Somebody pity Darma, right? Heheh
.
"I was in an accident when I left for graduation."
Ara's pupils dilated. "Accident? Severe?"
"Head injuries, broken ribs and leg bones. For a week I was in a coma." Darma turned his head and smiled faintly at Ara's shock look.
"T-keep?"
Next to Darma's eyebrows raised. Has the curious Ara returned? I don't know. Obviously, he will only do his job. Tells about the toughest times of his life. "I'm in shock waking up can't be crushed. Mama explained everything and I got angry. I mean, my family made me take me home. For a few days I kept saying the same wish to the point that mom was scared because she thought coming home I meant going home in quotes."
Ara looked out the window when suddenly the car he was riding stopped in front of the minimarket which was open 24 hours.
"Udah wants to get to your house. Stop by for a second, yeah, get thirsty. What do you want to drink?"
"Coffee."
Darma just nodded, then got out of the car. The man returned with a bag of groceries containing soda, coffee, and some snacks. Instead of entering, Darma actually knocked on the window glass beside Ara sitting. "Get out, sit on the hood of the car."
The cold night air immediately greeted Ara, but luckily Darma's suit was still draped beautifully covering her smooth shoulders. Which made the heat radiate to his cheeks.
"Drink first." Darma handed me a bottle of coffee that had been opened.
Ara received it with lips wailing*lum smile. They sat on the hood of Darma's car accompanied by the moon which tonight became the only thing that adorned the sky.
On the sidelines of drinking soda, Darma continued his story. "It was only after I could think clearly that their decision to keep me in London was the right one. Free, right, I'm here, but I can't see you. I slowly looked at the doctor. But ... Bad things happen again."
The coffee in Ara's mouth was suddenly difficult to swallow. He patted his chest so as not to cough. When he turned his head, it was seen that Darma had spread his body with the man's hands that were used as a cushion.
"You know, right, the pandemic two years ago?" asked the man in a hoarse voice.
"Oma died of COVID. He caught his maid. Once again I was in London under a lot of stress. I hate oma, but it's also undeniable that if there isn't her I might not be able to get to this point." Darma wiped the corner of her watery eyes. Yeah, tell him he's a whiny! But, the outpouring of anger mixed with sadness always managed to control every time he remembered his grandmother.
"Oma died, I haven't been able to see you, and my condition of being so dependent on others made me a rebel. At that time I did not want to go to therapy anymore and instead spent time playing online games that ended in collapse. Fortunately, my mother took him to the hospital. Don't know what my fate is if he's late." Darma straightened his body, then downed his half-sod and then threw the empty tin can into the trash that was quite a distance away, and entered!
"Aren't you eating his snacks?"
Ara's mouth was gaping and her eyes seemed to say 'are you serious?'. You can hear this kind of sad story while snacking on Chitato. Ara is still sane!
Darma was chuckling. He took a second can and drank a sip. "When I went to the hospital again, I was very bodo, but .. everything changed when I knew that mom diem loved to cry in the bathroom. There I just thought, mama must have cape, but she did not complain about her fatigue and my freedom. I became obedient again, and by looking at the good mama just continue to want there are you that I have to meet, I began to try to do anything to let the spit healed. And yes .. here I am now."
Ara flinched when suddenly Darma grabbed and clasped her hand. Not only that, the man with his crumpled white shirt was now also standing in front of him with a slight bow so that their faces were aligned.
"I'm sorry I hurt you. I've made you alone, but, please, don't assume our relationship is over." For a moment Darma looked at his hand that was getting tighter in holding Ara's hand, then turned back to look at the girl's face. "Maybe I'm bad for saying that the person who is blocking our relationship is gone, but I really love you and I want us to move up to a more serious level."
A sense of warmth immediately spread throughout Ara's face until her eyes blurred to look at the man whose hand was now cupped to both cheeks. The leafan was still the same, even with eyes full of warmth that made him feel that he was indeed with the right person. However, the words of his parents a few years ago successfully made him realize that again and again the reality for him and Darma united seems quite difficult.
"It's better if the way is worth it. Let's fight together ...."
"Repot really if it's serious ...."
"You are wrong, Mas, if you say there is no one who does not approve of our relationship," said Ara accompanied by tears that fell without permission.
"Who?"
"My parents ...."
Darma's forehead was wrinkled to hear it. He tried to find lies through Ara's beautiful eyes, but he could not find the gap.
"My parents .. they secretly disagree with our relationship." Ara's body shook again due to sobs that were again unable to be held.
Darma immediately brought the girl's body into his arms. Calm it down, give it a sense of comfort, and of course a certainty. "Let that be my business. You don't have to worry about anything."
