My Kenzo

My Kenzo
Season Two: The Bread that Failed

"How are you?" Amel let out a rough sigh, staring at the makeup of his nails. The thing he was thinking about? Should he scratch Kenzo again? For her husband to remember.

"I heard your husband Kenzo is back, is that right?" ask someone across there.

"Yes.. don't walnut and tease him...!!" amel said possessively.

Another city, 6 years ago...

One year is not a short time, br*ngsek Tomy has not yet revealed the trunk of his nose. Will he continue like this? The young master who expelled his cousin to be a parking attendant?

"Have you eaten?" Firman, a middle-aged man who gave him the job of offering a pack of rice with a side dish of kale and tofu vegetables.

"I'm not hungry!!" the young man was still indifferent until, criuk.

Fucking stomach, can't we negotiate. murmured inwardly, refusing but finally his hand grabbed the packet of rice given.

"Basic..." Firman smiled, chuckling as he looked at the arrogant young man who was eating voraciously.

"Don't tell me, tomorrow's father will move back to the village," he said, sighing harshly.

Kunyahan Gilang stopped staring at the middle-aged man beside him. A sense of loneliness rippled within him, "To... why?" tanyanya.

"It's okay, just missing the kids and the wife in the village" he replied.

"Boy stay here, huh? I told you I'm a rich man's son. Later if my cousin is not angry, I will." his words stopped.

Mr. Firman sighed harshly, "The money is not important, without the family we will live a lonely life.." he said, patting Gilang on the shoulder, walking away from him. The back of the middle-aged man, whose moustached face was still visible. Slowly she cried shedding her tears. There would be no one accompanying him at this moment.

Till...

"Sir!! Stay here with me!! I will try to contact my father to send money...!!" his yell. Made Mr. Word almost fall.

"Remember, the family is the most important." His last tip immediately turned not to look at Gilang again. Walk quickly, until it is no longer visible.

"Sir Word, br*ngsek!!" Crying screamed.

Meanwhile elsewhere, Mr. Firman soon enters a fantastically valuable car. "Sir.." he said bowed.

"I expected a lot, but after a year he didn't learn anything..." Tomy nibbled her own temple. Firman was his man to guard and test Gilang. One year already, but the disappointing result he got.

"He still glorifies his extended family, not understanding what it means to be the one person who matters most. When the man left." he continued.

"Then how about sir?" ask the Word bowed.

"You're back to security at the branch office. I'll send someone else to watch him from afar." replied Tomy had lost his mind to educate his long-term cousin.

Maybe I should send him to the Shaolin temple, shave his hair, be a monk.

Today, Gilang's tears flowed continuously, bathing in public toilets, then returning to where he lived this year. The storehouse behind the bakery he had sneered. Owners are really stingy, calculations.

"The rent of 250,000," pinta the middle-aged woman of the bakery owner, raised her hand.

"It!!" Gilang put his forehead annoyed, gave rent, his place just stop to sleep. His eyes were slightly shifted, staring at a girl who was still processing bread dough until late."You haven't come home yet?" ask her for the first time after a year of living there every night.

"Yet..." Kristin was still smiling, processing the dough, slamming it. Then apply the egg yolk on another bread that has fully expanded, then roast it.

Not a beautiful girl full of care, but an ordinary girl who had a sweet smile. His hands were deft as an employee who worked for many years there.

The girl was often overtime, so Kristin became a mainstay employee, the trust of the bakery owner.

"Christin!! Here's the key, I'll go home!!" the bakery owner threw the key to the store, immediately captured by Kristin. The middle-aged woman of the shop owner immediately left the place.

Having no other interlocutor than the Word, in the end, rather than alone, it is better to talk to this strange girl right? Maybe that's what was in Gilang's mind, to start approaching Kristin who was smearing eggs, while waiting for the bread on the grill to cook.

"Work like a horse day and night, you don't come home?" ketus tanyanya.

"There is no reason to go home, no one is waiting for me at home." Kristin replied smiling.

"none? If not, you should rest for once. You are a human being not a robot." Gilang sneered, do not understand the girl who never once had a holiday, even worked late.

Kristin's egg-collecting hands stopped, "I was lonely at home, because it was better to keep working than to go home. Besides, I want to kill someone..."

