"Alhamdulillah." said Risma and Mansur.

"mas, I'm pregnant with twins, mas" said Risma

"Yes ris, thank God for granting our prayers" Mansur replied

When showing the results of the USG on Mansur and Risma. The doctor who examined Risma scratched her forehead noticed something in Risma's uterine ultrasound results. The doctor continued to look seriously at the ultrasound uterus of Risma. Until finally the doctor said the results of his examination on Mansur and Risma.

"Sir, Ma'am, based on my analysis it seems like the twin pregnancies Risma's mother experienced are unusual." said the doctor cut off.

"So to distinguish it if identical twins are the same dark type and the face is similar, while non-identical types of darkness are different and the face is usually not similar. However, because pregnant triplets are likely identical and non-identical combinations can occur" continued the doctor

Risma and Mansur are very happy when they find out their 3rd twins. Risma and Mansur were offered a doctor to find out the type of darkness but they agreed to keep it a secret first so that it suprize.
