Rainy

Rainy
Stunting and Less Nutritional

Shortly after Ms. Dina left the classroom, the first maple teacher came. Say hello and then start to go into learning. Rainy had just been quiet and listening, and Rainy only realized that his countryman was smiling by himself, no matter what.

When the teacher at the front finished explaining and had them summarize, Rainy gasped in shock when someone nudged his arm. Rainy then turned to the side, his friend who was smiling was already nudging him.

“Why?” ask Rainy in wonder.

He who wanted to write put down his pen.

“Lo don't want to be with me, yes?”

Rainy's eyebrows go up next door. Wh who? Rainy felt like he had never met her, so he shook his head in response to make the girl in front of him purs his lips.

“Yes, we know again .. ” the girl raised her hand, hesitantly Rainy replied to the hand. “Gue Vania, temen lo time TK, same SD class 1 and neighbor side house lo.”

“Vania?” rainy muttered while trying to remember.

Yes, Rainy used to have a neighbor who became his best friend. Although faint, but Rainy remembered because they used to be together often. They are separated at night, the rest of their time is spent together.

“Still not snot too?” asked Vania to open her lips.

“Inget kok,” replied Rainy with a smile, “Just a bit forgot your face that has changed a lot,” continued Rainy.

“Lo also changed. Banget. I think if we meet again you will be the same as before. Boiled hair, dirty face, short body. Uh, it turns out lo so tall too huh, long hair. Your skin is also white,” cerocos Vania with a slightly soft voice, afraid to hear the teacher who is sitting at his desk while playing mobile phone.

Rainy snorted at Vania's words that were nothing good to describe him.

“Btw, where do you now live?” ask Vania curious.

“Still where it used to be,” replied Rainy. He picked up his pen and began writing, occasionally answering questions from Vania who did not stop asking.

“Well, it's a pity we're not neighbors anymore.” Vania exhaled sluggishly, while Rainy was indifferent and continued to write.

“Emang lo have moved?” Rainy asked back, without letting go of his gaze at the book on the table.

“A long time ago I moved. Five years more. But can I stop by your house occasionally?” Vania looked at Rainy expectantly, even though Rainy's expression was flat, or it could be said Rainy was expressionless, but Rainy still nodded in agreement.

Rainy is not a girl who is good at finding topics first, so after Vania's request is approved by Rainy they no longer talk. Rainy was seriously summarizing because he wanted to finish quickly. While Vania seemed to observe Rainy despite not being too intense.

Something was different from Rainy. Although they had not met for a long time, Vania still remembered what Rainy's personality was like. In the past, Rainy was not a quiet child like now, even Rainy used to laugh more than Vania. But, now?

***

As soon as the break bell rang, Rainy had finished his summary that would be gathered next week. The teacher who was teaching was gone from a few minutes ago. After cleaning his stationery, Rainy who was about to lay his head on the table was again shocked by the punch that landed on his desk.

Brak!

“Damn it!” hiss Rainy who felt his heart beat faster.

His head looked up, looking at the perpetrator who turned out to be Aksa. The guy whose seat is right behind Rainy. The guy's eyes were shot flat and shot back by Rainy.

“Anaan anyway?!” rainy asked in annoyance.

Just this morning the guy threw him with a ball to make his head hurt, now coming again with a bang on his desk.

“Cute me!”

Rainy's eyebrows raised next door, “Where?”

“Mojok.”

Rainy was surprised not to play. Then he shook hard. “Ogah!” Because Rainy's voice was quite loud, it made some of the students in the class turn their heads towards them.

Aksa clucked. “So your guide. I was told by Ms. Dina.”

Rainy just remembered, then he grimaced himself. With a heavy heart he stood up from his chair and stepped following Aksa who had gone first. Before actually leaving, Rainy turned to look at Vania who was staring at him and again.

“Gue wait in the cafeteria,” Vania said as she waved her hand.

Rainy just nodded and turned around. Walk fast because Aksa is far ahead.

Rainy arrives beside Aksa, the boy turns to her. “That's great,” her lips.

Rainy snorted without answering. Because Aksa's legs are longer than his feet make Rainy must be able to compensate for Aksa's steps. The guy seemed to not care about Rainy who was a little troubled.

“Here IPA building, where you passed earlier same Bu Dina. If you want to go to the gate or to the office is a bit far through here. But if you want more decket can pass to the right of the gate just want to enter. There is also a canteen. Most IPS children are better through there than here. Unless there's more business in the office.”

Aksa explained while pointing in the direction in question. Rainy nodded in understanding. After they passed the IPA building, Aksa then took Rainy to the teacher's office.

“Teacher's office, the principal's room is the same business system on the second floor. You must have been here, right? If the one on the first floor contains only trophies on display doang.”

“Iya,” say Rainy.

They climbed the stairs to go upstairs, not being careful, Rainy did not stand on the stairs properly so he almost slipped and fell down if Aksa did not have good reflexes.

