After learning of her pregnancy Sasa looks more careful in eating food cooked by her servants, she is also seen to reduce some physical activity that can harm the fetus in the womb . Because she remembers her experiences during the miscarriage first, Sasa did not want to harm her son anymore because it was too active as before .

Sasa gave his experience to the three Lumenta brothers, he also gave more input to Selena because Selena also had a miscarriage just like her . They were also seen preparing to do a surprise party for the husbands in the near future after finishing doing the USG scheduled today together .

Sasa looks excited to go to the hospital that has been determined with the lumenta brothers , he and his three wives will perform ultrasound in a hospital that is quite famous in Quebec where the hospital is only specifically serving mothers and children . Sasa recommended the hospital because to avoid the suspicion of Frans '' doctor, he was afraid that if doing USG in the hospital where Frans' doctor worked then their plan to give a surprise would fail .

"Bik, I have some business outside for a moment please take care of Arthur ya ." Say sasa quietly while cleaning the face of Arthur who just finished eating.

"Your mistress is calm." Answer Rani while smiling.

" aakkk bbbb iiii..." Little Arthur cried out in distress to Sasa who was preparing to leave.

"Dear mom go away for a minute." Sahut Sasa quietly stroked little Arthur's hair affectionately.

"aaaaa aaaakkk." Rengek Arthur asked for a sasa sling, he seemed to know if he would be left by his mother left .

"Why the hell my son is spoiled once this morning, mom went out for a while yeah . I have business with aunty Selena aunty Gracia and aubty Carolina briefly, Arthur at home is the same as Rani ." Sasa whispered softly as he kissed Arthur's cheek with anxiety.

"Hwaaaa...aaaaa "Arthur's cry immediately exploded when he heard Sasa's reply it seemed he had understood the words of the mother .

Having made a schedule with the doctor agreed before with three lumenta Sasa finally asked Rani to take care of Arthur , he did not want to come late because after doing the USG test they will immediately look for a restaurant to make a surprise party that has been agreed before .

After trying to persuade Arthur to want to be with the nanny Sasa can finally leave the child , he immediately went by car to the hospital mother and child who had agreed in advance where three Lumenta brothers were also going there . Thirty minutes later Sasa finally arrived at the intended hospital and immediately parked his car in the parking area available in front of the hospital , her smile expands when she sees Selena's car getting into the parking lot.

"Hi mistress, muach .." Sapa Selena on Sasa while hugging Sasa tightly .

"You guys aren't stuck in traffic, are you ? you see, there was an accident at the fork when I was on my way here ." Said Sasa while returning Selena's embrace.

"Not too jammed madam ." Gracia replied with a smile .

"Thank God ." Sahut Sasa while hugging Gracia and Carolina together .

"Yes let's go in. We register first ." Take Selena while hugging Sasa's waist tightly .

Sasa and her twin sisters nodded slowly in response to Selena's words, The four of them then went into the hospital and walked to the regristation table to register . After completing the data and some other forms, a nurse guided the four of them to the third floor where Kristina's doctor was located . Doctor Kristina is a famous obgyn doctor in Quebec, not just anyone can meet her because of her busy schedule .

Sasa could easily make an appointment with Kristina's doctor because she listed Archie Duran August as her husband, as a pretty influential person the name Archie was also known by medics in Quebec . Therefore Sasa could quickly get a schedule to do USG with the three Lumenta brothers .

"Welcome Mrs Durran, it's an honor that you're willing to come to this little hospital." Greet doctor Kristina while extending her hand towards Sasa .

"I'm lucky to meet you doctor and thank you for your time ." Sasa replied as he gently grabbed Kristina's hand .

"The three of them ....

"They are wives of my husband's right hand doctor ." Sasa's speech cuts off Doctor Kristina's words .

"Well it's really amazing today I was visited by great women ." Kristina's doctor said, Selena, Gracia and Carolina alternately .

"Well then let's just get started please mistress all sitting on chairs and we'll do the USG tests in turn ." Doctor Kristina said kindly .

Sasa and the three lumenta were sitting in the chair that had been shown earlier by Doctor Kristina, they then one by one did a USG test starting from Gracia whose position was closer to the bed .

After five minutes later Gracia was back in the chair while carrying a photo of the results of USG where the fetus is only 3 weeks old so it has not been clearly seen the shape , gracia's face was beaming in disbelief when she saw the photo in her hand. Carolina finally walks into bed to do USG with doctor Kristina who has been waiting for her , shortly thereafter Carolina got out of bed and rejoined her brother and twin sister with Sasa by also carrying a photo of her fetal USG is still 2 weeks old .

When it was Selena's turn she looked more groggy because she remembered her previous miscarriage, Selena was afraid that she was just hallucinating because she was expecting too much of a baby in her stomach. Aan but after being reassured Sasa and his two younger siblings Selena was finally back excited and convinced to do the USG test . After doing USG for almost four minutes Selena finally sat back on the chair with tears that had flooded her beautiful face while continuing to thank her for her 4-week pregnancy .

The three Lumenta brothers hugged each other and cried by holding a photo of the results of the USG in their hands, respectively , they are very grateful to be able to get pregnant with a distance that is not too far from each other Sasa can only smile to see the three of you ask it to cry.

"Mrs Durran let's go please ." Said a young nun while patting Sasa's shoulder .

"Oh yes ." Sasa replied in stern words .

Sasa walked slowly to the bed for a checkup where Kristina's doctor was greeting her with a smile.

"We're starting ya madam ." Said Kristina doctor while putting Sasa's stomach tool that has been smeared with special gel.

"Please doctor ." Answer Sasa kindly .

Doctor Kristina also began to do the examination, she was seen slightly pressing Sasa's stomach using a tool when doing the test while staring at the monitor screen . After twirling around using the tool for a few minutes a look of shock flashed on Doctor Kristina's face making a little worried .

"What...what happened to the doctor. ?" Ask Sasa in panic.

"Please lady look at the monitor ." Answer doctor Kristina quietly .

Sasa then turned his gaze away and immediately stared at the monitor screen in front of Kristina's doctor.

"The doctor.......
