55 - Hearing the News

The doctor who treated Damar finally came out of the ICU room after struggling with a small operation that he did on Damar's head. He took off his OKA hat and wiped some of his sweat.
Erick who saw that hurriedly approached to inquire about the current condition of his Boss. Although the anxious hopes that continued to rise in his mind.
"What's the situation, Doc?" Erick asked.
"You're a patient's family?" The doctor asked back.
"Yes, Doc! I'm from the Patient family." Erick replied impatiently to hear the doctor's words related to Damar's condition.
"Let's talk in my room!" the surgeon asked Erick.
Nodding. "Well, Doc," said Erick as he followed the Doctor's steps in tandem.

Arriving in the room Erick was invited to sit, while the Doctor took a brown paper map from the top of his desk which he then gave to Erick.
Erick opened the map and saw the contents inside, which turned out to contain a photo X-ray of Damar's skull. There is visible damage to the skull behind his head.
"We have previously examined the state of the patient using a CT scan, because I suspect damage to the back skull. Lucky his injury did not damage the nerves in his brain." The Doctor at length.
"Then, what damage is severe Doc," asked Erick curiously.
"It's not so bad, but me and the rest of the medical team have to keep control of the condition every few hours, to see the reaction of the patient after awakening." Be as calm as possible.
Erick heaved a sigh of relief."Thank you Doc, I hope he'll be around soon after this." Erick said calmly.
"Yes. Maybe in about 2 hours he'll wake up." Reply to the Doctor.
"Well then excuse me, Doc," said Erick extending his hand as a sign of gratitude once again.
The doctor accepted Erick's hand with a smile. "Yes, I as the Doctor who handles Damar will try my best." The message was to Erick.

Aleta squinted her eyes trying to remember the incident that resulted in her reaching the Hospital. His forehead scrunched up a sign of thinking hard, although all he remembered was going to the funeral and the rest he did not remember anything.
"Miss, are you awake?" asked Erick who had just arrived to make Aleta surprised about his presence in the Hospital.
Aleta stared at Erick who was now standing next to the bed, while Erick also expressed a confused look with Aleta's gaze that looked the same as her.
"Why is Miss staring like that?" asked Erick curious and confused.
"Ka.u tah.u where am I from in this Hospital?" ask Aleta again.
"Police." Erick answered briefly.
"Police? Ahh shit. That man must have heard the news if I was here from the police, ah, my history is over!" aleta murmured with a bent face.
"What's wrong Miss?" asked Erick curiously.
"Ah, no!" aleta replied clumsily.
"Do you feel better?" asked Erick who had been asking him.
"Yes. I'm gonna tell Ners that, so he's allowed to go home." Appoint Aleta to one of the Ners serving patients in front of her.
"Miss sure? has the wound on the forehead improved?" Erick asked him a question.
"I only care about the state of your health" he said honestly.
"CK, huh!" Aleta looked in disbelief, she clucked and shifted Erick's words, "Here you go, you better get me home before your boss goes berserk," Aleta continued.
"I'm sorry, but Mr. Damar was in the same hospital as Miss" Erick explained.
Both are involved in misunderstandings. Aleta thinks Damar is at this Hospital, because he deliberately wants to pick her up but is reluctant to see her. While Erick thinks Aleta knows that Damar is in the same place because they just had an accident.
He thought that before the incident happened, the two were in the same car. After arriving at the hospital, Erick did not have time to meet with the police to ask his chronology because he was panicking so he went straight to the ICU room to see Damar's condition and passed some police waiting for him in front of the lobby.
"Excuse me Miss Aleta, I'll take a look!" said Ners who stopped Aleta's conversation with Erick.
"Then I say goodbye, miss," said Erick to go down to the lobby to see the police officer he had forgotten.

By night Aleta seemed riled up, she could not sleep since taking the medicine provided by Ners who was on guard. The mind was not clear direction, had thought about Damar who was told Erick that the man was in the hospital this afternoon.
Aleta showed her body facing the television screen that was attached to the wall of the hospital room. His face was a little upset and disappointed when Damar did not want to see him, while he was eager to get the attention of the man.
"Is he so angry with me that he won't visit and see me here!" gerutu.

When he wanted to close his eyes trying to sleep, suddenly a voice from one of the news readers on television aired coverage of the accident this afternoon. The volume of the television sound was set alight by the patient who seemed to be focusing on the news.

"Take me, Ners!!" aleta snapped impatiently hearing the answer from him.
"I.yeah right," he answered.
He also forced Ners to tell Damar's ward, without thinking about his almost pale condition with a hand that bleeds from the needle infusion he released.
"Miss, better get back to rest!" the Ners' light was about to escort Aleta.
Aleta brushed off Ners's hand, "Tell me where she's in her room, Ners," forced Aleta with tears now curled up in her eyes.
Not yet able to reply to her words, Aleta suddenly fell unconscious on the cold floor. Ners is shocked and immediately asks Mers to help him bring Aleta back to the room.
