An hour passed and there was no sign of Alden's surgery being completed. Mommy Lanny recently came with Mama Mira who was ready to bring a change of clothes for Annabelle.

Yudha had to leave because there was an appointment with a patient at her old practice. Lusia also had to return to the practice room schedule a visit before the afternoon practice.

”Later in the afternoon I picked you up here,” Yudha said as the two waited for the elevator door to open.

“If you can ask for help pick up Yudis and immediately bring it home ? I came home alone by taxi, more practical and efficient.”

“You sure you're okay to go home alone ?” Yudha squinted her eyes to make sure Lucia.

“Yes, I'll be wary of Gerry,” Lucia nods confidently with a smile.

Just as the elevator door opened, Lucia's phone shook. Emergency call from the hospital.

“I have to go to the operating room now. There are pregnant women who have an accident and must be operated on immediately.”

“Ya already, you go directly there.”

His hand picked up the phone and sent Yudha a message.

(LUSIA) Apparently the woman who had the accident was his wife Gerry and now her husband asked for time to talk. I took her to the front cafe.

“You talk what ?” lusia asked after the two sat facing each other.

“About us.”

“I have absolutely no interest in your personal life, Ger. And there are no more of us because we are just two strangers who just met.”

“Newborn child is not my son but an Indri child with another boy.”

Lucia had briefly knitted her brows, feeling a little strange with Gerry's words.
