The festival had ended, Now Noran had to take care of the south to hold the kobolds.

"I'm Noran." said Noran.
"Only Noran?" Lisa surprised.
Noran only had one name, it meant that he was an ordinary folk who became a noble.

"I'm grateful to you for saving me from the kobolds' attacks" Lisa said.
"You in the car?" Noran did not expect Lisa to be in the carriage.

The horse on the racecourse quickly headed towards the crystal city, after a long time passing through the snow-filled streets, Noran finally reached the crystal city.
The outer fort has been seen, with many buildings inside the fort. Then, there was another fortress at the top of the valley, protecting part of the valley basin.
Noran drove his horse towards the mansion, now that his mansion had been completely finished. Noran looked at the room filled with expensive furniture.
"It's like a five-star hotel." murmured Noran.
The luxurious three-story mansion, who doesn't like it. Noran walked into the mansion, looking at the 20 servants lined up neatly, all of them beautiful young ladies in maid clothes.
"What's this?" Noran was surprised.
"Welcome, sir." said the servants.
A white-haired old man who was combed back, wearing butler clothes, red pupils and wearing glasses.
"Welcome, sir" said the old man.
The servants lowered their heads as Noran walked in front of them. Noran approached the old man.
"What's your name?" ask Noran.
"My name is Grim sir." said Grim, smiling at Noran.

Every female servant had a level 35, this was quite good, and they had skills useful for their work.
Duke Aaron is seen walking towards her, his expression looking so happy, making Noran wonder what makes him happy.
"A fun party" Duke Aaron said.
"Well, what a great party." said Noran.
Duke Aaron came up to him, looked at him seriously and placed both of his hands on Noran's shoulders.
"It's time for me to come back, make sure you visit me" Duke Aaron said.
Duke Aaron exited the mansion, boarded his horse carriage and headed towards the Rosvelt region.
All the nobles also returned to their respective territories, Sin and the others rushed towards Noran.
"It looks like I have to start working again" Noran murmured.
"Master, the crystal city has been completed in the wake, there are 2,000 people who want to become new residents" said Sin.
"2,000? Where are they from?" ask Noran.
"From the Tartanes region, sir." said Sin.
"Well, I'll meet them" Noran said.
Noran came out of the mansion, as he was about to ride his horse, a coachman brought a luxurious horse carriage towards him.
"Master, get on this horse-drawn carriage" said Grim.
There was no flag nor symbol of any noble family, it was a horse carriage for Noran.
Noran then boarded the horse carriage with Grim accompanying him, the horse carriage walking towards the city gate.
Thousands of people were seen marching in front of the main gate, with 1,000 soldiers as well as 300 civilians, the city still lacked the manpower to open butcher shops, clothing stores and others.
Noran then went down, seen about 50 soldiers lined up to secure them, rioting might have occurred if he was off guard.
