"What?! Why suddenly?"Lydora asked in surprise.
"I don't know Miss either. You better meet your highness prince soon. He doesn't look happy."Whisper that butler again.
Lydora who heard it immediately broke out in a cold sweat. He tried to remember if he had ever done anything wrong to John.
"Well, let's go home now."Said Lydora with a slight tremble.
"What's the matter Miss Lydora?"Ask Luke who is confused.
"Mr Luke, I'm sorry. I have to go back because there's a sudden business I have to do."Lydora said straight from her seat.
"Ah.all right, watch out Miss Lydora. Thank you for your time."Luke said a little sad.
Lydora holding onto her skirt tightly felt bad for Luke.
It's okay, Tina, this thing you're doing is right...
"Thank you too Mr. Luke. I apologize once again. See you, sir."Pamit Lydora then walked into her horse carriage.
Inside the horse carriage, Lydora was completely agitated. He could not guess what made Prince Yohannes suddenly come to visit his house.
Arriving at the castle, Lydora immediately descended in a hurry afraid that John would wait too long for her. She even lifted her long skirt so she could walk faster.
"Where is Prince Yohannes now?"Lydora asked the butler.
"Prince Yohannes is in the living room with your parents, Miss."Answer the butler.
Lydora went straight to the living room and was right what the butler said. Yohannes was sitting there with his parents with a cold expression. His parents were confused to serve the prince. Lydora became increasingly tense with the north polar atmosphere present in the room.
John saw her coming and he rounded his eyes when he saw Lydora's appearance with short hair.
"You've come apparently."Yohannes.
"Sorry, my highness prince, I was having some business outside. What did your majesty call me?"Ask Lydora.
"Sit down, we'll talk."Yohannes.
"Ah, fine."Lydora sat down on the sofa at the command of John.
The family was tense with John and waited for an answer to what he wanted to say.
"I'll tell you the point because I don't have much time. My father, King Peter, is in severe pain and our personal physician said, the chances of a cure are small so he wants to hasten my inauguration to next month."Yohannes.
"So you mean noble..."Mrs Rosetta.
"Yes, I would like to propose to your daughter as my queen."Yohannes.
Jderr!!. The three who heard like they were struck by lightning in broad daylight.
What did he say? Apply for me? What happened to his brain? Or did I hear wrong?
Lydora was like a dream when she heard Yohannes suddenly wanted to propose to her just because King Peter was so sick.
"Your majesty..anu, did you really say that?"Lydora did not believe it.
"Why? Isn't that the answer you wanted all along?"Ask Yohannes back.
Dih, you narcissist!
Lydora had intended to give an answer that she had no more feelings for John. He now even hated the man because his pride had been insulted during the party yesterday.
Both of Lydora's parents only looked at Lydora with remembrance. The two of them did not want to look for trouble to a prince at all.
"I knew. But I have a reason why I chose you. You can't refuse because this is an order."Yohannes then stood up from his seat.
"You mean your highness?"Lydora did not understand.
"Haah, I mean you mustn't refuse my proposal because this is my order. Youunderstand? I don't have much time because there's a lot to do at the inauguration. If you want to ask, the rest meet me at the palace. Then I'm leaving. Greetings Mr. Bamon and Mrs Rosetta."Say Yohannes all farewell.
"Ah y-yeah, greetings Your Highness prince Yohannes. Thank you for visiting here."Reply Mr. Bamon.
Lydora was speechless. He thought today the man would scold him or humiliate him, but what happened was very reversed and sounded impossible.
Ahh, I'm sure there must be something wrong with his brain!
Lydora bowed as a greeting to John.
After Yohannes left, Lydora immediately felt the chill surrounding her.
Both of his parents were currently looking at him as sharp as razor because they wanted to immediately ask for an explanation to his daughter.
"Lydora, what's going on? Why did prince Yohannes suddenly propose to you?"Asked Lady Rosetta while folding both hands.
Lydora immediately raised both of her shoulders. "I-I don't know mom either. I was shocked myself too. While I was still meeting my blind date guy, I was so terrified as to why Prince Yohannes suddenly came to our house. Prince Yohannes hates me so much."Answer Lydora.
Mr. Bamon and Mrs Rosetta are confused.
"So, you're still going to accept the proposal?"Ask Mr. Bamon.
"Yes, it seems so. He said that I should not refuse his proposal because he said it was an order. So inevitably I still have to listen to his orders."Answer Lydora.
"How are you feeling right now? Do you still have feelings for Prince Yohannes?"Ask Lady Rosetta who made Lydora flinch.
Lydora was silent for a moment feeling confused by her current feelings. But she was more heartbroken because Yohannes' cruel enough about her said she was a wild woman.
"I don't know mom. Right now all I feel is pain in my heart. But I'll still be fine, so you two don't have to worry about me."Lydora.
"What's? Like we're not worried about you, Lydora! You are our only precious daughter! We still won't let you suffer from Lydora."Mrs Rosetta.
"What your mother said is true, Lydora. You should dare to reject the Prince rather than you suffer in the future. But all the decisions are in your hands, we can only follow your decisions, my daughter."Said Mr. Bamon.
"Then I'll still accept his proposal. Didn't you know that I've loved Prince Yohannes for a long time. That means my feelings are reciprocated too, right? You guys take it easy, I'll be fine."Lydora said with a smile while hugging her parents.
The next day, Lydora intends to visit Lilwest Castle to find out more information. He still did not understand why Yohannes suddenly changed his mind by getting her married.
Lydora looks a little tense. He just came alone without Henny's servants and it was on purpose he asked for.
He entered the palace and the soldiers greeted him respectfully without any question and Lydora felt that the people of the palace knew that John had proposed to her.
Suddenly a palace butler appeared to him.
"Greetings Miss Lydora, do you want to meet the noble prince?"Ask the butler.
"Eh.really..."Lydora was a little surprised.
"Please come with me, Miss. I'll drive you."
