Creating an Accelerator

"So... Where is that thing?" Nathan asked who didn't see the order there. Nathan could have guessed a bit that Li Shi had yet to make his ordered item.

Hearing a question from Nathan, Li Shi who originally looked sad immediately tried to put on a happy face as if he had no burden at all.

"Come, follow me..." Reply Li Shi while taking Nathan to an object covered by a used cloth curtain.

Proudly Li Shi then opened his curtain and showed the tool that Nathan had ordered from since last night. The object is nothing but an artificial heart that is able to pump blood like human property.

But unfortunately the blood-driving device made by Li Shi seems to be problematic, with the random placement of the wires and the object still using rechargeable batteries.

When Nathan examined it more closely, there were several other problems such as a heartbeat that was too fast, and the fluid turnover that would later be used as a substitute for blood was reversed.

"How, what is it that you ordered? I did it in just one night!" Asked Li Shi who was already satisfied with his work.

Nathan showed an unhappy expression and shook his head. "To work on a pacemaker overnight I admit you're quite talented. But as for the result, there are still many flaws..."

While commenting on Li Shi's pacemaker. Nathan tries to touch the pacemaker, but the unexpected happens where the object immediately explodes like a balloon and makes Nathan exposed to splashes of fluid.

Seeing his artificial pacemaker explode and expose Nathan to splashes of plasma fluid, Li Shi frantically attempted to wipe Nathan's clothes as well as the man's face.

"I'm sorry!" Pinta Li Shi with a terrified look on her face while helping to wipe away the plasma liquid in Nathan's clothes.

Nathan looked displeased and took the cloth in Li shi's hand to wipe his own face. Nathan still did not expect that his ordered item would explode easily to the touch.

"Did you use the material from the trash to make it, until it exploded like this?" Nathan asked as he wiped his face.

Li Shi's facial wrinkle instantly became nervous and he could not deny what Nathan had said about the materials he used.

"Chihui.... Actually I don't have enough money to buy the material that should be used, and because the time is also fixed so I am forced to use makeshift materials...." Reply Li Shi while laughing awkwardly and scratching his cheeks.

Hearing Li shi's reply instantly made Nathan snort in annoyance and take out the blueprints of the pacemaker placed on the table.

Upon seeing the blueprint, Nathan immediately understood why Li Shi said that he did not have enough money to buy the original material.

"Let's say, I'll just buy your blueprints for half the price promised before. How's it?" Nathan asked who felt that Li Shi was unable to make an artificial pacemaker that was very complicated.

Half the price referred to by Nathan was certainly still quite a lot, but for Li Shi the money was very less to cover all his debts.

"I don't sell it for half the price. Can you raise the price again. I need money to pay my debts so my sister can survive. I beg!" Said Li Shi prostratingly pleading before Nathan.

Seeing Li Shi prostrate pleading to him, naturally did not make Nathan feel comfortable and directly told the man to stand up immediately.

The desperate attitude shown by Li Shi to pay the blame to his own sister, made Nathan uneasy at having to be the man's only hope.

Nathan then took out his Black Card and was about to give it to Li Shi. "Alright I'll help pay off all your debts. But on condition that you be my assistant while working on this project..."

Not yet had Nathan finished his words, Li Shi immediately cut and snatched the man's Black Card very quickly

"I agreed to be your assistant for even a thousand years. Then I'll go first!" Li Shi said before leaving Nathan at his home.

"Hey! Don't forget to buy the ingredients!" Shouted Nathan in a loud voice for Li Shi to hear him because the man was running so fast.

After being left behind by Li Shi, Nathan becomes confused as to what to do now at the man's house. Now there was only himself and Li shi's younger brother on the second floor.

Although Xiao Mei was a beautiful woman, but Nathan certainly would not touch the girl or even do anything contemptible to her.

Nathan then sits down at Li shi's desk full of tools and tools. Looking at the tools available there, Nathan decided to install his project by creating an accelerator that will be the power core of the Echelon android body.

Using a junk robot material he found in the garage, Nathan begins to assemble and work on an accelerator device.

On the other hand Li Shi who was now in the bank to take money with a bright face. After withdrawing some money with the permission granted by Nathan, Li Shi immediately rushed to meet Zi Mao the loan shark.

Upon arrival at Zi Mao's headquarters, some of the Zi Mao's men who saw Li shi's arrival at their headquarters were irritated and were about to beat up the man again.

But their actions were instantly prevented by Zi Mao who happened to be there. The 40-year-old man was seen coming out of his base with two comfort women beside him.

"What are you coming here for, son? Can't you pay your debts and want to sell your sister to me?" Zi Mao asked with a grin.

This question made all of Zi Mao's men laugh and in fact they were also impatiently waiting for the arrival of Xiao Mei whose body they could use to satisfy cravings.

Irritatedly Li Shi threw a sack filled with money of 5 Million Yuan or the equivalent of 11 billion rupiah more in the presence of Zi Mao and his men.

"I want to pay all my debts complete with the interest. Please check it!" Said Li Shi while holding back the feeling of being annoyed that many had already been deceived by them.

Zi Mao looked incredulous at the words from Li Shi and told his men to check the contents of the sack. Until after checking Zi Mao immediately looked shocked how Li Shi could earn that much money in such a short time.
