Part 258 - To Campus
Zee was still staring at the message he just entered on his mobile number. He did not know the new number. However, he was sure that the person who sent him already knew him well. Zee is not the type of person who likes to spread his cell phone number carelessly.
And, it happened since the time he was in school, college, until now. For work, Zee prefers to give Riska's phone number, her secretary.
Not wanting to be too dizzy, Zee kept the number. He will take action if it starts to go too far. After saving his phone, Zee immediately went to the room to rest.
The next morning, Zee was already playing water with Gen. He bathed his son on the back porch. Gen has whined to want to bathe in his toy pool. Inevitably, Zee obeyed the wishes of his son.
"Mas, you get ready first. Let me bathe Gen" Kiara said as she walked up to Zee.
"Aren't you in college?" Zee asked back.
"Lecture, Mas. Today I have second and third hour lectures, really."
Zee nodded his head. "Yes already. I'll take you back."
Kiara's forehead wrinkled. It's not usual for Zee to drop him off if he's in college a little afternoon.
"Why bother driving me, Mas? You're not working?"
"work. I just don't want anyone to look at you anymore on campus" Zee replied with an upset look.
Kiara could only sigh heavily. Looks like, yesterday's effect still hasn't been said, inner Kiara.
"Yes already. It's up to you, Mas. But, I don't want your work interrupted at the office."
"I'm his boss." Zee doesn't want to lose.
Kiara really wanted to say Zee. However, she abandoned her intention to argue with her husband. If Zee's emotions were still warm like this, it was certain that Kiara would not be able to win the debate.
Zee persuades Gen to finish his morning bath. However, the son still did not want to get out of the toy pool. Until a voice distracts Gen.
"Gen, I'manyngg!"
Hearing his name being called, Gen immediately turned his head. And, as soon as he saw the grandfather walking towards him, Gen immediately pranced with excitement.
Yes, it was Ken who was visiting Zee's house. He immediately approached the grandson and lifted him from the toy pool.
"Ouuwwhh, Gen is still bathing? Don't want to come with Papa?" Ken kissed the cheeks of the bulging grandson to make Gen chuckle amused.
Gen held his grandfather's face back from kissing him. He immediately laughed amusedly when again the grandfather managed to kiss his puffed cheeks.
"Daddy's not at the office?" ask Zee who was just cleaning up Gen's toiletries.
"To office. But kind of a mess. There is no meeting schedule." Ken was busy trying to pick up his grandson.
"What was the collaboration with El's daddy yesterday, Dad?"
"Hmmm. It's." Already."
After that, Zee moved on to get ready. While Gen, was preparing with the help of Bi Ani accompanied by Ken.
Not long after, Gen was ready. That morning, Ken will take the grandson to a new mall that will be inaugurated by GC next week. Ken wants to invite his grandson to visit the playground in the mall. And, of course, he'll invite Gen to pick up Gitta first at the boutique.
This morning, Gitta had already left for the boutique early in the morning. She had an appointment to meet a pair of brides-to-be to order their wedding dress.
Meanwhile, Zee and Kiara are also preparing to leave for campus. Zee insists on driving Kiara to campus that day.
Shortly after, Zee's car entered the Kiara campus. He immediately parked his car in the parking lot in front of Kiara's faculty. Zee also swiftly opened the car door for Kiara.
"Not this way, too, Mom. I'm embarrassed to see the others" Kiara said as Zee pulled her into a hug and left a brief kiss on Kiara's head.
Zee had not yet heard his wife's words, a voice had interrupted him.
"You-you guys?"
