Luke hugged his mother's thin body, his tears could not stop, Luke could not even imagine how much his mother had suffered.

Late in the night Luke heard a scream, the man woke up and found Wilson's men dragging a girl and tying his hands and feet in a lying state. The girl continued to scream and thrash, but shortly afterwards Wilson's men injected something into the girl's body and knocked her unconscious.

Luke hugs his mother as Wilson's men walk towards them, one of them opens the cell door and the other points a gun at Luke.

"Doctor Martha, you have to be on duty tonight" said Wilson's men.

Martha let go of Luke's embrace and stood up, Luke caught up with his mother and held her back. "What's mom doing?" asked Luke, curious and worried.

"Hurry up or I'll shoot your son!" threaten them with a gun to Luke's head.

"I'm sorry Momy Luke" said Martha with teary eyes, and she walked out of the room and walked up to the unconscious girl.

Luke follows Martha with both hands raised, and her curiosity begins to be answered when Martha opens a box containing medical instruments commonly used for surgery.

Martha then put on a medical robe and medical sarong, she also undressed the poor girl and sterilized her. "Mom, what are you doing?" luke screamed in a quivering voice, without Martha answering, Luke knew what the mother was going to do.

"No mom, don't do that!" luke shouted trying to hold the mother.

Martha turned her head and shook her head, not without reason she wanted to do such a heinous job, Martha did it to see Luke stay alive. For six years Martha survives for Luke's sake, Martha performs an operation and retrieves innocent human organs under Wilson's threat.

"No mom" Luke cried as he watched her dissect the girl's body and remove all her organs. Luke's heart was so sick, he finally knew what kind of suffering his mother had been going through.

A few hours later Martha was done with her job, she then closed the body of the poor girl. Although Martha felt very sinful and did not deserve to do so, Martha took the time to pray for the girl to be calm up there. Martha hoped that everyone she had killed would never forgive her.

Martha returned to the holding room, the woman crying as she looked at her two hands shaking violently. Martha was so sinful, she didn't even deserve a doctor's call.

"I'm so sorry Luke" said Martha regretfully. Luke just shut up and hugged the old body of the mother. "Momy doesn't even deserve to live!" keep Martha.

"I know Momy did it to protect me. Momy must stay. We're definitely going to get out of this hell mom. We're definitely going out" Luke said, wiping his momy's back.

"You need to get out of this place, son, you need to stay alive!"

"No mom, we have to get out together!"

"Momy is grateful that you're alive, even if momy has to die now Momy is willing!"

"No, don't say that. We'll go out and live together like we used to. Don't you want to see momy's daughter-in-law and granddaughter?"

"Grandson?" reset Martha.

"Yes mom, I'm married and my wife is pregnant!" Luke takes out a picture of Jovanka he keeps in his pants pocket and shows Martha. "He's beautiful, isn't he mom?"

Martha smiled as she stared at the photo of Jovanka. "She's so beautiful" Martha praised sincerely.

"Yes mom, besides being beautiful she is also very kind!"

"Hopefully momy can meet him. What's his name Luke?"

In the middle of their conversation, suddenly someone came and clapped their hands in laughter. Luke sharpened his vision, it was Morgan who came. He must have come to get the poor girl's organs.

"We meet again Luke. Had you given that evidence earlier, you would not have suffered like this! Since your mother is meritorious in my business, I will forgive your mistakes in the past! See you soon Luke!"

While elsewhere, Andrew manages to find Luke's location, he immediately sends some of his men to check if the location matches Luke's place on the roof. After confirming Luke's whereabouts, Andrew sends twenty of the men he hired to surround Luke's place in the husk, then he and Josh follow his men to the spot.

"How's Luke doing?" ask Andrew to his men.

"We can't confirm it, he's sealed in a dungeon!"

"Is Wilson in this place?'

"No. But a few minutes ago Morgan came to that place, until now he hasn't come out!"

"Morgan?" repeated Andrew.

"The mobster's working with Wilson!"

"Wait until Morgan leaves, and then we attack the place!"

"Okay sir!"

While Andrew is busy with his men, Josh is busy sending evidence of Wilson's crimes to the local Police, Military Police, Presidential Secretary and airing all the evidence on New York's Billboard Time Square, not only that Josh also sent the evidence to one of the television stations owned by his acquaintances. The man smiled after the evidence he sent.

"Oh God, it looks like we have the talent to be Luke's Mafia" Josh said confidently.

"really. Then what's the right name for our gang's mafia lord?" andrew replied with a serious face even though he knew Josh was just joking.

"Well, what about Blue Bloods?"

"Why Blue Bloods?" asked Andrew curiously.

"Because I'm a descendant of the noble!"

Andrew patted his own forehead, the jokes of Josh's model fathers were beyond reason. "As for you!"

In his private home, Wilson and his men are trying to unlock the data stored inside the flash that Luke gave him. Wilson was so upset that Luke had installed a code his men could not open. But Wilson did not give up, he even hired an IT to open the document. After a few hours, the document finally opened. But instead of the evidence he wanted, the document contained only two large-lettered and bold words.
