Sasa immediately looked at the monitor screen following the orders of doctor Kristina, his eyes immediately widened when he saw the display of the monitor screen showing two small circles inside his stomach . Instantly the heart feels beating very fast shortly after he saw a monitor screen that shows the current condition of his uterus.

"The doctor....

"That's both very healthy mistress fetuses ." Doctor Kristina's words cut off Sasa's words.

"My doctor meant pregnant with twins.?" Sasa asked in disbelief.

"Yes and their current age is about three weeks ." Doctor Kristina answered with a smile.

"But my doctor has no family pedigree that has twins, how could I now be pregnant with doctor twins." Said Sasa with a trembling tone as he was moved.

"This is all by God's will, so as human beings we cannot explain using logic or science . As you can see today as you can see for yourself , there are two babies already growing inside of you and so I'll give you some extra multivitamins given you've had a miscarriage before." Doctor Kristina answered Sasa's words.

Tears must have flowed straight from both of Sasa's eyes that wet his cheeks, he really did not expect that he was currently pregnant with twins . Sasa constantly thanked in his heart for the gifts and opportunities given by God for the umpteenth time. Doctor Kristina smiled at Sasa's expression, she then helped Sasa tidy up his clothes and gave him a photo of the USG results.

"I will prescribe a variety of multivitamins to the mistress of all and some special multivitamin supplements to the mistress Duran and the mistress Hector who had experienced a previous miscarriage , ' she said , this multivitamin is useful for strengthening the content, especially Miss Durran who is pregnant with twins ." Doctor Kristina said while writing the prescription .

Hearing the words of Doctor Kristina made Selena, Carolina and Gracia instantly speechless and staring at Sasa , they were very shocked when they heard the words of Doctor Kristina who stated that Sasa Sasa had a miscarriage . Because all this time they did not know about it, their surprise was increased when they found out that the big lady was pregnant with twins.

"Is it true that doctor Kristina madam said.?" Ask Selena with teary eyes .

"About what.?" Ask Sasa back with a smile

"About you ever miscarried." Answer Gracia quickly .

"Yes and it's over so don't need to be taken into account anymore, after all now I get much more than before." Sasa replied with a smile trying to hide the cause of her miscarriage .

"When and how did you miscarry, then why didn't you tell us this.?" Selena asked sobbing in guilt.

"There is no need to be taken up again because remembering it will only make me feel more guilty to my second child candidate ." Sasa replied softly while touching his still flat stomach .

Hearing Sasa's reply made Selena, Gracia and Carolina immediately hugged Sasa tightly . They were very guilty because there was no Sasa by the side when it happened, while Sasa could only smile when hugged by the three Lumenta brothers . The three lumenta brothers finally let go of Sasa's embrace when Kristina's doctor finished writing the prescription and asked them to buy a multivitamin at the pharmacy.

Selena finally can only smile at hearing Sasa's decision, she then took her car to follow Sasa's car from behind . After driving nearly thirty minutes Sasa and the Lumenta brothers finally arrive at a very luxurious restaurant , the restaurant is in a place on the edge of the canal that has a very beautiful view . Sasa had already asked the restaurant attendant to decorate one room for where they were doing a surprise party , because there was still four hours Sasa and the others finally went to a spa place located not far from the restaurant to relax the body and face before doing a surprise party .

"Have you sent Mr. Archie a message.?" Selena asked Sasa while enjoying a massage on her face .

"I've already sent a message to his phone, but it hasn't been answered ." Sasa replied with a smile .

"Oh so, maybe they're busy madam it's okay we're here first just enjoy these massages ." Say Selena quietly .

"It seems so, yes it's okay anyway we still have a lot of time to relax here ." Sahut Sasa slowly .

Selena smiles at Sasa's words and Carolina and Gracia are also enjoying the same treatment , soon the four of them fell asleep because of the gentle massages the therapists gave on their faces and other limbs .

Durran International

Archie, Rico and Gustaf have been busy discussing cooperation projects with investors from Mexico that will soon be realized , they haven't even had lunch because they've been too busy discussing Durran International's first major project since Archie's arrival in Canada .

Mariza the secretary also looks busy with her work at her desk , because it was almost one o'clock in the afternoon Mariza was seen busy arranging food for Archie and his two men were in a fairly large tray . Slowly Mariza walked closer to Archie's closed room, after knocking on the door shortly afterwards out Rico invited Mariza to come in .

Rico finally asked Mariza to arrange the food on the table near the sofa, Mariza quickly arranged the table so that she could put the food she brought . While setting the table accidentally he sees an incoming message sent by Sasa on Archie's unlocked phone, which is , since Archie and the others were busy quickly Mariza deleted the message that Sasa had just sent .

A smile rattled on Mariza's face when she managed to erase Sasa's message asking Archie to come to the restaurant, she slowly put Archie's phone in its original place so as not to create suspicion . After finishing arranging the food Mariza also came out of the room Archie with a flowery heart because it managed to delete the message Sasa .

"You won't always be happy Farasya." Mariza said in her heart as she glanced sharply at Archie who was still busy staring at her laptop screen along with Rico and Gustaf .
