Returning from TPQ, Umar, Sarah, and Namira prepared to go to the mosque for congregational prayer. But before leaving for the mosque, Namira asked a question that slapped Sarah's heart.

Sarah was somehow sad. Sarah saw Windi very happy to run the pregnancy program with her husband. Hearing the word pregnancy program, Sarah again remembered the doctor's speech of her chances of getting pregnant after laparoscopy.

After the aqiqah event, at his home Sarah thought Umar would marry again if he did not get pregnant. Sarah knew Umar would not want to and would not marry again. Sarah believed Umar really loved her. But the feeling still can not give offspring, Sarah felt selfish if adamant not to let Umar marry again. Really, it torments the inner Sarah because it feels wrong to her husband and child.

"Sir, please don't feel guilty. They don't demand that you have to have children. I never thought about marrying again or leaving you because of a child problem. So please do not think rich so again.we still have a way, as long as there is a way and opportunity we should not despair" said Umar
