Rania's Invisible Search
PART 259 RESULTS OF THE CITIZENS MEETING?

I've been at Village Hall with Mr. Jarwo. Not long ago Bude came with Wati and Pramono. Somehow from last night I did not see Mbok Genuk, maybe he did not come here.

"Loh Wat, Mbok Genuk where? From last night I didn't see her. Didn't he come here? Don't you bother taking care of Pramono alone?"

"Mbok Genuk went to see his grandson who had just returned from the city. Yesterday it was here, but in the afternoon Mbok Genuk permission to take a few days off. He said he missed his grandson, had not met for a long time because Mbok Genuk always look after Mas Pramono. So he didn't have much time to see his granddaughter. So only now Mbok Genuk has time to meet his grandson, because now there is already me who takes care of Mas Pramono." Obviously Wati while watching her husband who was eating chocolate and straws.

It seems Wati painstakingly takes care of her husband like her own sister. He cleaned Pramono's hands and mouth with a tissue. Somehow their lives are ahead of them, if they still continue like that. I feel sad to see Wati's life now, but this is all her own choice. Hopefully after one year ends, I can help Pramono be free from his Grandfather's supernatural covenant. And it can be as normal as people in general.

"Why Ran, how did you look at me so glazed over?" Wati asked as she wiped my tears.

"I can't bear to see you bothering to take care of your little boy-like husband. When is Mbok Genuk back? Let's not have a fuss like this every day."

"It's only been two days now Ran, it's okay! Mbok Genuk has not seen his grandson in a long time. Yesterday when we were still living in the Sumitro family home, Mbok Genuk could not have left me alone with Mas Pram. After all, his grandson is also busy working in the city, but actually Mbok Genuk wants to invite his grandson to live with him. Because Mbok Genuk never told me, if he was afraid if his grandson was wrongly educated. But he was forced to leave his grandson with his relatives. Because Mbok Genuk has been working for a long time in the Sumitro family, he cannot take his grandchildren with him."

"That means his grandson is already big dong, has worked in the city as well. Even if you are wrong, you should be able to take your own attitude dong. Mbok Genuk should not worry anymore, but maybe he misses his grandson. But you still have to ask when Mbok Genuk is back. Let's not be too tired to take care of your husband, let alone bother to help the sick."

"What Mr. Kades said is true. Legally, the right of land and buildings is indeed the right of heirs. So we can't dismantle the building at will. But to do the cleaning so that the house is not wingit anymore will not be a problem. So you don't have to worry and be afraid."

"Keep fear dong Pak Haji, lest the calamity that befell our village has anything to do with Mbah Wongso's surviving family. It could be that they intend revenge for being driven out of here!" Shouted one of the representatives.

"Calm down everyone, let Haji speak first. You guys don't just draw your own conclusions!" Sahut Pak Sapri with a table.

Slowly the voices of the citizens began to die down, they were silent with their heads lowered. Pak Haji Faruk explained, if whatever happened in their village had nothing to do with revenge or anything.

"Maybe God still gives us trials by giving the mysterious disease. So we better get closer to the Almighty. God willing there will be help for all of us." Pak Haji Faruk looked at all the residents.

Now it's Mr. Jarwo's turn to speak up. He assured all citizens that he would try to help treat the sick. Then he will remove all the supernatural creatures that occupy the empty house of Mbah Wongso.

But they came back to gossip with each other. They were worried that Mbah Wongso's family had evil intentions for them. Then some residents gave their opinions, if Mr. Kades had to free land and buildings belonging to the family Mbah Wongso. Because they were all worried if Mbah Wongso's grandchildren returned to their village. Mr. Kades can't do anything if their family comes back and uses the house. Because there is no problem with Mbah Wongso's family as before. So Mr. Kades had no reason to expel the heir to Mbah Wongso's estate. I can understand everyone's anxiety, because such a possibility could happen. But if they come back to this village, then me and Mr. Jarwo will have more trouble fighting them. The enemy in the blanket is more dangerous than the enemy outside the blanket.
