In just four months, Luke proves to his family that he can replace Jimmy to lead the J&J Company. Initially Luke was placed as a deputy director, but the football was so unexpected. The man managed to complete several important projects that have been involved and bring in new clients in their company.

Having a military background, Luke was so decisive in acting. He did not tolerate any form of cheating in the company, as a result some company officials had to lose their jobs because they were caught embezzling company funds.

Jimmy was relieved that within a year he might retire after Luke replaced him. He wants to rest and enjoy his old age with his grandchildren and family.

Jovanka's pregnancy has entered the ninth month. Jovanka and Luke are busy preparing all the baby's needs including making a special room that the baby is deliberately kept secret.

Despite his busy work and writing, Luke still makes time for his wife. As much as possible he came home on time to be able to accompany his wife at home.

"How's the preparation? Is it all done?" luke asked as he stomped on Jovanka's leg, which he did every night.

"It's almost done, the room is already in the decor, just fill some stuff," replied Jovanka with a happy face. "How's your job today?" ask her husband.

For Jovanka, being a wife is fun. The woman who used to be unable to get up early is now getting used to waking up early because she will prepare for Luke's needs before leaving for work. Luke and Frey are shocked to hear Abel's scream, and the two approach Jovanka, who is still standing, holding her stomach.

"We're going to the hospital now!" Luke then helps Jovanka get into the car. "Frey please have all the maternity gear in the nursery, please take it and follow us to the hospital!" get Luke's message before he gets in the car.

"Good Luke. Be careful on the road!"

Luke drives his car at full speed, fearing that Jovanka will give birth in the car because the water has broken.

"It hurts so much Luke" said Jovanka, holding her stomach. Sweat began to flood Jovanka's body.

"Let's love, we'll be in the hospital soon!"

"Arggh, sick!" Jovanka yelled, thankfully, Luke was able to calm down until they finally arrived at the hospital.

Luke pulls Jovanka out of the car, he runs Jovanka into the hospital ER. "My wife is about to give birth, the water broke about ten minutes ago" Luke explained in detail.

"Quick take it to the delivery room!"

Luke lays Jovanka's body on top of the gurney, and several nurses push the gurney and take her to the delivery room.

Jovanka squeezed Luke's hand as she again felt a wave of contraction. "Sick Luke. I don't want to get pregnant anymore! It feels so painful!" Jovanka screamed because the pain was terrible.

"The opening is complete. Follow my instructions madam!" said the midwife who helped deliver Jovanka. "Set your breath, push now!"

Jovanka began straining and struggled to give birth to her baby. While Luke couldn't hold back his tears, he couldn't bear to see Jovanka in pain. The moaning of the wife made her heart cut. Just like Jovanka, Luke won't tell Jovanka to get pregnant again. He could not see his wife's struggle during childbirth.

Jovanka managed to catch her breath, as she pushed back involuntarily, clutching Luke's hand leaving a wound there. But Luke did not care, the pain he felt was not comparable to the pain Jovanka was feeling.

The sound of crying babies echoed in the room. Luke can breathe a sigh of relief because the baby is already born. Meanwhile, Jovanka cried at the sound of the baby she had just born. All her pain seemed to disappear along with the cry of her baby.

"Congratulations, madam. Your baby is a boy" the midwife said, showing the baby to both parents.

"Luke, look at our baby!" Jovanka cried when she saw her baby for the first time.

"Thank you, thank you for fighting to bring our child into this world" Luke said sincerely, the man then peeked at his wife's forehead as he let out his tears.

After the baby is cleaned, the midwife helps Jovanka to do Initiation Breastfeeding Early. The tiny baby was placed on top of Jovanka's body so that the woman could touch her baby's body directly.

"Luke, she looks a lot like you" Jovanka said, staring at the tiny baby on top of her chest.

"Look at Jov, his eyes are blue just like you!" luke said with sparkling eyes, it was a very happy thing to be able to see the baby directly.

"He's a combination of me and you Luke!"

Luke smiled happily, unceasingly the kiss he gave on his wife's forehead as a deep token of gratitude.

A few hours later Jovanka was transferred to the ward and family members were able to visit her. Because the baby is healthy, the tiny baby was already in the same room with Jovanka.

"Gosh, he's so funny," praised Frey in a fit of rage.

"Do you want more love? It looks like Abel is fit to be a big brother" Josh said expectantly.

"Not for now, Josh!" reject Jovanka quickly.

"Why Frey, isn't more the house more crowded" Jo said in support of her twin brother.

"You think being pregnant and giving birth doesn't hurt what?" chirps Anne.

"Right sister, I just want to get pregnant again," said Jovanka chimed.

"No boleg talks like that. Momy was just giving birth to Jo and Josh also did not want to get pregnant again. But after they grew up momy decided to get pregnant and present this beautiful you Jov," Katherine chimed in the unrest of her son and daughter-in-law.
