24. Traumatizing

"Don't come any closer. Toloooong" Ellie's loud scream surprised the sleeping David with a sitting position to lay his head on the bed. He immediately woke up, rubbing his eyes that felt heavy to open.

"Shh... Shhh... Ellie Ellie, you're just a dream. Don't be afraid I'm here" David wiggled Ellie's arm slowly.

The girl's eyes were still closed, but her hands were twitching in the air as if she was pushing away anything that would come close. His feet were kicking restlessly. His lips were rummaging indistinctly.

David catches Ellie's hand and holds her tightly. "Wake up this is just a dream, you're safe here. Wake up" she said trying to wake up Ellie who seemed to be having a nightmare.

Ellie immediately opened her eyes and woke up and sat down, but she took off David's grasp violently. The girl cried sobbing hugging her own feet. Dunked his face in both lutu.

"El, it's me David. You were just a dream baby" said David slowly.

Ellie looked up at the source of the voice, her consciousness returning. His hands were raised rubbing the rest of his tears on his cheeks. "I'm sorry, I think someone else".

David approached to hug her, but Ellie shuffled back she felt like de javu. Like the bad thing this afternoon is going to happen again, he's traumatized.

David finally understood he was back in the chair beside the bed. Silence, only the sound of the clockwork seconds of the wall was heard and the sound of the crew. Like the sound of a hungry stomach.

Ellie was ashamed she covered her face with both hands. "I'm Laper Mas" he softly dared not look at David.

David smiled amusedly "not to be ashamed of the laper". He walked to the table in front of the sofa. Roy bought some bread and other food.

The man opened the bag and searched the contents. He walked back to the bed with a bread torn chocolate and cheese flavor and a bottle of mineral water.

"I can eat myself Mas" Ellie elak as David was about to bribe her. Again the man sighed softly he gave up. Then sit down again in the chair.

After finishing a pack of bread and drinking. Ellie lay down again, she started to get sleepy after she was full. Before he closed his eyes. The girl turned her head anxiously towards David who was sitting on the wooden chair beside the bed.

"Mas, you sleep here too right?" ask Ellie timidly. To be honest, he was very frightened if he was suddenly kidnapped again when alone.

"I can sleep on the couch later, you don't be afraid I won't leave you alone" she replied smiling.

Ellie smiled back then she began to fall asleep again. After having a bad dream it seemed like his strength had drained out.

David stroked Ellie's long hair slowly, pulling the blanket until the neck covered the girl.he then moved towards the sofa and continued his sleep.

During her two days in the hospital, Ellie was forced not to go to college. And for two days David never left him for a second. The man always accompanied her in the room and also when bored of the hit sometimes accompanied Ellie a walk in the hospital park.

David did not go into the office nor did he go to teach. For business he left it to Roy his confidant. And for his students he only gave assignments.

Ellie's physical condition has improved, she has been released from the hospital. Although from the outside he looks cheerful and fine, but actually the incident of being kidnapped and almost raped has traumatized him.

Every night he had nightmares, the same events continued to haunt him and were present in his sleep. If it was two nights ago when he woke up from his nightmare there was always David accompanying and calming him.

But what if he's at the hostel? Oh of course there's Novi the best friend who will accompany him, it's Ellie's thought anyway.

Thursday morning as she was leaving for college, her phone rang.

"Hallo?" greet Ellie.

"I'm ahead, what time do you go to college? ask David. The one who called was David. Ellie's in a hurry to see who's calling.

"Where does that mean?"

"Front of the kost"

"What? What's to do?"

"Get you, I'll take you to campus"

Suddenly disconnected, Ellie accidentally turned off the phone.

"Nganter to campus?" Which really is? Does he want everyone to know about this relationship?" Ellie monologues in heart. He nodded his head without a nod.

Ellie opened the door, and a white car was parked out front. In it sitting in the steering chair is none other than David.

The man lowered his head slightly to see Ellie from the car. "Let's go up" he said, smiling very sweetly.

Ellie who had been upset at once her bright face cheerful annoyance evaporated somewhere. "I can have diabetes for a long time see him every day" he said.

"Mas, don't bother picking me up. I know you must be busy too. Two days ago I didn't go to the office, did I? It must be a stack" Ellie said when she was in the car.

"No pa-pa, this morning I also have a schedule. So all of us. Last night was a nightmare again? said David who now looks like his face turned to worry.

"Yes" replied Ellie lethargic.

"You want to go to a psychologist? You have to heal".

"Let's know Mas, the hospital fees that yesterday I still owe you. Then if you make a fee to the psychologist again, it seems that you need a lot of money, right?"

"That's all easy don't think, as long as you're cured I don't have a problem. Enough do'a sholehah's wife that I need" David replied in a slightly seductive tone.

"What's? Wife?" ellie was surprised. He was surprised because honestly the girl had somewhat forgotten the wedding plans of those who stayed two days away.

David frowned wonder "you forgot?"

Ellie clenched her lips tightly and closed her eyes, not daring to answer let alone look into the hazel eyes of the man beside her.

The situation was very supportive of Ellie at that time the car they were riding in had arrived at the campus parking area. Ellie quickly removed the seat belt and got off.

"I'm first, I want class. Thanks for the ride" Ellie said and smiled sweetly. He waved at David who was dumbstruck left when his question had not been answered. His pace was faster and he was a little running did not want people to see him coming with David who was none other than his lecturer.

Two hours of class took place, when the lecturer ended the lesson Ellie spread his gaze all over he was looking for the figure of Winda. "Ah that's him" he waved his hand towards Winda.

But unexpectedly Winda looked up and hurriedly got up from his seat and rushed out of the classroom. Ellie immediately chased him to the front of another class.

"Winda waitin, I want to talk" cried Ellie, she continued to run after Winda who ignored him and continued to run away.

Prancing...

"Aaw sick" said Winda. The girl fell over something but what?

Apparently Novi's leg that stuck out deliberately stopped him.

Winda fell down to kiss the floor. Ellie rushes to help him, she helps Winda wake up.

"Well all right?" ellie asked Winda who was trying to take her grip off.

"Go there! Do you want to chase me? I have nothing to do with what nimpa elo yesterday" said fierce Winda.

"Winda plis, don't think we're friends.You why would you trap me and conspire with Ragil? Do you know what he did to me?" ellie's words hit Winda's heart.

Willa honestly did not know what Ragil's plan was to take Ellie from campus at that time. All he knows is that Ragil will take Ellie away and the girl helps Ragil's plan.

Ellie, Novi and Winda were already in the campus garden sitting on a long wooden bench overlooking the pond not far from the classroom.

Winda sobbed at Ellie's explanation of the bad events that had happened to him yesterday. He did not expect Ragil to do that.

"I'm sorry El, I really didn't know it was going to happen. Sorry I huhuhuu" said Winda sobbing bitterly. She held Ellie's hand tightly as if begging for forgiveness for her actions.

"Gue I'm sorry elo Win" said Ellie sincerely his hand rubbed the hand of Willa.

"Gue nih ya witness, look out for the brave elo assortment of Ellie again, I botakin nutmeg you arent!" nichi said there was still a little emotion.

Winda snatched an upset but did not mind the three of them hugging and laughing together.
