Flashback Continuation

The Alber POV

"The graduation attendant piano had fainted in front, and the office staff was taken to the hospital. Because the incident was sudden, I was confused to find a replacement. That's why I'm asking you to help me change today, so you're an impromptu pianist." Say the purpose he wants.

"Where do you know ...?" Spontaneous I asked despite being cut in the middle.

"Where do you know you play the piano? About 4 years ago, I saw you in one of the piano competitions in Bali. Your name I don't remember, but your face I remember. Therefore, I thought of asking for help you fit urgent gini. How can you not?" Apparently he had attended a race that I had participated in, during Junior High in Bali.

Ms. Melati asked me about the size of my suit, to pick up quickly at a suit rental. But I remember, the suit this morning that I was wearing was still inside the black one. I told him I was wearing my own suit because I happened to bring it and was in the car. He looked relieved, because one problem was solved again.

I was waiting for the MC to invite all the invitations, to sing the song Indonesia Raya. That's where the signs for me to enter the stage, because the grand piano is located on the edge of the front stage. Separated with other musicians who sat neatly lined up, in the backstage area.

I've been sitting on the piano bench. The first thing I saw was the place where I was sitting. I made sure Uta was sitting there. Although it was far away, but I could still catch his expression, the confused one mixed in worry. Nothing, at least he looked at me.

I turned my gaze toward the music score, right in front of me. And started my first key knock. All the invitations sang the song in a compact manner. After the song ended, a boisterous applause followed me down from the stage, including Uta clapping with a smile. Makes me feel like I've made the right decision, become an impromptu pianist.

I rejoined Uta and the guys, after making sure I performed again for a while. My sudden arrival made the tie girl startled, her expression was so cute. Out of curiosity, I finally asked him how I looked.

"It's cool." Two words that make me feel good. Only then did Reta, Seto and Sandi take turns giving praise. Be prepared to harass Uta once more. I whispered in her ear and asked her the same question, which she answered with a very cute nod in my opinion.

I didn't mean the piety, it's just that I wanted to know how she reacted when I performed. At least it will be recorded on camera later, although maybe only the sound is recorded. I went back to the backstage, after making sure he could operate the camera.

I accompany music, for prospective graduates students undergoing the graduation procession. One by one they took to the stage in turn, to be inaugurated by the principal, as Z1 graduates.

Sometimes I steal a glance at Uta. I saw him doing his job recording me, while occasionally smiling makes me automatically excited. But that facial expression changed when Felix, his ex-girlfriend, took to the stage with Devina, the Z1 princess in Felix's force.

The cheerful smile suddenly disappeared, especially when he and Felix met face to face. He even stopped filming me because of that. Somehow my heart feels tight, fortunately my fingers can still be invited to compromise, so my appearance is not disturbed.

Come in next show. This is my last part as an impromptu pianist. There are 3 last songs left before my assignment is over. I looked back at the tie girl, who turned out to have nothing on her back. But Reta is still sitting there, even the pocket mini camera has changed into the hands of Reta. Where did Uta go?

I finished my job well. A thunderous applause accompanied my steps down from the stage. When I wanted to go to Reta to ask her where Uta was, I saw Felix just coming out of the showroom.

I don't understand myself either, but I don't know why my intuition told me to follow Felix. But I lost track of him when I came out of the room. I thought it might be Felix to the car park, so I decided to go back to find the tie girl.

When going through the stairs, there was a sound of someone coming down the stairs, while saying Felix went up to the 2nd floor via telephone. I wanted to know the owner of the voice, but we were at odds so we didn't get to see each other.

Without a doubt I went upstairs. There was no one there at all, there were only a lot of attributes that were prepared to perform. There was a faint sound coming from a room with a door open. The closer it got, the more clear the faint sound became.

"Please permit me, hug you for a moment." Felix's voice sounded with gentle intonation.

It felt like my heart was being hit by a hammer, when I saw Felix hugging the tie girl.
