While Luke is in surgery, Josh accompanies Martha and Charli gets treatment from a doctor. Josh's heart was so sad to see the condition of Luke's mother and sister.

Due to severe injuries, Charli received intensive care, while Martha was only infused to restore her strength. Doctors were also forced to give Martha sleeping pills as the woman continued to cry hysterically.

Andrew and Josh wait in front of the operating room restlessly, Josh even turns off his phone because Jovanka and Frey have been constantly contacting him.
