DOCTOR DAVIN AND SANTRI BARBAR

DOCTOR DAVIN AND SANTRI BARBAR
Chapter 38. Wedding Invitations

A few months later.

Dawn was rising in the eastern horizon, slowly and surely a bright sunlight penetrated through the window of the room whose curtains were half exposed in the room that Fazila and his friends lived in.

The bright light that dazzled the eyes made Fazila immediately open her eyes.

"From friends, why don't you wake me up?" he got up from a lying position and rushed to grab the towel. With a slightly shaky step from a sudden awakening, Fazila walked out of her room towards the bathroom.

While crossing the other sisters' rooms, Fazila saw that they were all ready in uniform.

"Well, what time is it?" The furious Fazila instantly accelerated a step.

Arriving in the bathroom, Fazila cleaned up in a hurry. Finished, gushed him back into the room with a run.

"Where are you from?!" sergeant Fazila as he watched the three friends leisurely walk into the room. Fazila was really upset. He could have been late for school because his friends did not want to wake him up. They really think Fazila.

The three of them did not answer, their faces looked pale.

"What's wrong? Why are you guys expressing it like that? You guys got bitten by zombies or vampires to the point of running out of blood so pale-faced like that?" Fazila spoke in a loud voice.

The three shook their heads making Fazila even more upset because they did not want to make a sound.

"Surge!" ketus Fazila then went into the room and nudged the arms of his friends. Without asking much more questions, he immediately put on his school uniform.

"Chila school is off, Nyai Fatimah's parents are dead," Qiana said, then removed her uniform from a long skirt and long-sleeved hem.

Fazila froze, shocked and in disbelief. Yesterday Nyai sepuh it looks healthy. However, whose name is human does not know when the death will pick up. Especially those who are elderly, it must be more prepared because logically closer to death.

"We deliberately didn't wake you up because you were menstruating. No need to pray, right?" andin said next.

"So when we were in uniform was about to wake you up, but outside the crowd so we ran to check" continued Anggita.

"And it turns out Nyai sepuh died, the school for today is closed, the boarding school is grieving."

Fazila nodded weakly and then released the uniform that was not completely attached to the body. He wears everyday clothes.

"Then we have to go there," said Fazila as he put up the veil of Paris in a hurry.

The three nodded and followed Fazila's footsteps from behind. Arriving at the residence Nyai sepuh already many mourners who defend condolences.

The santri both men and women filled the porch of the house by reading the holy book of the Quran. Escorting the departure of Nyai sepuh with the chanting of sacred verses that touch the heart.

Among the rows of santriwan there Izzam who glanced at him, he had just finished reading Yasin's letter and now rose up to help the ustadz to prepare the bathhouse. Some santri men are also seen installing binoculars in the yard as a shelter for people who participate in tahlilan events later.

Fazila bowed, saying an excuse as she crossed the people sitting on the porch. He asked permission from Nyai Fatimah to see the face of Nyai sepuh before finally participating in teaching.

Fazila finished his retreat to prepare food for the mourners who came that day. In the kitchen help the mother.

The more daylight, the more mourners came, while the bodies were finished being buried.

"Chila, look who's coming!" andin said with a smile of his own. Fazila frowned, puzzled by her friend's strange behavior, no wind no rain suddenly smiled meaningfully.

"Chila, please take this food to the guests!" the kitchen officer's orders.

"Okay Mak" said Fazila and grabbed a plate filled with food. As usual he immediately brought to the female guests because the male guest already had a male santri on duty.

"Well Mr. Kyai," said Fazila while nodding and holding the plates closer towards Kyai.

"Excuse me!" Fazila sat hunched over and arranged a plate filled with food one-on-one in front of the male mourners. Actually he was uncomfortable, but he had to obey Kyai Miftah's order which he thought was strange. Unlike usual, Kyai gave this kind of task.

"Sorry my Chila so ask for your help, Izzam and others still seem to have not finished giving food to other guests," Kyai said as if answering a question in Fazila's heart.

The girl nodded with a smile.

"It's okay Mr. Kyai, this is not a difficult task really," said Fazila tried to be relaxed when in the heart is not care because it is within the scope of the adult men.

"Chila, how are you?" The sound of someone making Fazila who was about to put a plate raised her face.

Fazila's hands shook when she saw the voice's owner's face.

"Doctor?!" As if transfixed Fazila was unwilling to take her eyes off of doctor Davin. Somehow he was always met with the man even though Davin's doctor had threatened never to appear in front of him again if he did not accept his application the first time.

The plate in Fazila's hand shook.

"Be careful Chila!" doctor Davin did not want the plate in Fazila's hand to fall on the floor and break. If that happens it will definitely embarrass Kyai Miftah to his guests and Fazila could get into trouble.

"Chila, you don't have Alzheimer's disease, do you?" kyai Miftah asked with a worried look on her face.

Fazila hurriedly placed the plate in front of Davin's doctor and inched away.

"It's okay Kyai, suddenly I'm dizzy. Let me go back to the room."

"Well, go and rest!"

"Oh yes Mr. Kyai came here in addition to being condolent and want to give this," said doctor Davin while thrusting a paper in front of Kyai Miftah.

The curious Fazila stopped her steps and glanced at Doctor Davin.

"What is this, a wedding invitation?" ask Kyai Miftah while flipping through the wedding invitation paper.

"Yes, sorry if the moment is not right, but if it is not given now he is afraid not to come here again because after this we will be very busy. I hope Mr. Kyai can understand it."

"Yes, it's okay. I am happy that the doctor will finally get married as well" said Mr. Kyai with a thin smile. He was so happy that finally a student who was traumatized by marriage was now getting married.

Deg.

"Doctor Davin wants to get married?" inner Fazila.

Fazila's heart was racing. The girl suddenly got nervous. He still wouldn't have if Davin's doctor had been with another woman.

"Well, if only I had the courage

If I had accepted him, my heart wouldn't hurt like this." Fazila held his chest. Her cheeks were tearful without her noticing.

"Ah Chila, you are still as cute as you used to be" said Doctor Davin when he saw Fazila staying in a place like a statue.

Seriate.