"Me... kill?" He laughed, thinking it was all a joke.

He was silent for a moment, the same smile as his older brother Kenzo. Smile? Kenzo just pretended to smile, lying to him to look happy. But...

"Revenge is not a good path..." Gilang back to say.

"You know what? Has your mother ever been dumped by your father? Did your father ever ignore his wife who fought from scratch?" tanyakanya.

She could not answer, until the girl who kept smiling opened the oven. The smell of warm bread was smelling all over the room.

"Castrous right? But unfortunately, one of them failed to inflate, that's me." he said, removing the gloves."Only the product failed,"

"A..I'll eat the one that fails to inflate!" Gilang grabbed the hot bread that the woman insulted. But the fingers of his own hands were immediately drawn, completely hot, his hands were burning."Aaaa.." he said shaking his hand.

"That's hot..." Kristin smiled, grabbed the egg white, gave it to Gilang's finger.

The young man smiled, for some reason. This girl is like Kenzo, a man full of ambition and revenge. However, behind it, loving him selflessly.

His tears flowed, remembering the older brother who drowned in the sea because of his words, "Kenzo.." he murmured.

"Why crying? You are a man!! A little burn is crying." - Kristin.

"I cried because the bread was scented with onions!!" an illogical, unreasonable reason, flowed from his mouth.

"Bring your head!!" Kristin put one of the cold bread in Gilang's mouth.

A fella? That's what they might have started at that point. Every afternoon until the end of the night, accompanying the girl to talk smilingly with him.

A few months later, heavy rain hit. A strong wind blew, Kristin could not go home, sighing violently.

"Come on, sleep in here..." Gilang pulled his hand. Take her to sit in the corner of the back shed, wearing the same blanket to warm herself up.

"The bread that failed, could not expand, for you." he said smilingly thrusting a piece of bread at Gilang.

"Thank you," Gilang smiled at him, "I prefer bread that fails to inflate, because it is denser and tastier,"

Kristin smiled at him, her lips trying to smile, never close to any man, "If I? Do you like me?" tanyanya doubt.

"Yes, I have no interlocutor, you are a good friend .." he replied with a full mouth.

Kristin's hands clenched... Apparently just friends...

"The bakery owner's mother wanted to match me up with her son" Kristin paused, trying to smile.

Kunyahan Gilang stopped, "A... do you accept it?" he asked, with a strange feeling of pain. Not wanting to lose the only person willing to listen to her grievances.

"He is rich, to get revenge I need money so." Kristin's words stopped, the girl sighed.

"I've never told you, I'm a rich kid, I'll help you, if only for revenge..." Gilang stopped his words, looking at Kristin who shook her head.

"I just want to prove one thing." she smiled, for the first time, the girl kissed a man's lips. Stroked with her lips slowly, hoping that the cold lips would open to reply. However, the surprised Gilang simply fell silent.

"It turns out it was true that it was just a friend." murmured Kristin, starting to get up and walk leaving Gilang still stunned.

"Watch that gift as a friend." he continued, walking out of the barn. Running through the rain without caring about her wet clothes.

Gilang was still speechless, palpating his own lips, "A...I do I like it?" he muttered thinking, somehow after the departure of Amel from the hospital he was like forgetting his feelings. Forgetting? After two years, the feeling had faded, but it was his ego that did not let Kenzo have it. Until a selfishness that makes the brother go away.

Gilang was still thinking, why did he not push Kristin, take the remaining bread half back to eat it, then smiled. Look at the bread piece.

Elsewhere, Kristin rested in her wet clothes, staring at the rain in front of her, smiling. But who knows the heart behind his reddened eyes.

Either her cheeks are wet from rain or her tears...

...True love? It doesn't exist......

...Thumping feeling? Missed her? Not love......

...Know why? Because all will not be answered until the end. Like an Antoni (Dad Kristin) who hates my mother when she has everything......

...Does Antoni still miss him? No, that's the answer, all she missed was the sound of a woman shaking her bed......

...Similarly I, will completely ignore this feeling, walk to marry another man, avenge all the treatment of Antoni's wives to my mother......

...Because, the people I love, don't reciprocate these feelings......

Kristin's...
