TRIBAL SABUNG

TRIBAL SABUNG
Chapters. 36 - Father and Son -

Ivano took off the grip of the big man in front of him. The teenager hit, clawed, kicked, but all in vain. Until the cry of Heaven sounded faintly, the man finally let go. Ivano immediately fell to the ground, coughing several times.

“Ano!” Yatna exclaimed over, even dragging him back a few meters.

Mande watched with a horrified look, seeing how the sky stepped closer. A pair of cold blue eyes with a gaze as if capable of killing him with a single flick of a hand. The man stepped back, frightened and he shouted at the man who had been paid dearly to be his guard.

“What does ale do?! attack the boy! why just shut up?!”

“Heh! free, the Sky has cursed him!” Ivano replied in a hoarse voice.

The big man was still frozen, only his eyes were moving wildly as a sign that he was trying to move. But the worship service of the Palembang tribe is no doubt. It was still a good thing that Sky only cursed him silently, unfortunately Mande did not know. And that old man was a stupid human.

“Aargh!” Mande shouted loudly, running towards the Sky with an iron rod.

The man swung the stick with an original movement and many gaps. The sky need not be too hard to avoid. The teenager kicked Mande in the stomach, slamming him to the ground and groaning softly.

“Never approach Ivano and her sisters again!” The sky spoke out, full of intimidation.

“Ale can't ban beta! they're beta kids! they belong beta and beta free do anything on them!” Mande tried to get up, again attacking the Sky. “Should they thank you for taking care of me! they should be replying to the beta services that have worked so hard to raise them!”

Mande spit out, pointing at Ivano who was still limp with an iron rod. “But look! the boy was disobedient to his father! just because...., he raised the blood of the tribe! she should be thanking beta for marrying her sick mother! he can have pure blood because of beta!”

The heavens have always believed that in this world there are no parents who do not love their children. Meeting with Fuji and Regi further adds to his belief, that basically parents will always accept their child, whether the child is their flesh and blood or not. They must have a reason for every action taken. But tonight, Heaven realized how naive his thinking was.

The blue-eyed teenager turned to his sidekick, Ivano. Black beads that always shine cheerfully, full of jokes, now look sad, empty, and full of wounds. He moved in limp, approaching Mande.

“So all this time what beta do, not enough for father?” ivano's lips trembled when she asked. “Beta wake up in the morning, to the market to find traders' cooperation. Afternoon beta work as a dishwasher at the diner, and afternoon beta around the village selling cakes. Home beta still have to take care of the house, clean-up, cook for the father and ade-ade while the father..”.

Ivano breathed heavily and wiped away the falling tears. “Father just overslept the television! busy gambling, busy drinking! and busy beating beta when the money I love is not enough to buy that damn drink!”

“Because that's what ale should do!” Mande shouted in anger. “Ale thinks because who lives beta so messy? because ale! your mother died leaving nothing but the three burdens of life! I should be able to start a new life if it wasn't for you–!”

Mande fell to his knees after a blow hit his jaw. Ivano looked at Yatna unblinking, shocked by the girl's actions. The Ambon teenager was even more shocked when he found Sky hugging him while crying.

“I think I've been full of garbage all this time,” said Yatna while blowing her forehead rough. “No I thought, there are still rotten carcasses like you in this world.”

Not long after, the sound of police car sirens could be heard in the distance. Mande with a bruised and bloody blue face looked panicked, trying to escape. Yatna immediately pulled the man's collar, not letting him escape. The sky and Ivano turned their heads towards the flashing red light before the police car was seen.

“Where are you? already picked up, even run.”

“Le-let go beta! release the damn kid beta!”

Yatna stomped her hands, making Mande cough as she suffocated. The girl brought her lips closer to the man's ears, whispering softly.

“Who told you to? call or I break your tongue!” the Yatna threat really surprised Mande.

The man's body trembled in fear, he was well aware that this girl was not messing around. I don't know why the aura emitted was clearly different from before. Mande who did not speak made Yatna growled, preparing to pull the man's tongue.

“Beta zinc knows!” mande shouted hurriedly but was instead slapped by Yatna.

“Do not shout. Call her name slowly and do not dare to lie.”

Yatna was silent for a moment, in disbelief and was about to pull Mande's tongue when someone called out to her. The girl was forced to stop, looking up at the sky staring at her.

“Police have arrived, we leave this business to them.”

Yatna nodded in understanding, smiled sweetly, then removed Mande's collar. He let two officers detain the man, handcuffing him and forcibly taking him to a police car. Yatna approached Ivano and Sky, seeing her ambon friend still in a depressed condition.

“Young Master!”

The sky immediately turned its head when its name was called. A young man came over, Yohan looked at the heir of the Sanjaya family anxiously. His black bead now turned on Ivano, the teenager looking down with red eyes.

“Thank you guys are fine,” Yohan said with a faint smile. “Let's get to the car, I'll take you home to dorm.”

“Pak Yohan,” Ivano calls while looking at her. “What is ade-ade good?”

Yohan walked over to Ivano, staring fixedly at the teenager who was now as high as her chest. Still fresh memories of the young man from South Sumatra when the small body of Ivano shook but not with his gaze.

The man patted Ivano on the shoulder, “Trust me, sometimes I wonder why their energy is not exhausted.”

Ivano chuckled at it, Dino and Bayan do have high spirits. Sometimes he was tired of playing with them. Yohan held both shoulders and stared straight at Ivano.

“Therefore you need not worry. Study hard, play as much as you can, and come meet your sisters with a smile, you understand?”

Ivano nodded, finally a big smile typical of himself. Yohan smiled, lightly ruffled the curls before looking back at the other two teenagers.

“Actually I want to scold you for acting rashly.” Yohan said in a firm tone, her tail glancing at the sky. The teenager gasped and looked down in fear. “But this time I'm sorry, as long as you guys want to go home and rest.”

The sky heaved a sigh of relief, it was so obvious that Ivano and Yatna laughed. Yohan looked at Yatna for a moment, and the girl realized that the look immediately introduced herself.

“Halo, we meet again. I'm Yatna from Bakung Orphanage.”

“True, you're that little girl. Nice to see you again, son.” Yohan reached out, asking Yatna to shake hands. “And can I assume that you are also an Academy student?”

This time Ivano said, “He is a scholarship student with a third rank. He is very great Mr. Yohan and I have asked Sky to invite him to join the Nusantara Union. Beta is confident with Yatna's presence, our union is getting stronger and might be able to enter the semi-finals!”

“Woah~ slowly Ivano.” Yohan chuckled to see the boy talking with a single breath. “All decisions remain in Yatna's hands. He is free to choose to join or not.”

The sky and Ivano turned their heads towards Yatna, both of whom gave pleading gazes. The girl subconsciously took a step back, not feeling well but was forced to refuse.

“I want to focus on learning, and there is no interest yet to enter the union.”

“Ale sure don't want to go in? ale so can not often see the sky, loh!”

For a moment Yatna fell silent, reluctant to also think she could not meet Sky often. Yohan, realizing Yatna's predicament, immediately stopped Sky and Ivano from suppressing the girl.

“Alright, this discussion can be continued when the day. It's getting late and you all have morning classes tomorrow.so, we go home now.”
