"Assalamu aleikum!"
"Greetings, Ustadz!" all the students in that class.
Furqon who was walking in front of the class turned a glance towards Annisa, who had apparently also seen her. Furqon and Annisa turned their eyes the other way.
"All open the book, and we continue the lesson" Furqon said, opening the book he was carrying, and putting it on the table.
"Pray" Furqon said reading the title of the chapter in the book.
"You know what prayer is. And I think you all must have prayed" Furqon paused the sentence for a moment, then continued speaking again."
"According to Imam Hafizh Ibn Hajar of Imam At-Taibi in the book of Fhatul Bari. Prayer is surrender to God."
"And according to Ali ibn Abi Talib, prayer is a weapon for the believer. Prayer is the pillar of Religion, without support, Religion cannot stand tall. Prayer is the Lantern of heaven and Earth, shining on the Earth in darkness. And prayer, too, can shine a light on the heart of someone who is upset, distressed, dilemma, sad, upset and so on" Furqon continued by commenting on his smile. Don't forget her occasional eyes that sheared towards Annisa.
"Ustadz" a schoolgirl raised her hand from the back bench.
Furqon turned to look at the student." Anybody want to ask?."
"I've been praying a lot, Ustadz. And even every day I pray. But Ustadz, why hasn't my prayer been answered?. Is not Allah merciful, merciful?" ask the student.
Furqon reviewed her smile before answering the student's question.
"The question often arises within us. Why has our prayer not been answered?. Why is our prayer not answered?." Furqon paused his sentence for a while, then continued on again.
"There are three things that we must understand, we realize, that we must fix within ourselves. That causes our prayers not to be answered and may not be answered. Though we have been diligent in praying, diligent in fasting, fasting, almsgiving and doing other worship services."
"First, our speech may not be in accordance with the content of our hearts. For example, we pray to God to be given a smooth sustenance.' O Allah, if my efforts are successful, I will take the Hajj, give alms, support orphans and so on.' But our hearts whisper, if I have a lot of money, I will take a vacation to the future, to Korea watching the Opa Concert...."
"Haha...! tau aja Ustadz" the laughter of a schoolgirl makes Furqon speech pause.
"The second is to think negatively of God" Furqon continued. We pray twice three times. Our prayers have not been answered. We think God does not love us. God chose love. God does not listen to our prayers." Furqon paused his sentence for a moment." We forget that God knows what is best for us. Perhaps with our prayers not answered, the more we pray to God, the more we remember God. In that way God loves us. God wants us to continue to pray even longer to him, so that he does not grant our prayers. Perhaps by praying a lot, we can get his heaven God later. Amen!."
"The third. Perhaps because of our many sins, God does not grant our prayers. Just as Allah does not like his servant who commits a heinous deed."
"godz!" Hasna raised one hand up.
Furqon turned to Hasna for a moment.
"Is the Ustadz prayer unfulfilled, or not fulfilled at all?" ask Hasna.
"Much" Furqon replied quickly, then commented on her genuine smile.
"Ustadz!" yell Hasna again.
Furqon glanced at Annisa at a glance from the corner of her eyes.
"Stupid" Furqon answered, growing his smile until he showed his teeth neatly lined up.
"we're all singles Ustadz. Ustadz can stay up" Salwa chirped with eyes glancing at Annisa, alternating to Furqon's face.
"That's the problem, I leave it to God. Whoever my soul mate will be. That woman was the best for me" Furqon replied, then continued her lesson.
While Annisa from earlier was just silent with a look at the table. Never seen Furqon at all. Unlike usual who always pay attention to Furqon's face throughout the study.
'Allohumma innii as-alukal Luthfa fiimaa jarat bihil maqodiir' Inner Furqon.
*Oh Allah, I ask for tenderness (ease) to you in the matter in which destiny takes place*

Time passed, the bell sign of rest was ringing. All the students and students at the school were scattered out of their respective classes, including Annisa, Hasna and Salwa.
"Annisa!."
Annisa who was called immediately turned her body back, as well as Hasna and Salwa who were on her left and right. The three teenage girls noticed Furqon walking towards them with frowns.
"When I was in Egypt, I bought it for you." Furqon held out a paper bag towards Annisa.
"What is Ustadz?" annisa asked, hesitant to accept the bag.
"To be exact, by by you, because you once gave me a gift" Furqon replied.
The yellow janur hasn't curved yet, has he?. And akat has not spoken. It was not wrong for Furqon to try to get her love.
Annisa also took out the contents of the small bag. It turned out to be just a grain of prayer beads. Unknowingly Annisa reviewed her smile admiring the shiny pink beauty of the prayer beads in her hands.
"May we meet in the remembrance of the same love" Furqon said.
Suddenly, Annisa's smile that had been broken, disappeared instantly. Annisa also directed her gaze at Furqon's face with an expression that could not be read.
"Annisa!"
The reflexes of Annisa, Furqon, Hasna and Salwa turned towards Shaka who was coming towards them.
"Why long?, I've been waiting for this" Shaka asked with a sharp glancing eye toward Furqon.
"Ustadz Furqon, excuse me. Thanked by her" said Annisa turning her body and stepping her feet towards the canteen, followed by Shaka walking beside her.
"That's by what?. Why did Ustadz Furqon give you by by?" shaka asked suspiciously.
Annisa's poking her lips." This is for Dad" Annisa replied briefly.
"Oh!" Shaka believes it.
"Ustadz Furqon, soon Annisa will marry Shaka. Please do not disturb Annisa again" said Salwa still not moving from his place earlier.
"I'm not bothering him" Furqon replied.
"So what was it?. Ustadz gives Annisa tasbih. And said...."
"There is no harm in a servant praying and endeavoring. Annisa is not legally married to Shaka. Where's the mistake?" cut Furqon.
Salwa was silent.
