"My son's collaboration, wake up baby," said a soft voice. "Dad has come."

"He will be my amazing successor!" shouted a large tall man from the end of the hallway filled with darkness.

"No, what are you doing?!"

"This is for the survival of our nation!" That huge tall figure barged in. His face was filled with mucus and blood slowly licking all over me.

"AHHHHHHGG!" kahar shouted as he woke up to open his eyes.

The mysterious voice continued to be heard throughout Kahar's dream. Kahar woke up in shock, like he had just fallen from a tall building. A very bad dream he thought.

"That's a dream?" ask Kahar to yourself, try to calm your mind.

Kahar felt as if he had just been caught up in a terrible nightmare. With trembling hands, he grabbed the glass beside his bed and looked at himself in the mirror. However, what he saw left him shocked once again.

Kahar was surprised once again. He noticed that his normally ripe sapodilla-colored skin had turned pale and had a very dull look. In addition, he was also surprised to see that he was wearing protective armor. The armor looked like it was from the scales of a fish, it could be felt by Kahar upon touching its texture.

The armor that covered the chest to the foot itself looked like the armor of an ancient warrior. He felt strange and nauseous while using the black-colored object. When he wanted to release it, the armor seemed to fuse with his skin.

Kahar's head became hot, as soon as he ran into the bathroom soaking his head.

Kahar had no idea what was going on with him and became even more fearful as he felt as if something was following his every move. He felt like he was being followed by something that could not be seen by the eyes of an ordinary human.

With a pounding heart, Kahar decides to call Clara. Three times Clara's phone rang. Not lifted. The fourth time, Kahar's phone was picked up.

"Come here! Don't ask too many questions" cried Kahar.

"What's wrong?" ask Clara.

Kahar hung up the phone. His body felt heavy when he was taken walking. He sat on the floor with his armor. Ten minutes he lay there until the boarding door was knocked.

"Nahar!" call Clara.

"Come in" replied Lirih Kahar.

Clara enters and finds Kahar's body lying listlessly on the floor.

Clara panicked and closed the door. Clara did not recognize Kahar at first because of his drastic changes. However, Kahar was able to convince her by mentioning some secrets that only the two of them knew.

After Clara was convinced that the figure in front of her was Kahar, she immediately helped him get up from his sprawled position on the floor. Kahar looks very weak and Clara doesn't know what to do.

"What happened to you, Kahar?" clara asked as she held onto Kahar's hand tightly.

"I don't know, Clara. Everything feels so weird. I felt as if something was wrong with me," Kahar replied with a gasping breath.

"You should see a doctor immediately. Maybe you're experiencing something abnormal" suggested Clara while helping Kahar stand up.

Kahar. "No, I can't go to the doctor. I'm afraid they can't find what's wrong with me. I feel as if something is threatening my life" Kahar replied with panicked eyes.

Clara was very confused as to what was going on. He didn't know what to do to help Kahar. However, he knew that he had to do something immediately if Kahar wanted to survive.

"Alright, then I will find someone who can help you find the answer to what is going on with you" Clara said as she held onto Kahar's shoulder.

"No, I don't want anyone to see this. Get me a drink!" pinta Kahar with energy remaining.

Clara walks into the kitchen with a glass of water to Kahar, who is still lying on the floor of her room. After preparing the water for Kahar, Clara returned to the room and gave the water to Kahar. "Drink, this will help you feel better" Clara told Kahar.

Kahar nodded and started drinking the water with a breath of breath. After he finished, he exhaled and said, "Thank you, Clara. I feel a little better now."

Clara was relieved to see Kahar starting to feel a little better. However, he still felt confused by what had happened to Kahar. "Kahar, may I ask what you did last night in the storm?" clara asked while sitting next to Kahar.

Kahar paused for a moment before finally saying, "I don't know for sure what I did last night during the storm. I just remember that I felt really tired and ended up falling asleep. Then, I woke up to this state."

Clara felt increasingly confused by Kahar's answer. He did not know what else to do to help his friend who was in an abnormal condition. However, he must not give up and must keep trying to find a solution to Kahar's problem.

"No way," said Clara.

Clara recalls a conversation she had with Kahar on the app before the storm. He remembered! Kahar uses a sacred necklace given by his father.

