4. Hendra's anger

Hendra still silently stared blankly in front of him. His phone has died again indicating that he has been ignoring the device for quite a long time. His mind floated far away, leaving behind his body that looked like a living statue.

Rinjani who was present in front of him felt astonished by the change in attitude of his lover. He kept wondering about the contents of the message Hendra had just received and made it look dreamy like that.

“You all right, Ndra?” tanya Rinjani tries to restore Hendra's consciousness. However, his voice sounded soft so it was not too heard by his lover.

“Halo! Ndra, I'm daydreaming anyway. You why?” repeat while deliberately shaking hands in front of Hendra's face. This made Hendra aware of his existence.

“Ehh! Wh-why, Honey? You-you called me?” Hendra seemed to have first awakened from his daydreams and felt wrong before Rinjani.

“Why are you, Ndra? Suddenly daydreamed so. Wagering what the hell, I called from earlier not denger?” Rinjani protests are a bit upset.

“Nothing, Honey. Never mind, now you continue eating you.” Hendra tried to divert the conversation.

“Nothing what, from earlier I saw you daydreaming because the message came in. Can you get a message from who?” Rinjani asked with a hint of curiosity.

It seems that Rinjani began to be suspicious and pay close attention to Hendra's response. His gaze grew sharper and made Hendra even more agitated. Like someone who just got caught making a mistake.

“Come ngaku! Can you order from whom?” rinjani asked with a slightly suspicious tone.

“Bu-not from anyone, dear. Believe me,” Hendra answered trial and error to explain the situation when in fact still kept something secret from Rinjani.

“You're no longer hiding anything from me, are you? Or maybe you have another woman behind me?” Suddenly Rinjani begins to suspect and confirms her conjecture.

Hendra seemed shocked and agitated at the thought of his lover. He felt he was being accused of being unfair.

After this we can go to the tomb of Om and Aunt. We want to visit them, right?” Hendra tries to distract Rinjani from the tense topic.

“But it's true that you didn't lie, Ndra?” Rinjani still had doubts in her heart and felt the strangeness still felt in Hendra's attitude. Even so, he tried to believe it.

“You know, Ndra. You're the only person I have. I don't want to lose you. I hope you will never leave me.” Rinjani felt sad because now she only lives a kara. There is nothing in his possession but Hendra, his lover.

“I promise you, Honey. Whatever happens, my heart will always be yours. There will be no one else who can take your place in my heart,” Hendra quickly hugged Rinjani while wishing her lover a melt and trust her.

“Don't leave me, Ndra,” Rinjani said in a soft and hopeful tone.

“I won't leave you, Darling.” Although Hendra answered confidently, he was not sure of his decision. Within him was an unresolved dilemma. But he promised to find a way to keep them together.

Rinjani feels challenged to imitate the power of the sun in the face of a new life without her parents. Furthermore, he aspires to find a job to support himself, even though he has to leave his college that has been accepted. Rinjani felt he had to study independently and should not forever trouble Hendra.

“Tomorrow, I will find a job, Ndra.” Rinjani said while being with Hendra.

“But how about your lecture, Darling?” ask Hendra.

“For now, I will stop college first. I can't keep going like this. Now, I have to work on my own to guarantee my living expenses. It seems heavy, but I have to fight,” Rinjani tries to show her spirit in the face of a new life, without the presence of her parents.

“You're right, Honey. You must rise again. I'm sure you'll be a great person. Spirit!” Hendra tried to give encouragement so that Rinjani could rise from the slump he experienced.

"I'm sorry, honey, I can't keep you company looking for a job. But don't worry, I'll try to ask my friends, maybe they have job information" Hendra said gently.

"Thank you very much, Ndra. You are always there for me." Rinjani said sadly. She felt so grateful to have a caring boyfriend like Hendra who was always there for her.

"Don't be sad anymore, yeah. Smile dong..." Hendra held onto Rinjani's cheek and pinched it gently. Despite his illness, Rinjani was happy to get a sweet treatment from Hendra.

"You are beautiful when you smile."

After delivering Rinjani home, Hendra returned to his home. He was very rude and unfriendly. His face flushed and both his hands were clasped. He then slammed the door hard, leaving the person in the room shocked.

"Stop it all, Ma! I will never indulge in my mother's ridiculous desires." cried Hendra with emotion. He was still standing with a face that was already red. In front of him, his mother was shocked to hear his words.

"Is that how you talk to mom?" his mother said in a sad voice.

"Please stop mother's plan. I will never leave Rinjani alone, ma. You know for yourself, right? Rinjani just lost her parents. So sorry, I can't be that hard on Rinjani." Hendra spoke while grumbling. He was very angry with his mother. After she finished talking, Hendra left her mother, who was sad and sorry.

Hendra's mother could only look at her son who was getting away from her sadly. His tears started to drip and he said, "You know what, honey? I've been waiting for this for a long time. We are willing to do many things so that you can get this. You know, son, this is what's best for you." He said in a stammer. Although he had long been waiting for the dream, but when everything was in front of his eyes, he was instead asked to end it.
