212. REQUESTING DEMOTION

In the office, as usual Daniel and Galih are preoccupied with a pile of files. But between his work, Ihsan then went into Daniel's room and said something.

"Please come in" said Daniel
"Excuse me, Mr. Daniel," said Ihsan
"Well, what's wrong, San?" ask Daniel
"Sir, earlier I apologize. I want to talk about something to you, Father," replied Ihsan
Daniel was staring at Ihsan, thinking that Ihsan would tell the truth about the big secret of Mr. Hendro. Daniel was very excited to hear Ihsan think of him as an older brother. Without a second thought, Daniel casually responded to Ihsan's remark.
"Just ask what you want to ask, I'm ready to hear it" Daniel said
"Sir, I feel uncomfortable working here so.." replied Ihsan cut off.
"Whatchu mean? uncomfortable? did someone insult you? or is there another problem?" daniel asked in shock
"It's not like that sir, I just feel uncomfortable in this section.if you allow, I want another job position under my part. because I want to start from zero to know my abilities," Ihsan replied in a lie
"You mean you're asking to step down?" ask Daniel
"Yes sir, if you will," replied Ihsan
Daniel was surprised by Ihsan's sudden request to step down. According to Daniel, Ihsan's reasoning is unacceptable with logic.
"Everyone is very happy if he rises and gets a big salary. But he's my own sister asking to step down for such reasons.I'm sure there must be a point behind all this. I have to investigate," Daniel said
Daniel then nodded in agreement to Ihsan's request.
"Sir Daniel agrees to my wish?" ask Ihsan
"Yes, but I still doubt your reasoning, but if it's your decision it doesn't matter" Daniel replied
"Well sir, where can I work, sir?" ask Ihsan
When Ihsan asked that. Daniel was silent for a moment not answering Ihsan's question. Daniel understands the ability and educational background of Ihsan in the field of language. So according to Daniel all parts of the work in the company except the assistant translator is not suitable.
"Ihsan, you better consider that wish" Daniel said
"What's up, sir?" ask Ihsan
"I'm sorry I don't mean to demean you. We are the same high school graduates and grateful to be able to work in the company of Galih.but we are different, I was from a teenager always in the business economy. while you only graduated High School, Cakef is in the language, so there is no part that suits you except this position" replied Daniel

Hearing Ihsan's words, of course Daniel strongly disagrees to hire his brother as a subordinate.
"I don't approve, you have to keep working as my assistant" Daniel said
"Sir, but I feel uncomfortable being in this position," Ihsan replied in a lie
"Yes, if you're uncomfortable, I'll do how you're comfortable working in your current position" Daniel said
"Sir, but you received it. This is not fair, what is the wrong office boy or security guard job?" ask Ihsan
"Sorry sir, I'm forced to do it." Ihsan's mind
Daniel grew furious at Ihssn's request. The job of being an office boy or security guard is not wrong. But Daniel was not willing to hire his sister as a subordinate in the family company. Without hesitation, Daniel forced Ihsan to respond to his question.
"Ihsan, don't make me angry, what does all this mean?" ask Daniel
"I mean father?" answer Ihsan plain-ass
"What's your goal now?" ask Daniel
"Destination? who would want to live happily," replied Ihsan
"What's wrong with you today? and your family?" ask Daniel
"We're all fine sir" Ihsan replied
"I feel that today there are two events that arrived, first your mother resigned, then you arrived to ask to step down. What is all this? you guys want to avoid me?" ask Daniel
"No sir, it's not like that" Ihsan replied
"Then do you know anything about my relationship with your father?" ask Daniel
