The Greatest God

The Greatest God
Ghost Thief

Zayin felt the place where he slept. He also looked into the bush near where he lay. Afraid if the jug rolls and falls into the bushes.

There aren't. Result nil. The jug didn't meet anywhere.

"They're moving pretty slow. Looks like we can still catch up to them" Khun said suddenly.

"They're who?" asked Shin confusedly.

"Who else would it be if it wasn't the thief."

"So the jug was stolen? How'this? Ii'm sorry. I didn't take good care of him."

Zayin rushed towards Shin, hugging him while crying.

"Hiks... How is this hiks... What if Shin can't return to the sky because of my carelessness..."

Shin stroked Zayin's back attentively. "Already, already. Everything's gonna be fine. You just calm down. We'll find the jug."

"Khun do you know who roughly took the vehicle?"

"No. But I know where the jug was taken. We're leaving now. Looks like they're planning to destroy the jug."

ooo

"This is sir," a ghost with a face covered in cloth handed a small jug of white to his leader.

It was not until the ghost leader received the jug, but he could already feel the magnitude of the mana energy stored within the jug.

He was wondering if he could destroy this jug.

The ghost leader took out a small bottle filled with blue flames given by his master specifically to destroy this jug.

Is it possible that such a small fire could destroy an heirloom that possessed such great mana energy?

The ghost leader dismissed his doubts. There was no way his master would give an origin order. Especially when angry like yesterday.

Convinced by what his master ordered, the ghost leader unscrewed the bottle cap and threw it at the jug he had just stolen.

"What is this place?" zayin asked as Khun stopped in front of a cave similar to this offering.

They had not yet entered and were still observing the cave from behind the bushes.

"I don't know either, they brought the jug here. Get down!"

Reflexes the three of them lowered. It turned out that someone passed by and entered the cave while carrying a torch as a lighting.

Khun sensed something was stirring from the thief. He sensed that another air he knew was in the cave.

Surely that other air is not a good sign.

"We have to rush inside, no matter what," Shin explained to the two.

"But why are you sure that jug is here?" ask Shin curiously.

"I've marked the jug. So I can track her down just in case something like this happens."

"Since when?" asked Shin confusedly. He held the jug every day and never knew when Khun would give his mark.

"Since I first borrowed that jug from you."

Khun grew increasingly anxious when he saw the blazing blue flames burning the cave. Apparently his guess is right. The thief carried an eternal flame. But how can it be?

The eternal flame was an ancient fire that had long since gone extinct. His is the only eternal fire left.

From the beginning Khun had indeed expected sooner or later this theft would definitely happen. It was just that he was quite surprised when the thief could have an eternal flame just like him.

"You guys stay here. If this fire gets bigger then run away. However, do not let this fire succeed in touching you" Khun said before entering the fire.
