16. It is even harder to rebuke...

Lili knocked on the door of Alexander's reading room, then slowly opened the door, and then went inside carrying a tray containing snacks that Lili had given to Joanna.

Yoana who was about to walk to the bookshelf to pick up a book, suddenly stopped seeing Lili enter the Alexander reading room.

Slowly Joanna stepped closer towards Alexander sitting down, her feelings began to be alert, she was afraid that Alexander would be moved with Lili's attention.

"Sir, I brought you an afternoon snack to enjoy while reading a book!" lili said with a friendly smile, carrying the tray she was holding towards the table near Alexander.

Alexander took down the book he was reading, and looked at the tray containing the snacks Lili had brought.

Joanna was in her place, waiting for Alexander to respond with the attention of Lili who brought snacks for him.

Lili put the tray on the table, politely and carefully Lili poured the tea into the tea cup.

"If you want a sweet tea, you can put sugar to your taste, I myself make the tea, may you like my tea Sir!" lili said in a soft and friendly voice accompanied by a body that bowed slightly politely.

Yoana closed her eyes for a moment holding back the rumbling of her chest that was so scared, glancing at Alexander who seemed to be starting to stir with Lili's attention.

If Alexander grabbed the cup of tea, and tasted it in front of Lili right now, there would be no chance for Joanna to forbid Alexander from drinking the tea, his identity will be discovered if Joanna blatantly forbids Alexander not to drink the tea.

Yoana's hands clenched tightly, after which she would work hard to investigate about what poison Lili had put into Alexander's tea.

"Oh, sir, please enjoy the tea while warm, if you like my tea, tomorrow I will brew it again for you to enjoy in the afternoon!" sahut Lili smiled happily.

Oh, naw! the whisper of Joanna's heart grew stronger clenching her hands.

"No need, bring it back!" sahut Alexander flat, then continued to read the book he held.

A..what?! Yoana felt her hearing was problematic, it turned out that her guess was wrong.

Alexander refused the tea made by Lili, involuntarily, the spontaneous corner of Yoana's lips revealed a happy smile.

Goody! whispered Joanna's heart was satisfied.

Lili froze in place, not moving in the slightest hearing what Alexander said.

"Next time don't be sassy doing something that's none of your business, I have a personal assistant, he'll do everything I need, your job in the kitchen, go get all of that!" sahut Alexander was flat with a cold face.

"Ba..baik sir, ma.sorry that I have been sassy!" lili quickly bowed politely, her tone sounded so sad that her work to serve Alexander was not appreciated.

Yoana silently smiled looking at Lili's drama that looked pitiful, as if she was so very sorry.

"Well, if you know wrong, go! bring all that!" alexander sahut flat without turning his head from the book he read.

Knee Lili trembled at Alexander's flat tone of voice, it seemed like he had no hope of attracting Alexander's splinter, he thought that Alexander was moved by his attention.

Not at all, damn it! whispered heart Lili clenched her hands tightly.

"Not yet to go?!" alexander asked with a sharp pressure of tone, without even turning his head from the book he was holding.

"I.iya Sir, I'm leaving, excuse me!" Lili grabbed the tray from the table, then bowed her body slightly politely before exiting the reading room.

Slowly the door closed Lili.

Alexander and Joanna stayed in the reading room, the atmosphere was quiet and a little awkward.

Slowly Alexander lowered the book he was reading, then looked at Joanna who was still standing in her place.

"If you don't like it, why didn't you just rebuke it?" alexander asked, looking at the face of Joanna who was still in her place.

Yoana spontaneously turned to look at Alexander, their eyes met, Yoana did not think that Alexander knew, that she did not like Lili's attitude earlier.

Yoana's face sparkled at Alexander's words, and quickly Yoana nodded her head so happily.

With a quick step Joanna went to the door, and went to make coffee for Alexander.