Aksa pulled Rainy's hand that was about to fall off, then pulled it firmly until Rainy's head hit Aksa's right chest making the guy go along grimacing.

“Aduh ... ” Rainy grimaces, feeling his back throbbing head.

“Lo if you walk carefully dong. If I do not spit-spet narik lo earlier already jatoh down right lo,” said Aksa with an annoyed tone.

They were still unaware of how they were in position right now. Aksa's right hand still hugged Rainy's body while holding Rainy's right hand. While his left hand holds the stairs railing to maintain his body balance.

“Iya, sorry. But you can get rid of me first, can't you? Later if there are people who see can misunderstand,” said Rainy quickly. Rainy's two hands were now in front of his chest, to become the barrier between himself and Aksa.

Aksa also realized, he quickly threw out Rainy's hand that he had just held. Then Aksa cleared her throat to neutralize her awkwardness.

“Other times be careful!”

“Iya.”

They walked up the stairs again, but not like that. This time Rainy felt even more awkward, he walked slightly behind Aksa, so as not to get too close to the guy.

“Ehm, btw thank you yes, if you did not hold me, surely I have tipped to the back and will continue to enter the hospital.” Rainy grimaced again.

He was really grateful, if Rainy really fell down the stairs, would be troublesome and make Papa have to pay the hospital bills. Rainy didn't want that to happen and heard her father's words that would hurt her.

“Hm,” says Aksa without interest.

After passing the teacher's office, Aksa took Rainy up to the third floor. There turned out to be a twelfth-grade room, which was still connected to the IPA building, and IPS. So the first floor is for tenth graders, second floor eleventh grade and third floor twelfth grade kids.

Then as her eyes combed around, Rainy noticed that there was one more staircase.

“Terus the ladder to where?” rainy asked as he pointed towards the stairs that were on top of the stairs they passed earlier.

“Ke rooftop.”

“Lo often to the top?”

Aksa. By raising his eyebrows he asked back, “Emang why?”

Rainy shook his head, “Only doang.”

Whereas the one in Rainy's head right now was, that place would be his favorite place besides the library. Rainy likes a quiet place, not noisy and makes calm. Maybe when there is an empty clock, Rainy will go to the rooftop while reading a book.

“Like. But do not go there too often, many boys who sometimes like to smoke diem-diem,” said Aksa as if giving a warning.

“But there's no chance of rame going on right? It is not possible that every day there will be children there. There must be a security guard who travels around the school,” said Rainy.

Aksa clucked. “Serah lo dah. What matters is that I ingetin.”

They went down again to the first floor. Quite exhausting too. When Aksa glanced at her watch, she said the break was only ten minutes away. But they haven't surrounded everything in this school.

“Lo is quite anterin me where the library only. Then we went straight to the canteen. You definitely want to snack, right?”

“Oke.”

Aksa immediately agreed, they walked again up to the library. Separate from the classroom and the teacher's room. Big enough to make Rainy amazed.

Aksa invited him in, to just look around and then they would come out again. Rainy enthusiastically followed Aksa who was already at the library door. This time Rainy walked in front of Aksa, while Rainy looked at the shelves containing books.

“Lo like to read books?” ask Aksa suddenly.

Rainy flinched and turned to face Aksa.

“Suka.”

“Not do you hate books the most?”

“Hah? Says who?” Rainy looked confused. While Aksa smiled obliquely. He walked and stood closer to Rainy.

The girl gulped, not tempted. But now his position was somewhat close to Aksa while behind him the towering bookshelf. Rainy felt pinched and when Rainy was about to shift but instead Aksa also shifted.

“Lo Rainy the Stunting boy right? Who used to love coming to my house just to ask for ice cream as nyokap me?”

Rainy sculpted for a while until ... “Ooohhh, so lo Aksa that?” Rainy ber oh with round eyes.

Surprised? Sure oes.

Rainy did not expect to have one school with Aksa, even one class. Aksa, the boy who used to be Rainy's front neighbor. The guy is skinny and taller than Rainy so Aksa often calls it Stunting. And now?

Aksa was still higher than him, even Rainy was only on the shoulder of the guy. But what made him a little incredulous was that Aksa was no longer thin, nor fat. Rainy could feel when he was in Aksa's embrace. Eh?

Rainy hit his head when a strange thought appeared.

“That's what?”

“Nutrition,” replied Rainy in passing.

If Rainy's son Stunting then Aksa's son is malnourished. Because of that title, the two often quarrel until they get stuck with each other. Until now, Rainy was upset to hear someone call it Stunting, even though Rainy is healthy, can be tall like other girls.

Aksa followed up irritatedly, then grabbed Rainy's hand that was about to leave from before him with sharp glaring eyes. His face advanced almost parallel to Rainy's.

“Gue is not malnourished!” his hisses, annoyed after Rainy mentioned that word.

“Gue is also not Stunting!” balas Rainy is no less fierce.

They do not realize, if the two faces are close together. Just a few centi. Until when the teacher guarding the library came, and rebuked them.

“Hei! What are you guys?!”
