My Husband, My Ex'S Father.

My Husband, My Ex'S Father.
Episode 24's.

This morning Lusi and Damar were having breakfast together at the dinner table.

"How is your relationship with Dafi? Is there any progress?" ask Lusi.

Damar shook his head, "Still the same as before, Ma. She still hates me, I don't know when it's gonna be like this?"

"You're patient, yeah. Later slowly Dafi will definitely be able to accept you again, she's just still angry."

"Yes, Ma."

"Or you want Mama to tell Dafi if you've been financing all her needs, not Mama. Who knew he'd change his mind and be able to be kind to you."

"It's not necessary, Ma. I don't want Dafi to reject her again like she used to if she knew all that from me, just let her think that as long as Mama is financing her. At least I can calm down because his needs are met."

Lusi smiled as he rubbed the back of Damar's hand, "You're a good father, if only Dafi knew the truth."

"I just don't want Dafi to know the truth, I don't want her to hate the mother who gave birth to her."

"But Dafi can't hate you either, son! He should know the real reason you and Anggi split up, not what the Anggi family told him."

"Alright, Ma. Let it go, I beg you!"

Lusi sighed, "Yes, it's up to you!"

The atmosphere for a moment of silence, both of them ate breakfast with their respective minds, until Damar again voiced.

"I haven't told Mama, have I?"

Lusi frowned, "About what?"

"A few days ago Dafi was in an accident, he fell off the bike."

Susi was startled and suddenly panicked, "So how is she doing?"

"He's just injured, Ma. Nothing serious" Damar replied.

"Why did you just say it now?" Luci glared furiously.

"I don't want Mama to worry."

"Yes, but Dafi is Mama's granddaughter, and Mama should know what happened to her" Susu said.

"I'm sorry, Ma."

"Then Mama will visit him, Mama wants to see the situation directly."

Damar nodded, "Yes, I'll take Mama with me."

"No need! You just go to the office, Mama can take a taxi. After that, my mom would go somewhere else."

"Oh, yes, that's it."

They fell silent again, Damar remembered Sera, he decided to tell the girl about him.

"Hem, Ma. Something ...."

Lusi's phone suddenly rang, making Damar stop to talk.

"Before, Aunt Elin called." Lusi hurriedly answered the incoming call from his best friend.

"Hello, Say," said Lusi as he moved away from Damar.

Not long after Damar's phone rang, he glanced at the flat screen and hurried to answer.

"Hello, what's up, Ko?"

"Sir, the investor who wants to invest in our company is already on his way to the office, he's going to China this afternoon, so there's not much time."

"All right, I'll get to the office."

"Good, sir."

Damar hung up the phone from Riko and moved from his seat, "Ma, I'm going to the office first, there are investors who want to come."

Lusi just nodded because he was talking seriously with his best friend. Damar rushed out of the house and drove his car to the office. He fails to tell Sera about Luci.

Lusi knocked on the door and Dafi hurriedly opened it.

"Oma?"

Lusi felt sorry to see Dafi living alone in the boarding houses in such a wounded state, the woman immediately embraced the grandchild, "Oma misses you, dear."

Dafi just fell silent, she did not even return Lusi's embrace. Although she did not hate Lusi as much as she hated Damar, Dafi remained cold to her.

Lusi let go of her embrace and rubbed the wet corner of her eyes, "You're fine, right?"

Dafi just nodded with a flat face.

"This is Oma bring food." Lusi handed her a package of food and Dafi accepted it.

"Can Oma come in?" asked Lusi because Dafi left him at the door.

"Please."

Lusi came in and sat down on the edge of Dafi's bed and looked at the granddaughter, "How are your wounds, dry?"

"Already" answered Dafi lying, but the wounds on his feet and hands were still wet.

"Oma is so worried about you, shouldn't you just stay with your papa? Let's take care of it."

"I can take care of myself, I don't need him!"

Lusi's old face turned mellow, "Until when will you continue to antagonize your papa?"

"For ever, until I die."

"Dafi, you can't be like this! Your father loves you."

"If she loves me, she can't leave me and Mama" Dafi said.

"Dafi, you don't understand what's really going on" Susi argued.

"I understand enough, Oma! She's selfish and stubborn, she thinks more of herself than me and Mama."

"How is it different from your mom? She is also selfish and thinks of herself, she prefers to marry someone else and then leave you here."

Dafi was silent, deep in his heart he was also angry at Anggi even though he did not hate the woman like he hated Damar.

"Why don't you hate your mom?" continued Lusi.

"Mama got married again and left because Papa, if only Papa was willing to invite Mama to refer, Mama would have stayed here and we could have gathered again," Dafi replied emotionally.

Lusi was stunned, he did not expect Dafi to blame Damar instead.

"I beg Oma to stop forcing me to forgive Papa, because whenever I can't." Dafi threw away his face.

Lusi rubbed Dafi's back with tears, "I'm sorry, Oma. Oma just wants you to make up, because after all you're a father and son."

Dafi shook his head, "I'm hurt, Oma. He left me when I still needed him, all these years I've been ridiculed for not having a father. If he wanted to go back with Mama, maybe I could forgive him."

Lusi felt pity and moved, it felt like he wanted to reveal the real reason Damar left Anggi, but he had promised the son to keep his mouth shut.

Lusi wiped his tears and held Dafi's shoulder, "Don't be sad anymore! Oma apologize, yes."

Dafi nodded, her eyes red as she endured the crying.

"Oma want to go to the mall, you want to come?"

"No, Oma. I'm lazy to go out, I just want to rest," Dafi refused, since last night he was not excited to do anything, so today he did not go to college.

"Yes, then Oma left first, then Oma will come again here. If you need anything, do not hesitate to contact Oma," said Lusi while wiping Dafi's head.

"Yes, Oma."

Lusi also left the Dafi boarding houses, he had an appointment to meet with Sarah in one of the malls.
