Kai had never expected before if he would be this golden-looking just from seeing Krystal crying in fear in the school hallway. Since when has he ever cared about someone's feelings? Even if it was his parents.

Tell me he's a man who doesn't have a heart, but Kai never cared about anyone until it was like this. Kai won't let anyone into his head. However, it was in fact the girl who filled his mind this time.

"Why-why? Krystal?" Chandra got up from her seat and stood before Kai in surprise, yet looked ridiculous with her slanted smile. "Have I missed the news?"

Kai was still focused on the arrivals on his drawing paper. "Diem, nyet!"

Chandra chuckles. "Gue's like seeing someone fall in love, huh."

"Lo will be even more excited when squirming directly what I said earlier." Sean was laying himself on the sofa next to Kai.

"I went home first yesterday" Chandra approached Kai. "Where are you?" It was Sean laughing again, but it didn't make Kai change his focus at the moment.

"We will see this male goat who will soon turn into a love slave of a cute girl at school." Said Sean.

"Lo talk?"

"No, I'm running." Sean was upset.

Chandra patted Sean's shoulder, "lo have to be patient with someone else's kasmaran."

Sean thunts. "It turns out the devil looks like he's in love again." His words certainly sparked laughter in both of them.

"Life you both are not good if it does not disturb people." Kai stopped his hand movements, then looked at the two. "Gue didn't fall in love with anyone! You need to know, love is not in my dictionary!"

"Don't forget, we've known how long!" Chirp Sean. "Lo is a non-jok guy in the middle of the field because he accidentally threw the ball towards Krystal."

Kai clucked, "gue doesn't want to talk about it."

"Where have you ever interfered with people's problems until it?" Sambar Chandras.

"You both know, I don't like anyone who's so powerful in my place!"

Sean grinned, "keep going, what do you mean by snapping Airin in the cafeteria if not for the nyekal chick Krystal's leg."

"He brought my name, yes!" Reply Kai.

"Don't forget too, you sent us both to the mall-malem home to help Krystal who was almost expelled from there." Sean's getting cornered by Kai.

"Gue just-"

"And worse still, you're willing to go back to the house you said hell was just to dive into the orphanage that Krystal put in."

This time Kai was silent.

"Gue same Chandra never make your feelings become funny material." Sean screeches. "What you need to know, Krystal has gone deep into your life."

"Lo on saying what the hell! Not clear!"

"When will you nipu yourself?"

"Chan's.."

"Honestly it's hard, Kai! Elah .. I never have a problem you want to fall in love with who, I just want to give my friend." Connect Chandra.

Kai closed his picture book, "lo on taking the medicine there, overeating." Then put it in his bag and stood up.

"Where are you going?" Ask Sean.

"Males I heard you both talking." Then move from there, to the door and out.

Kai sighed as the door closed. From behind the door, he rubbed his face in a huff. Suddenly, Krystal's shadow appeared in her head. How the girl smiled, laughed, then chipped when Kai mocked her.

Krystal's innocence indeed made Kai feel challenged, until unknowingly, it attracted him. All their closeness inevitably makes Kai feel comfortable, and changes his life more colorful.

Kai slowly raised his hand to touch his chest, there was an invisible vibration that continued to make it difficult to breathe, even the vibration pulled the two corners of his lips to smile.

"Lo makes me crazy, Krys."

The pounding on the door of his house made Krystal inevitably stop his activities doing Physics tasks that he had to collect tomorrow morning.

Her tiny legs stepped away from the study table towards the door. Outside the rain was very heavy, plus the sound of lightning and thunder that sailed made the atmosphere of the night a little scary.

Krystal slowly and anxiously opened the door of her house, peering a little to find out who was visiting at night, maybe even some people prefer to stay inside the house rather than having to go out when it rains like this.

The tall figure with still dripping rain water and lining up a thin t-shirt that had been soaked was the first thing Krystal saw. The man looked up, looking at him with my eyes.

"Kai?" Krystal was surprised to find Kai standing at her doorstep in a wet shirt.

