When Sky opened his eyes, the first thing he saw was the look on Yatna's anxious face. The little girl sat down next to her bed, held Sky's hand, and continued to take care of her even though Salsa and Aunt Tun told her to rest. Second that the sky was lying in the hospital, not in his waiting room. The wavy black-haired boy tried to get up, but instead groaned stifled.
“You can't get up first, your igu bone is cracked.” Yatna pushed the shoulders of Heaven slowly to tell him to lie down again. “After the team sent by the village head came home, there were a lot of people who had to get treatment. You and Brother Tio are the ones who have to undergo surgery.”
“Ka-kak Tio, ba-how's the co-condition?”
For a moment Yatna fell silent, as if looking for the right sentence to answer. A few seconds later, the little girl chose a small smile.
“Sister Tio is fine, he first realized after operation.”
The sky breathed a sigh of relief and tried to make itself comfortable. But his whole body felt limp, heavy, and uncomfortable to lie down. Staring at the hospital ceiling, the little boy tried to recall what had happened. The sky felt his memories slightly blurred, and split apart.
“Aren't you curious how many bones you cracked?” yatna asked in a ignorant tone.
Sky chuckles slowly, “How much?”
“Two, thirds number five and six. You should have seen Aunt Tun's face when you heard him.” Yatna shook her head with a sad look, “She worries about you a lot and asks a lot of things I don't understand.”
Yatna then tried to guess where the ribs number five and six are. The sky immediately pointed at the part he felt was a stitch mark. It was easy, when each of his right hands was raised, there was a tight feeling that made him complain slowly.
“Cracked bone in-uh, what's the name well? uh! implanted with titanium so no need for surgical removal anymore. If all is well, Monday tomorrow you can go home and a week later unplug.” Yatna tried to explain as best she could what she had heard from the doctor while talking to Aunt Tun.
The sky nodded weakly, but slightly smiled. “A-I am so pu-punya be-cool scars!”
“Not funny, Sky!” but Yatna did not like that fact at all.
“A-I'm mediocre ti-not joking. A-what is Nyo-Nyoman ba-bakal envious de-with me?”
“I'm a hundred percent sure that he'll laugh at you!”
The sky snorted in annoyance, but in fact when the two pairs of eyes met, they laughed instead. The day passed by the sky with Yatna, chatting until noon. Enjoy eating bland hospital food and watching cartoon shows on television. When the evening is present at the window, the sound of knocking on the door is heard.
Aunt Tun and Salsa emerged from behind the lemon-colored curtain that closed the left side of the Sky.
“How are you doing, Sky?” Aunt Tun asked as she sat on the left side and gently rubbed the Sky's forehead.
“A-I feel good, Aunt Tun.”
Salsa put some snacks down and threw them away on the nightstand next to the Sky. He also put some clean change of clothes in his bottom drawer. After that, he sat down and watched the sky.
“Tonight, Salsa tea will take care of you.”
The sky immediately turned to look towards Salsa and smiled widely. “A-what a-I can de-hear do-tales before ti-sleep?”
“Of course you can,” Salsa smile warmly. He even issued a fairy tale book with the title Si Pahit Lidah. “I've brought you your favorite book!”
Blue Manik Sky sparkled looking at his favorite book. Perhaps more precisely, the book became his favorite because of one of the relics from his parents along with the bracelet he wore.
“A-I'm sa-fond tea Salsa!” speak the sky sweetly.
“Ceiling doesn't love Aunt Tun?” asked the middle-aged woman pretending to sulk.
“Langit no dear yatna?” and the little boy followed.
The blue-eyed boy laughed, “I'm so-so-dear!”
After almost two days in the hospital. The sky was getting bored. That afternoon how many times he played the remote, looking for interesting channels but ended up turning off the television. His favorite fairy tale book is also not fun if read two days in a row.
Aunt Tun, Salsa, and Yatna could not visit often even though the night must have been someone guarding the Sky. But during the day, the ten-year-old boy spent more time alone.
The sky lay back, sighing in annoyance. He misses his routine in the home. He likes the work he does with the children. He likes to take care of little kids like Owen.
“Ce-quickly healed, I want to quickly heal,” he said repeatedly.
Though the doctor had previously told him that the healing process was about three to six weeks. The sky could only laugh at his expectations.
As Sky was about to sit down to drink, he was taken aback by himself. How could he not have trouble sitting down? The sky did not even feel his body as limp and heavy as before.
“A-I feel as healthy as?” ask him to himself.
No, don't think no. As she regained consciousness from the dope after the surgery, Sky felt herself well. But the reality is no, his ribs are cracked and if he just moves and breaks instead. Then his lungs could become hollow due to tearing. The sky sighed softly, hoping that the doctor in charge of caring for him would come sooner to do the checking.

The evening came sooner than expected. The sky was already impatiently waiting for the results of the examination half an hour ago. When the door was knocked and doctor Rangga came to approach, the sky was already sitting upright full of enthusiasm.
“To be honest this is a little surprising,” starts while allowing the location of his glasses.
Salsa looked at him in wonder and inquisitive.doctor Rangga then continued the results of his examination.
“The examination results show that the condition of the Sky Deck is good, very good even. So I'll ask the nurse to remove the oxygen hose, and the infusion hose. Even honestly you can go home now.”
The Sky's countenance turned bright, as did Salsa who looked relieved. Finally after two days in the hospital, Sky could go home. He also wanted to take a shower because he could not go to the toilet and take a shower.
After doctor Rangga resigned, the lapse of time a nurse came. He turned off the device, which he said gave continuous anti-pain injections in the shoulder of Heaven. After that he also released the oxygen hose that was in the nose of Heaven. Last is the infusion hose, after all the hoses are removed, the sky immediately changed clothes assisted Salsa.
The boy was a little embarrassed and asked Salsa to turn around. He insisted that he could change clothes himself. Salsa just laughed a little and obeyed Heaven's request. At seven o'clock the sky finally came out to the hospital parking lot. There was already a car belonging to the village chief and the one driving was Juki.
“Happy you're back to health, Sky.” He said in a big voice.
The sky couldn't stop smiling since he got out of the hospital. Oh how he misses his orphanage. And the journey that took about half an hour was long for the Sky.
Upon their arrival at the Bakung Orphanage foundation, Sky jumped from the car and ran in. Upon entering the living room, where the orphanage children were spending time together, the boisterous voice calling out the name of Heaven rang out.
“A-I'm pu-home!” exclaim Sky.
“Sky Sky!”
“Eh, no Sky!”
“Hore! Sky home!”
The sky looked around, hugging one by one his little brothers. Finally he came home, this was his home, and Heaven could not be unhappy. But the tail of his eyes caught something, the figure of Nyoman looking at him in the distance. Unlike his usual self, the skinny brat looked at him with...., alert?
The hose sat for a few seconds, Nyoman first who cut off eye contact. It made the sky wonder. A Nyoman, who does not like to lose, even the matter of face-to-face even first turned her face. What's the matter with that shitty kid?
