follow him. They walked back and finally they arrived at a place that Lova had never imagined before.
In front of Lova, there are now two well-preserved tombs. Surrounded by white rose plants that thrive around it.
Ken and Lova crouched at the feet of the two tombs. Lova saw a tombstone with a name that was quite foreign to her.
But the name Adam Aldric made him understand one thing. It's a wound that Ken loves but doesn't want him to visit.
"Pa, Ma how are you?" Ken wiped his tears.
"Your son, Alkenzy Aldric came to see you."
"How long has it been, Ma, Pa?" Ken laughed blandly. "Don't think of me as an ungodly child because I've never been here."
"Papa, Mama, look! This time I came not alone, nor with Alvin."
"I'm with your future daughter-in-law."
"He's beautiful?" Lova smiled at the two gravestones. It felt strange indeed, but somehow Lova did not hesitate to do it.
"His name is Alova Bratadikara."
"I love her." Lova looked at Ken who was also looking at her.
"We'll be married in 3 days."
"I've come to ask for your blessing."
"I know, you guys must respect my every decision."
"Blessed are you in heaven. Me and Alvin have found our happiness here."
Ken stood up and asked Lova to shift a little. They will sprinkle flowers and rose water on the tomb.
Two things that the caretaker has prepared each time Ken will come.
"Want to say something?" ask him to Lova.
The girl nodded and she sat facing the grave of her mother Ken.
"Hi ma'am..."
Lova smiled slightly. "It's okay if I call my mom?"
"Thank you for giving birth to a man as great as Ken." Ken smiled a little.
"Mama must be proud of him. He's a great guy, Ma. He's a man who can stand on his feet despite the tough circumstances."
"Mama know? He said he was handsome."
"Was he like papa when he was young, Ma?" Lova laughed small but unruffled she also wiped her tears.
"He's good, he's a protector, he's responsible, he's everything to me, ma."
"Without me knowing it, I've depended on him for a long time, even on my father's orders."
"He was willing to sacrifice his life just for my mother."
"He was willing to sacrifice his career and wealth just to be with me."
"You're lucky to bring it into this world and I'm lucky to have it."
"I promise to continue with him, accompany his lonely life, and I will give him many offspring." Lova laughed softly.
"I will repay all his sacrifices for me, I will make his world beautiful again."
"Ma, Pa."
"Be happy there."
Ken and Lova left the two tombs. They went around the parlour and met the caretaker. There are no obstacles whatsoever, everything goes smoothly until Ken does not need to linger in that place.
"Why just shut up?" ken asked as Lova stayed in the car more while they were on their way home.
"No. I'm just hungry!" Lova laughed and Ken patted her forehead.
His wrist watch showed a lunch time that was almost missed.
"I'm sorry, Lov!"
"I forgot to take you to lunch."
"I forget that I'm the only one who feels full every time I see your face!"
Lova. "Is my face like a serving of fried rice or maybe a burger, Ken?"
Ken laughs. "Come, just be with you I'm happy. Never mind the pain, the hunger is no longer felt."
Lova laughed again. "Stop saying that preposterous appeal, Ken!"
"I won't be full to hear that shit of yours!"
"Again, there is not happiness, but your stomach acid is rising!"
"Ck! I forgot that in front of me right now is a realistic girl!" ken's words made Lova thin her lips.
"And I wonder, since when is this stone man smart to seduce?" Lova pinched Ken's cheek.
"You who used to be very stiff are now acting funny and beyond my expectations before."
"Everybody can change, baby. And the love that changed everything."
Lova nodded. "But what happened to you was too drastic, Ken!"
"Hem, let's just say Ken's been reborn."
"All the grudges, the hatred, the purpose of taking down and destroying the lives of others are already out of this body."
"There's nothing else in this mind."
"All that remains is Ken who is trying to pursue his happiness, make his girl happy and enjoy his life" Ken said with a fluffy smile.
"Thank you for being with me, Lov!"
