The sound of footsteps belonging to a group of men dressed in all black was clearly heard from the registration place where Sasa was sitting on the floor crying for his son who would not get treatment if he did not make the payment first .

There were screams of some women who looked frightened when the group of men passed by , someone of them even thoughtlessly floated his feet towards the glass door so that the glass door was in a mess hit by a kick from the man .

" you're all looking to die !!!!! " shouted a man whose voice was familiar to Sasa .

" ricooo." said Sasa lirih when he saw the owner of the voice .

Some people directly beat up the two guards who tried to force Sasa out , the cashier's staff who had been very strict with Sasa were also hit by a slap by Rico's men as well as two sisters who threatened Sasa to remove baby Arthur from the ICU room . The room suddenly heard screams for help from some of the hospital's female staff who were being taught by Rico's men . Sasa just covered both ears hearing the scream, while Rico was seen intervening to beat up the doctor who rejected baby Arthur .

Rico hit the man's doctor's stomach with both hands, the doctor's heartbreaking scream was not heard by Rico he just wanted to keep beating the unprofessional doctor .

" Rico stop !!! " shouted doctor Frans who came with Archie who was still wearing his patient uniform .

Rico seemed not to listen to the words of doctor Frans he then kicked the doctor who had been sprawled

" you can kill him Rico !! stop " said doctor Frans who had held Rico's hand who had held a tray containing bottles .

" a jerk like this must perish from this world Frans, otherwise he will arbitrarily use his power !! " chanted Rico as he raised one leg preparing to launch his next action .

" Rico !!! " cry Archie in a cold tone .

Hearing Archie open his mouth makes Rico stop his madness as well as the other Rico guys . Rico dropped the iron tray in his hand and walked up to Archie while cleaning the blood of the male doctor who had been exposed to his raw bogem with a handkerchief .

" where was the child treated ? " ask doctor Frans to the male doctor who has been lying on the floor .

" there's an ICU room" the doctor replied in a stammering voice .

Hearing the words of the man's doctor made the doctor Frans immediately ran followed by some of his assistants, they moved quickly to see the condition of baby Arthur who only installed the infusion .With deft doctor Frans treat baby Arthur whose body temperature is very high it .

Archie just glanced sharply at the bloodied people on the floor because of the actions of his men, Archie's gaze turned warm when he saw the wife who was still sitting on the floor with a pale face .Slowly Archie walked up to his wife , lovingly and longing Archie hugged Sasa lovingly .

" sorry mas came late dear " whispered Archie keelinga Sasa .

Sasa was just speechless he couldn't say anything , it felt like his tongue had gone mute from crying earlier . Only the warmth in his heart showed that he was happy , Archie tightened his embrace on the wife who was crying without the sound .

Slowly Archie took off his embrace and touched Sasa's thin cheeks with both hands, he looked at Sasa with deep regret and made Sasa cry even more because he felt guilty .

" pardon me, please forgive your stupid husband" said Archie Lirih

Sasa just nodded slowly with quivering lips, seeing Sasa in fear made Archie even more compassionate with Archie slowly peeping at Sasa's pale lips to calm his wife . Sasa who was shocked when kissed Archie actually immediately cried with a loud voice, he evaporated his emotions in Archie's arms . Archie also let his wife cry as much in his arms .

Seeing the couple crying makes Rico's eyes teary, he felt relieved because his best friend managed to meet again with the wife . Rico then went back to taking care of the people who had already made Sasa suffer, with one look at his men instantly acting . They manage to read the code Rico gave them, quickly they forcefully pull the people they just taught that lesson to . It looks cruel but it is worth their arbitrary actions on patients who are in need of medical services .

After seeing the cctv footage that showed the careless attitude of the hospital staff to Sasa made Rico very angry, he drove his car at high speed with ten of his trusted men . Arriving at the hospital Rico immediately beat up the people who blocked his steps to where Sasa was, he also felt sick to see Sasa treated unpleasant let alone to beg and scream for baby Arthur . Archie who was on his way did not say a word made his men afraid , they could feel a great anger from Archie so they spoke nothing during the trip other than coordinating with the Ricans who had arrived first in the hospital .

After Rico went with his men to bring the person who had been given Archie's lessons then invited Sasa to sit on the bench, he slowly leaned Sasa's head on his chest . The couple was silent while speaking through body language , Sasa hugged Archie's body tightly by inhaling the scent of the body of the man he loved the same thing happened to Archie who seemed to enjoy the situation by continuously peeling Sasa's forehead touching the cheek wife and caress her long hair . A warmth that they had missed four days for each other .

Shortly after, Dr. Frans came out of the ICU room, lowered his mask, sat down next to Archie and patted his best friend's shoulder slowly .

" how ?" ask Archie briefly .

" he's really your son, he's stronger than we thought" replied doctor Frans with a smile .

" thanks Frans !! " said Archie with a faint smile .

Doctor Frans nodded slowly then got up from his chair towards the front room where Rico was asking for treatment for the people he had been teaching , when he almost got to the door Frans stopped and walked back towards Archie .

" please enjoy time with your wife, your son is fine . My part is done now your part is taking care of Sasa, see your wife is so messed up " whispered doctor Frans with Spanish that Sasa does not understand .

" bastardo podrido" replied Archie with a faint smile .

Doctor Frans merely pointed two fingers at Archie as a sign of peace, he then actually went to Rico's place and let Archie be with Sasa .

" what were you talking about ? " tanya Sasa stammeredly .

" hemm ?? oh it's not Frans just telling Arthur that his condition has improved and is now sleeping " replied Archie gently .

" oh "sahut Sasa slowly he then returned to silence in Archie's arms .

" apologin Sasa mas "bisik Sasa lirih after a long silence .

Hearing Sasa's words made Archie more tightened his embrace on Sasa's body .

" mas is also wrong with you, sorry mas also " said Archie with teary eyes .

" let's forget everything that's happened yes, it's important everything is fine " replied Archie gently .

" sasa was very afraid if something happened to Arthur mas , Sasa was afraid of hiks .. "said Sasa while holding his hand .

Archie smiled at the attitude of his wife he just stroked Sasa's hair slowly .

" so tomorrow if you want to run away with the mas tax so that nothing happens...
