"Hey, it's possible that the dream you're having has something to do with everything that's happened" Alesya said. He pulled the chair closer to the two youths beside him.
"But I'm sorry if I have to figure this out! You're the only ones who find out. I have nothing to do with this, okay?" Aiken emphasized his last words. He folded his hands in front of his chest.
Alex was silent while stroking his chin. He turned his chair, facing the computer screen in front of him. His fingers were quick enough to press each number and letter on a computer keyboard. Aiken and Alesya just silently watched what Alex was going to do.
"Here we go!" Alex shifted his chair to the side, opening the computer screen that was previously covered by that huge back.
"It's an article about people dying at night, right? Hmm, it's terrible." Alesya nodded slowly. He then looked at Aiken.
The young man looked unmoved, not showing any reaction. "Hows it? Are you going to let more victims fall?" alex asked while raising both eyebrows.
"Hey Aiken." Alex grabs a medium-sized suitcase under the table. He lowered both his eyebrows. "There's a payment. Are you still going to refuse?"
Aiken let out a long breath. The amount of money in the suitcase really made him worry. Between having to do what agent Reco asks, or does he refuse?
"Good, fine. I'm gonna do it. But, I can't guarantee that I'll find anything later" Aiken said as he massaged his temple.
"We believe in you, man!" Alex and Alesya spoke in unison. Aiken was just silent with a sour face.
Aiken stood up, the wheeled chair moved around as Aiken no longer sat on it. He waved softly as he stepped away from the headquarters of the Reco agency building.
...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...
Aiken was surprised to find himself standing under a dimly lit street lamp that looked deserted and deserted. Several times he looked around. Only the darkness of the night, and the dim street lamps that adorn the asphalt streets.
"This, yesterday's place? Jeez ... Why am I here?" thought Aiken. He was still standing under the dim street lamp.
Aiken turned around quickly. The sound of someone's footsteps coming from behind the darkness made him gasp. Sontak Aiken stood watchfully as he continued to circulate his gaze around.
"Oi! Who's it! Don't mess with me!" exclamation Aiken. He began to put up the horses with both hands clenched, as if preparing to land a blow from that muscular hand.
The footsteps began to sound no more. Aiken frowned, the foot that put up the horses he paled. He started to stand up normally again.
"That voice, gone?" mummified Aiken. The two crystal blue eyeballs did not stop moving left right, even though his legs had not mounted the horses anymore. Both of his hands were already clenched.
He gasped as a soft clap landed behind his left back. He slowly looked. The familiar-looking figure of the woman stood at the back, looking at her with empty eyes.
"You-you! Waitaminute! You, still alive?" Aiken was back. The purple haired girl fluttered with a blank look.
"I told you. Helpme. But why are you quiet? Help me!" the girl's voice was soft, yet intimidating.
"Help you? What exactly do you want from me? why are you coming again? Didn't you already ...." Aiken did not continue his words. The mouth feels heavy to talk back.
"Don't you, you're a ghost! But, why did you come bothering me? What's wrong?"
"You're not wrong. But, I just want you to help me. I've got proof that you're gonna be able to help me." The girl's hand was raised, her index finger pointing right at Aiken's neck.
Aiken lowered his face, looking for what the girl in front of him was showing. There was a necklace with a green crystal pendant around her neck. That crystal he found in the cave was a long time ago. And he didn't know why he wanted to take the necklace with him.
"What's? It's just an ordinary necklace that I found," Aiken said casually as he slightly undid his collar, revealing the necklace.
"It's a crystal of wisdom. The Goddess of wisdom. And you brought the necklace. It means destiny brought you to my aid."
"The Goddess of wisdom? What's that name? I just heard it. Maybe you've got the wrong guy. Besides, do I look wise in your eyes?" Aiken raised both eyebrows. He folded both hands on his chest.
The girl nodded, saying nothing. He was still with a flat gaze, his lips tightly clenched. Slowly he stepped back, away from Aiken who seemed to be frowning.
"Hey, where are you going? Answer my basic question suck!" aiken said half-screaming. The girl was still speechless, her footsteps getting further away from Aiken.
Aiken stepped forward, trying to catch up with the purple-haired girl who was moving away from him. However, the thick fog that had suddenly appeared made him flicker both hands while closing his eyes.
"Hey, what the fuck! I can't see!"
...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...
And when Aiken opened his eyes again, he was surprised to find himself in the room, lying on the bed with both hands looking up in front of his face.
"What else is this! I was just a dream!" Aiken woke up. He rubbed his two eyes rough.
He's getting out of bed. Walk near the glass door, open it, then approach the balcony. He stretched out both hands, flexing the muscles of that muscular hand.
"Huh ... What is this dream! I really don't like it. That girl is really weird. He wants to drive me crazy for sure" Aiken grumbled.
"Well!" Aiken hit his forehead a little rough. "I should go to school today! How many days have I not been to school? Shit, Miss Hana's gonna be pissed!"
He then snatched the towel plastered on the doorknob of the closet. He quickly ran to the bathroom, cleaning himself up quickly. Until when he arrived at school, he was not late, and made Mr. Satpam smile thinly.
"Your tumben wasn't late this morning? By the way, you've been anywhere Aiken. Did you see you go to school today?" The security guard frowned.
"Lately I have a lot of business, sir. Well, that's. Understandably sir, I live alone," said Aiken with a sour face, as if lamenting his bad luck.
"Well, it must be uncomfortable living your teenage life without family" said the security guard. The look on his face was sad, as if he could feel what Aiken was now feeling.
"Thank you for caring, sir. But I'm fine. I am not a weak man!" Aiken clenched tightly one hand, then lifted it upwards.
