218. GIVE BIRTH
4 Hours later, the clock is 08:15. It does not feel 2 hours more Risma will undergo a cesarean section. Risma was actually feeling calm, but somehow Risma again felt nervous when the time to undergo surgery was getting closer. At that time, Mansur who again saw his wife was nervous again to calm him.
"Risma, are you nervous?" ask Mansur

"Now read the verse chair, surat al araf verse 45, surat al falaq and annas letter so that your heart is calmer and the process of giving birth to a baby will be given smoothness" said Mansur
"That prayer gave birth to Mas?" ask Risma
"It is told to us in the book of Sunni Ibn that the Prophet when Fatimah was about to give birth, he told Umm Salamah and Zainab bint Jahsh to come, then read beside Fatimah the verse of the chair, and then read, al-araf verse 54, and asked for protection for Fatimah by reading two surah muawwidzatain (An-Nas and Al-Falaq)." replied Mansur.
"Oh yes, I understand" said Risma
"So Mas will read his prayer you can follow Mas" said Mansur
"Yes," replied Risma
Mansur chanted the verse of chair, surat al araf verse 45, surat al falaq and surat an nas with his own voice followed by Risma. Actually, Risma at that time did not memorize the verse of the chair and letter al araf verse 45. But Risma still followed her husband reading the letter with her voice though not as bright as her husband's.
After reading the letter, Mansur motivated and encouraged Risma ahead of the caesarean section.
"My wife, you are a great woman, you are a strong woman, you are soon to be the mother of our three children, Mas sure you can get through all this" Mansur said
"Yes Mas, insyallah I will struggle to undergo this cesarean section," replied Risma
"Yes, Mas will always pray for you" Mansur said
Risma when it suddenly remembered Aisyah said giving birth normally can feel the struggle of a mother giving birth to her child. Risma felt a little disappointed actually had to have a caesarean section. But she just kept silent because she was afraid her husband was worried.
Without Risma realized, the silence of Risma has been seen by Mansur. Mansur who saw Risma speechless suddenly tried to ask his wife.
"I'm not nervous Mas, but I remember the word Aisyah if the woman normal sewing will feel the struggle Mother gave birth to her child," replied Risma
"Do you think a woman who gives birth to a caesarean is not as great as a woman giving birth to a normal? what's that what you mean?" ask Mansur
Risma just nodded and was silent.See clearly the sad face of his wife who could not give birth normally. Mansur then immediately calmed Risma and gave her spirit.
"Such a presumption according to Mas is not true, for all women in the world who give birth either normal or caesarean section is great.including my wife who in the eyes of Mas is the greatest woman. your operative scar later is a testament to the dedication of my struggle to give birth to three twins. Our three twins are a gift, months pregnant you take good care of it" said Mansur
"Yes Mas, bismillah I must be ready to live it." replied Risma

2 Hours later, the caesarean section began. Mansur was outside the room accompanied by Mr. Rudi, Umar and Yossy. While Melisa, Sarah, Namira and Windi are still on their way to the hospital as they prepare for Risma's equipment and the baby will be finished giving birth.
A caesarean section generally takes 30 minutes. But because Risma contains three twins the surgery time takes longer. Mansur then did not hear the sound of crying began to sweat coldly. Many times Mansur pacing back and forth finally Mansur heard the sound of crying baby quite crowded because there may be a factor of three twins crying together.
"Oek...Oek...Oek.." (the sound of a baby crying)
Hearing the sound of the cries of his three twin babies Mansur immediately bowed in gratitude and said hamdallah.
"Anaku was born...Praise be to Allah" said Mansur
Mr. Rudi at that time was also happy to finally have his waiting to have my grandson materialized.Pak Ridi at that time hugged his beloved daughter-in-law. Umar and Yossy were happy. Especially Umar, he hopes Sarah can soon become pregnant with her child.
