Chapter 39. Last Ascent.

The sound of an alarm went off, instantly becoming the tone of the room in silence. This time he woke up first, because the disease in his pain forced Lana to have difficulty resting. Lana sits on her desk chair looking at the laptop that opens to send her novel to publishers.

Upon Lana's arrival at the bamboo house, she was immediately greeted by Bara, Apoy and other friends.

Lana, who does not want to make Bara worried, is forced to lie about the state of the mother.

" The cave novel has become a bar heheh" said Lana.

Not long after, Naya suddenly came to the bamboo house to meet Bara.

Inside her quiet room, Lana sat pensively with a cough that occasionally spilled blood.

Sometimes Lana also looks at Dinda's gift jacket hanging on the wall to remember her journey. Not long after, Lana finally came out of her room to approach her brother in the living room.

" Sister, the day after the cave wants to climb the mountain, for the closure aja." said Lana.

After the short conversation, Lana finally went back into her room to rest.

Two days had passed, Lana had prepared to leave for the terminal before sunrise. Slowly he came out carefully so as not to wake the mother who was resting.

Upon arrival at the terminal, it turns out that Bara has arrived first.

While waiting for the bus they will ride to arrive, Lana and Bara wait in a stall for coffee. Not long while enjoying coffee, the bus they were waiting for finally arrived at the station. They quickly paid for the coffee and ran to the bus.

Because the trip will take a long time, Lana and Bara decided to sleep on the bus. Long enough for their journey, once in a while they wake up and fall asleep again. It was noon, finally they arrived at the terminal of their destination city. Do not want to linger in the terminal, they look for a motorcycle taxi to deliver it to Gunung Kembang basecamp.

Far enough away to arrive at basecamp, they had to pass through several villages to get there. After waiting they finally in the basecamp of Mount Kembang. The day had come to the end of the afternoon, forcing them to start the climb tomorrow morning.

As the day nears night, and the air getting colder makes Lana's cough even more painful.

" Dinda must be seneng, your novel is finished" Bara replied.

Lana just nodded while smiling when she heard Bara's words.

When the day began to dissolve, after filling the stomach suddenly the basecamp guard officers came to us.

" Yeah sir " answered Lana briefly.

The basecamp guards greeted Lana and Bara, leaving them and walking to his home not far from the basecamp.

Because the day is getting late and drowsiness and fatigue due to a day trip, finally Lana and Bara decided to sleep with a sleeping bag wrapped in their bodies.
