Orland, Amithy, Madron, Dirk, and Val were waiting at Lucia's residence to greet Lugwin's entourage.
After that they held a cordial event with the nobles of Estrinx. A kind of party that nobles used to celebrate something. And according to Orland and Amithy, this event must indeed be there to welcome the arrival of an important guest.
At the peak of the show, Lucia's party will give a gift to Lugwin as a form of respect. Because according to the rules of the northern land, those who were only a city, had to at least offer something to a king or queen while they were visiting.

They were in a large room with many tables surrounding the table where Lugwin, Lucia, Matiu, and a few nobles were seated.
Orland stood in an empty place in front of Lugwin's seat.

Then it appeared that Fla's figure was advancing forward. Behind him comes Livia, James, and Luke who this time the replacement for his left foot has looked much better than before. Thanks to Aksa who has designed it complete with mechanical joint movement.
Each of them had a gift in hand. The four of them were deliberately chosen as representatives to give gifts to Lugwin.

"Thank God, if so. Thank these people" Lugwin said, pointing to Lucia, Nata and Aksa. "They are the ones who saved you"
"Okay, your honor. And this is an offering from our best territories, which may not mean much to your majesty, but please accept it" fla said then while handing a box to Lugwin that was received by Piere who was standing next to Lugwin.
Piere opened the box. It looked like a golden cloth inside. Lugwin seemed interested in touching and feeling the texture of the fabric.
"This is the Golden Sutra?" Tanya Lugwin made sure.
"Right, this is the Tempest Golden Sutra" replied Fla who again triggered the indoor noise.
"I haven't seen Tempest's gold weave in a long time"

Then Luke appears to come forward handing the box he brought to Piere.

Lucia just chuckled in response to Lugwin's words. Because to be honest he also reacted like Lugwin when he was first introduced to such absurd things. It's just the difference, he doesn't know it in unison like Lugwin just did.