"What are you doing?" Ask. "Kok wet-basahan gini anyway? Why don't you wear a raincoat?"

"Geez, Kai, it'll be tomorrow morning." Krystal chuckles. "Jaudah come in first yuk, I'll take a towel."

Kai held onto Krystal's arm as she wanted to get out of the door.

"No need," Kai sighed. "It's important."

"Yes, but go in first."

Kai took off his bag and unzipped the zipper and picked up a picture book that he often carried everywhere with his wet hands and droplets of water dripping from his hair.

"Lo open this." His request, while handing it to Krystal.

Krystal complied, albeit with confusion. His hand opened the first sheet of the drawing book. His face immediately sparkled when he saw the painting of the building shaded with a pencil. It looks so good and real.

"This is our school building?" Krystal asked without taking her eyes off the picture.

Then, he opened the second sheet of the drawing book again. There is a bench and a table lined up neatly and several storefronts and food carts. His face still looked the same, sparkling and amazed at the painting.

"This canteen?"

Krystal continued to open each sheet, all the pictures in the book contained only a few pictures of buildings, trees, animals, such as dogs, cats, and some other images. Everything looks real and good. In each of the arrays and scratches on it can make Krystal amazed.

"Here are you drawing?"

Kai nodded. "Of all those images what can you simpulin?"

Krystal looked up, turned her attention from the picture book and looked at Kai in front of her. "You like pictures."

"Other than that?"

The girl thought for a while, staring at the picture book in her hand and also Kai in turn.

"Hmm ... I don't think there are any pictures of people's faces?"

Kai nodded again, this time smiling slightly. "Gue doesn't like to touch people's faces."

"Why?"

"Because I hate to see other people's faces spinning around in my head." Kai took his breath. "Let's open the back sheet."

Krystal complied, her hand instantly flipping the last sheet. How surprised he was when he found out the picture on the last sheet of the book. Sotak Krystal closed her mouth, looking up at Kai with incomprehensible eyes.

"It's up to you to believe me or not to trust me." Kai sighed. "It's just him, the girl I just used to go round and round in this head. He who has taken all my attention until I am confused how to make him stop in my mind."

Krystal gasp. How not, on the back sheet, right where the picture he was looking at, there was the face of a girl, smiling, and wearing her school uniform.

That's himself.

"Kai..."

"That fills my head." Kai held onto Krystal's shoulder, then looked at her fixedly. "Gue .. I love you the same."

Kai growled in his heart. Supposedly, he learned to string romantic words on Chandra first before coming to Krystal's house, because he really found it difficult to express his feelings.

"Gue .. don't know how to explain it to you." Kai scratched the back of his head. "Gue .. I've never talked to another girl about this. I'm .. gosh!" Kai growling. "I've been pounding a lot, Krys, sometimes it hurts. Keep swishing yourself." He chuckled, lowering the other hand that was still on Krystal's shoulder.

The girl replied with a smile. The same smile, which always gets Kai's heart pumping so fast that he feels butterflies flying inside his stomach.

Krystal took Kai's hand, then placed it over his chest. "You mean it beats like this .. I also understand it."

Kai smiled sparklingly.

"It's so strong, I'm having a hard time breathing." Krystal continued, which made Kai feel his body warm up even though now his entire clothes have been soaked with rain water.

"So?"

"I love you too." Krystal smiled, and so did Kai.

They're looking at a hunting heartbeat. Locking each other's gazes, until it feels like the sound of rain out there is covered by the sound of both heartbeats.

"Gue wants to hug you, but is afraid of getting wet." Kai chuckles.

"Later I can change my clothes." Answer plain krystal.

Hearing that, made Kai laugh and immediately pushed Krystal's body in. Then Kai quickly closed the door, as quickly as he pulled Krystal's shoulder, bringing the girl into his arms.

For the night, the rain bears witness to how an Emperor Wira Atmadja, the lord of darkness, and the number one Devil in his school, gave up his entire heart only to a nerdy girl named Krystal Putri.

And that itself has changed today, there is someone who made it change, that alone will change together, and I, will become us.