"That song and that poem!" clara said as she pointed to Kahar's chest.

"The canyon and the poem must have had a relationship" Kahar said with a blank look towards the wall. "Lantas, what should I do?"

Clara thought for a moment. His eyes were staring at Kahar's necklace. "If the necklace has a 'source of power' as the book says yesterday. Let go, "clara advised.

Kahar without immediate refusal followed Clara's advice. The necklace hanging from the neck. The ticking of the needle kept looking for the number thirteen, nothing changed.

"After using that necklace, what else did you do?" Clara asked again.

"Reading my father's poem" replied Kahar.

"Read again!"

Kahar read the poem without looking at the paper. He has memorized every temple. His tongue was tired, only in a whisper could he recite the poem. Sure enough, slowly the armor fell out and became ashes.

Clara was amazed at what she saw. Kahar's skin was slowly turned into sapodilla mature again. Three minutes of stressful process until finally Kahar returned to his original form. Clara and Kahar are finally able to breathe a sigh of relief.

"How do you feel?" ask Clara.

"Ever better."

Clara noticed Kahar's back had recovered from the fish scales. Not a single remnant, each side came apart with the armor. Kahar does not know what to do or how to express, he is happy because his illness is cured but he is also strange with the new thing happening.

"Kahar, this." Clara took out a scale buried in ashes. He looked at her quite seriously. Clara put those scales in her pocket.

"We have to clean this up before Uncle Samsul gets home." Kahar tried to get up but his body was still very weak. He tried again, but still failed. He felt that all the energy in his body had been drained away. He closed his eyes while sighing deeply.

Fortunately there was Clara beside him who was ready to help. Clara helps Kahar to stand up and takes him to bed. Kahar felt very grateful that Clara was always there for him in times of need.

"Thank you, Clara," said Kahar with a still tight breath. "You're always there for me."

"It's okay, Bang. I just want to help you," Clara replied with a gentle smile at Kahar.

Kahar then asks Clara to keep this incident a secret from others. He was afraid that if this incident spread, then it would be the subject of discussion among the community.

Clara promised to keep this a secret. He understood how important this was to Kahar.

"I'll keep this a good secret, Kahar. You don't have to worry. I will always be there for you" Clara said, holding Kahar's hand gently.

Kahar felt very relieved after hearing Clara's promise. He knew that Clara was a trustworthy person and would never spread this secret to others.

"Thank you, Clara. I'm very grateful to you" Kahar said in a voice that sounded weak.

Clara smiled gently at Kahar and stroked her hair gently. He feels happy to be able to help Kahar and become the place where Kahar depends. He promised to always be there for Kahar in times of need.

Clara cleaned up Samsul's uncle's boarding house and threw away all the ashes. He told Kahar that Kahar's chipped scales would be kept. Kahar agrees. Kahar was also still thinking about his dream.

After doing the cleaning, Clara sat by Kahar's bedside which still looked weak. Clara was grateful to be able to arrive on time.

Kahar turned his face away, he started telling me about his dream last night. Dream about the conversation of two strangers. In the dream there were two people who argued with each other fiercely about something that Kahar could not remember.

"How do they look?" Clara asked curiously.

"Dark, I only see darkness. The dream felt very real, as if I had just experienced it."

"Are you sure it's not a memory of the past?"

"Come," Kahar replied in a weak tone.

Clara felt that the dream last night had something to do with the strange thing Kahar had just experienced. He felt that the dream was a sign that Kahar was still harboring a big secret. And, Clara was confused as to why Kahar's scales had come off. Clara tells Kahar she needs help to understand what happened to her. He also advised Kahar to examine the scales of Kahar to Professor Setiawan.

"Kahar, I feel that you need help to understand what happened to you" Clara said, holding Kahar's hand gently. "Maybe you can examine your scales to Professor Setiawan. He's one of the experts in this field and maybe he can give you answers to your questions."

Kahar was silent for a moment. He felt that Clara's suggestion was something wise. He felt that Professor Setiawan was the right person to talk to about what had happened.

"You're right, Clara," Kahar said with a still-hot breath. "I'll give my side to Professor Setiawan. Maybe he can answer the questions I have in mind."

"But I will keep secrets about my change."
