Chapter 15: The Regrets

Arlo takes Eylaria home to the woman's apartment. During the trip he contacted his personal doctor, Dr. Bella and make sure all the handling procedures she has to do on Eylaria.

If Eylaria still does not wake up tomorrow and feels strange symptoms, she will bring Eylaria to do a blood check.

Nicole is waiting in the lobby when Arlo takes Eylaria into the apartment lobby, after getting a phone call and word from Nicolas, Nicole immediately rushes to Arlo to meet at Eylaria's apartment.

Nicole helped open the apartment door, her face visibly riled up to see Eylaria falling asleep with medication.

“Loe sure Ey is nothing? Or are we going to the doctor?” Nicole asked as Arlo put Eylaria into the bed.

“Gue asked Dr. Bella´s. For a while he thought Eylaria was okay, only going to sleep soundly until tomorrow afternoon.”

“Till tomorrow afternoon? Very long?” Nicole Exclamation.

“Hmm..., at the earliest he wakes up tomorrow morning. Later you go home, not good with Bram if you stay here, you also still have to go to the office right..,”.

“I drive you home and wait for you to wake up, make sure you don't show any strange or problematic symptoms, do you feel anything bad?” Ask Arlo for attention.

Eylaria pondered for a moment before replying, feeling her entire body.

“No, it just still feels very, very sleepy..” Replied Eylaria who realized last night she drank orange juice that had been mixed with medicine.

“Good..., let me know if you feel anything bad..,” Said Arlo feeling relieved because Eylaria looks fine.

“Hmm... Did you stay here all night?” Eylaria asked noticed Arlo's work shirt that looked the same as yesterday.

“Hmm....,” Replied Arlo nodded his head, permeating a little unkindly at Eylaria.

“Where did you sleep?” Tanya Eylaria made sure.

Arlo pointed towards the mattress, on the side of Eylaria's side bed. Eylaria's face shriveled in embarrassment, it didn't matter if Arlo slept in her bed, but she was embarrassed because Arlo saw her sleeping and how bad she was while sleeping.

“Sorry if I'm sassy, I have to make sure you're okay all night.” Arlo said in an open voice apologizing because he was staying without permission.

“Not what...,” Reply Eylaria briefly.

“Alright...,” Eylaria replied according to, because she does still need to sleep. Suddenly he remembered something and walked up to pick up his bag, then picked up the contract documents that were yesterday.

“This..., the contract document has been signed..” Serah Eylaria on Arlo who received it with a dislike face.

“What is still important discussed now?” Tanya Arlo became serious.

“What?” Eylaria asked who did not understand why Arlo suddenly became angry.

“Because of this contract document, you know what almost happened last night? Do you still not understand?”

Her heart ached considering how Arlo has been treating her coldly, carelessly and grimly lately. Plus last night, he felt so scared and helpless alone, he thought he would not survive last night. When lunchtime arrives, Eylaria uses her sick license to meet Nicole. They promised to meet at a cafe next to where Nicole's office works.
