Chapter 66. Change of Mind

"What?!" nathan asked in shock and disbelief.

"Suster Tantri, say it again!" doctor Davin's orders. Perhaps Nathan had not heard clearly, he thought.

"I was the one who chatted to Chila at the time."

"Don't ever lie to us, you admitted this because you threatened him, right? Tell me the truth then I can protect you from her oppression," Nathan said so as not to let sister Tantri make up the story just for fear of the threat of doctor Davin. It's very unwanted.

"Yes, I was threatened, but what Davin's doctor said was true, I lied to Chila" sister Tantri said.

Doctor Davin looks to sigh in relief. She hoped Nathan's attitude would change to her after this. He might be able to unite with Fazila without Nathan's support though because the most important of all is Zidane's blessing as Fazila's father. However, Davin's doctor does not want to forge a rigid relationship with Fazila's family.

Fazila who heard Sister Tantri's confession was furious and immediately got out of bed.

"Chiro!" zidane's exclaim prevented his daughter from descending, the boy is not doing well. So, can't go anywhere just yet.

"Pa, just a minute!" please Fazila with a pitiful look made Zidane immediately crumble, nodding and helping his daughter down.

Fazila walked over to sister Tantri's side and grabbed her hair and pushed her body violently without Zidane expecting it.

"Aarrrgh! Kau–" Sister Tantri grimaced then stared intently at Fazila's eyes as if waving an aura of hostility.

"Chiro!" shouted the three men in the room while running towards Fazila. Zidane hugged his daughter to avoid overdoing it. This is a public place where a lot of people are passing in front of Fazila's open-air nursery and Zidane doesn't want to add to the problem.

"What's this?" Isyana who had come out and just entered again, shocked and confused by what had happened, even her daughter's face looks reddened. He approached Fazila and looked at Doctor Davin's face because he felt the man was making a tantrum. Doctor Davin himself could only bow, powerless to resist even with a facial expression. Isyana is Fazila's biological mother whom she must respect as well.

"What does sister mean by all this? Sister know? My life was almost ruined because of Sister!" fazila shouted in a fiery voice while pointing at the woman's face. The actions of sister Tantri not only caused Fazila to almost die at the hands of thugs, but her chastity was almost taken by force. It was truly an act that the girl's heart could not tolerate.

Sister Tantri smiled cynically, she was so upset by Fazila's treatment earlier.

"It's not because of me, but because you're an easy person. Ask anyone to believe the chat I sent you? If it wasn't me or Davin's doctor who sent the chat, you'd still be coming, right? So don't be cheap!" sent by sister Tantri, who was humiliated by Fazila's treatment, the woman even forgot that there was doctor Davin and the Fazila family.

"I'll find another assistant and you can work with someone else!" doctor Davin.

"Go away if you still want to live free. Don't let Nita just call me back!"

While sister Tantri was still standing expectantly, waiting for a decision that might still change.

"Sister, Doctor Davin doesn't want to talk to you anymore!" fazila.

Sister Tantri breathed a heavy breath and then approached Fazila and reached out.

"What do you want?" inner Fazila while glancing at sister Tantri's hand.

"I'm sorry," sister Tantri said as she continued to extend a hand making Fazila link her eyebrows together. Confused by sister Tantri's rapidly changing attitude.

Though inwardly wondering if it was sincere or just a trick to get Davin's doctor to change his mind, Fazila still accepted sister Tantri's helping hand after seeing nods from Isyana and Zidane.

"You haven't won, it's not over" sister Tantri whispered in Fazila's ear.

Fazila smiled wryly, apparently the nurse was just pretending to apologize. It seems he must be vigilant.
