"I'm sorry... Sorry I lied to you at the time." Uta looked at Alber with all regret.

"I'm back with Felix's sister. I never even communicated with him after Felix's graduation. I never thought about Felix's sister either." He admitted to the lies he had made.

"That's just my reason for letting you stay away. I lied to you 6 years ago. Sorry ..." Sorry say.

"Why?" One word from Alber but the effect is so devastating for Uta.

"I ... I don't want you to fight for defending me. I don't want you to turn into a monster. Alber, as I know, is a good man. I'll feel guilty until that changes." Uta said honestly about her intentions at that time.

"Ka .. You're not angry?" Tanya Uta was still worried. Alber shook his head lightly.

"To be more precise, I know." Answer Alber later.

"Ma ... What does that mean?" Uta was certainly confused by Alber's intent. His eyebrows almost fused together in confusion and Alber enjoyed it.

The Alber POV

1 year ago........

That day I had to represent Farabaks Group at one of the business associations in Singapore. Babam sent me so I could add to the experience and expand the connection.

There were several successful entrepreneurs from Indonesia also at the event. But among those businessmen, there was one person who stunned me. Felix was there. Just like me, he was standing there representing Dwinson Corp.

Seeing it made me automatically remember Uta. The guy who won the heart of the girl I love here right now. The only man who can make her happy is standing in front of me right now.

"You also present Mr Alber?" Felix came up to me on the sidelines with the guests coming. He purposely greeted me with formal language so as not to attract the attention of others.

"Yes." Yeah." Answer's short. I was lazy to talk to him.

"How's Uta doing?" He suddenly spoke like that.

Why is this man asking about Uta? Didn't they go back in pairs? *Albers

"What do you mean you asked Uta?" I try to try as calmly as possible. I don't want him to know the shock at the moment. Besides, I don't want Uta to be ashamed, if Felix finds out about this lie.

"Don't misunderstand sir. I was just asking for news, no other meaning. I haven't seen Uta in a long time. Last time I graduated my class." He replied with a smile as if back in time.

Whatdoes thatmean? Aren't they back, not far after Felix's graduation? Could it...? Could Uta be lying to me? But for what? Why would he lie in contrast to Felix? *Albers

"You guys haven't communicated for a long time either. About five years from your graduation." I tried to draw deeper information.

"Yes, that's it. I would be very happy if the opportunity were there. Unfortunately, Uta shut down all access to that communication." Answer with regret. And I don't like that.

Soon Felix's secretary approached and whispered something to him.

"I think I have other business. I'm resigning myself, Mr. Alber." Felix told me.

"Yes Mr Felix." Answer her. He then left in a hurry to leave the event building.

But I don't care about his departure. What I'm focusing on is facts that I just found out after 5 years. The fact that Uta is not dating Felix.

A glimmer of hope arises. I was determined to find Uta's whereabouts once again.

Tie girl, I'll get you. Until then, you won't be able to run anymore. I made sure of that. *Albers

POV Author

"Aaaaaaaaaa I maluuuu......." Uta covered her face with both hands.

"He .. he .. he .. he ..." Alber chuckled at the behavior of the anxious girl. He returned Uta's hand, making Uta's eyes look into her eyes.

"I know what you mean well. But please, never again. Never say like to another man again." Said Alber staring deeply at Uta. In his hand was tighter that taut fingers.

"Promise?" Alber Pinta.

"Yes, I promise." Reply Uta nodded her head.

"My girlfriend, good girl." Said Alber stroking gently the black mane of his girl. Uta who felt treated like a child, deliberately put on an upset face.

"I'm not a child..." Uta Protest.

"I'm not a princess." Say them simultaneously. Alber could read Uta's words.

"Wkwkwkwkwkwkw..." They were silent for a moment and then laughed together.
