Hannah didn't really leave Elin's ward, she was still sitting in one of the chairs that lined the hospital hallway .

"and if you really don't want me to hate it, you better come in with me now" He continued, threatening Hannah, and Hannah with a slight reluctance to obey Elin's request , it feels like he does not deserve the good treatment of this beautiful-eyed woman in front of him , but again he did not want to make Elin again disappointed and decided to comply with Elin's request that forced her into his ward.
