191. HOLD OR UNLOAD
After dinner, Fiona drove Ihsan home. On the way there was no talk at all. They both looked awkward after dinner last night. Until Ihsan who is not comfortable with his current condition starts to invite Fiona to talk.
"Bak Fiona," said Ihsan
"Yes," replied Fiona
"Honestly, I did not expect that this theatrical relationship really made us trapped. I personally am not comfortable continuing to do this," said Ihsan
"Yes right, even papa wants to talk about when we get married, I'm so bad" Fiona replied
The words of Mr. Hasan who told Ihsan and Fiona to get married immediately certainly disturbed their minds. Ihsan knew not only that she was uncomfortable with this condition, but that Fiona must have felt it too. Ihsan then told Fiona to make up her mind.
"I know Fiona also feels uncomfortable as I do, the decision now is up to Fiona" said Ihsan
"My decision, I leave it to you. You choose to survive doing this play or dismantle this play. whatever my Mas decision is okay," replied Fiona
Honestly, Ihsan wanted to end this charade. But Ihsan also felt sorry that Fiona should be betrothed to that uncivilized playboy guy. Finally Ihsan gave his desperation to try to survive.
"Do you mind if you choose to stay?" ask Ihsan
"Why did Mas Ihsan choose to endure this charade?" ask Fiona
"Yes because we have not received proof of Aldi's ugliness, if Mbak already got evidence maybe it's time we end this play. and Mbak can find a better life partner again," replied Ihsan
At first Fiona was happy that Ihsan was willing to endure the charade. But Ihsan's last words really hurt like a goodbye forever. In the driving condition Fiona was not focused until Ihsan then shouted the car that Fiona was driving almost hit a tree.
"Mbak !!! watch out !!!" yell Ihsan
Fiona immediately braked her car suddenly
"Citttt.." (fiona's car stopped).
Fortunately, the car that was hit did not hit a tree. Fiona was sweating and her breathing was panting. At that time Ihsan also panicked. But Ihsan realized, Fiona was certainly more panicked than him. Without thinking long Ihsan directly thrust a bottle of drinking water on the dashboard on Fiona.
"Sir, this is a drink first, calm yourself Ma'am," said Ihsan
Fiona received the bottle and drank it. Ihsan at that time felt that Fiona's condition was not possible to drive. Without thinking much, Ihsan asked Fiona's permission to take the place of driving a car.
"Sir, let me just drive, Mbak can rest behind," said Ihsan
"Can Ma'am, I am usually told by Mr. Karman to queue orders for ornamental fish outside the city by car" replied Ihsan
"Why not say. Mas?, you know what Mas just drive my car. I do not feel good if I am rich I demean men," said Fiona
"What is Ma'am, I am also aware of who I am, this is also his car Ma'am," replied Ihsan
"Ih, don't say that Mas, I don't think Mas has to be rich or anything to be my friend" said Fiona
"Yes Ma'am, now let's change positions" replied Ihsan
"Yes Mas" said Fiona
30 Minutes later, the car Ihsan was driving arrived home. Ihsan immediately got out of the car and said goodbye to Fiona.
"Sir, thank you. I want to go straight home," said Ihsan
"Yes, I want to go home too" replied Fiona
The clock at 21:30, Ihsan was actually worried that Fiona was going home alone.
"Sir, is it okay to go home alone at night?" ask Ihsan
"What's wrong Mas, I say goodbye, assalamualaikum," said Fiona
"Waalaikumsalam," replied Ihsan
After Fiona's departure, Ihsan somehow felt constantly worried about Fiona. Without thinking long, Ihsan then rushed to borrow Mr. Karman's motorbike and followed Fiona.
