Two days later.

Kay, Zoe, Ian, and Aaron. They stood in front of a tomb. Tears and cries without sound.

The clear water dripped, soaking the cheeks of the four princes Damar Wicaksana. They did not expect that such a terrible thing would happen right in front of the gate of the house. Shortly before Ayumi drove the car at high speed, they got into an argument.

*Ayumi keeps calling and is urged by her parents to get engaged to Zayden, the man who assumed full control of the Wicaksana family business after Damar's death. The girl was frustrated that Zayden turned her down for Zesa. He came to the Wicaksana mansion to meet Zayden but the man was not home.

Kay warns Ayumi to stop chasing her sister. He knew that Zayden's heart would not waver because of Ayumi. Kay doesn't want Ayumi's heart to get hurt later.

"You're just jealous because I decided to get engaged to Zayden, right?" Ayumi asked in a high tone.

His eyes widened, staring sinisterly as if Kay was a barrier to his relationship with Zay. In Ayumi's heart, Kay still had a beautiful place. Her love for Kay is still the same as before, but the pressure from her parents makes Ayumi choose to stay away from the Wicaksana family.

After Damar died, his parents forced Ayumi to return to Indo. Not only did it force her back, but it also forced Ayumi to establish a relationship with the family. The longer, the more depressed he felt.

"I love you, Yumi. I don't want you to get hurt later. Brother Zay loves Zesa and that's not going to change. Stop wishing and go back to Canada" Kay said.

Without a second thought, he spurred the car at high speed, breaking through the newly opened fence by the gatekeeper.*

Zesa and Zayden were taken to hospital in critical condition. Ayumi died on the spot after her car hit the fence wall of a neighboring house. After Zay and Zayden's bodies were blown away, the car could not be controlled and eventually crashed into a wall.

The speed of the vehicle makes the car hit hard. The front of the car ringsek and Ayumi's body was pinched. His head was pierced by broken glass and he died instantly.

"You killed my only daughter. I will not forgive you!" Ayumi's father yelled, cursed, and even threatened Damar's four adopted sons.

"We're sorry, if only we had arrested Ayumi back then. Maybe this ..," said Aaron, representing his younger siblings.

"Your apologies can't bring my son back to life. Go ye! Go!"

"I'm sorry we. We .. excuse me," said Kay and the others.

They attend Ayumi's funeral because the girl was their best friend since childhood. They had not expected Ayumi to suffer such a tragic fate. Moreover, it was related to their families.

"I have to go to the office. Which one of you will accompany Zesa in the hospital?" asked Aaron to his brothers.

"Well, there's a commercial shooting out of town" Kay replied.

"Let Zoe alone. Ian has a photo shoot, right?" ask Zoe, make sure.

"Yes. I can't change the schedule." Ian confirmed Zoe's words.

"alright. We split up here. We got Zesa on you, Zoe," Aaron said before leaving in his car.

They bring their own cars because they have different schedules and activities. Only Zoe can be as hearty as not going to work. Zoe is the head chef and largest shareholder of the hotel where she works. In other words, he is the boss.

Zesa sat on the couch reading a novel. He stared at the mobile screen with an online comedy novel. All the funny scenes in the novel did not actually make Zesa smile as usual.

At the time, Zayden hugged Zesa tightly. Because of this, Zayden was the one who suffered the most impact when he hit the sidewalk. Zesa had to use crutches for a while.

He was injured in the leg and elbow. For a time, Zesa had to remain in care until her legs could completely move without crutches. However, Zesa did not want to be treated separately from Zayden's nursery.

"Bored" he murmured softly as he looked out the window.

"You want a walk out?" asked Zoe who had been standing next to Zesa since five minutes ago.

"Zoe! When did you come?"

"Five minutes ago. You're too serious to look at me" Zoe replied as she moved her lips.

Zesa smiled faintly. He was indeed too focused on gazing at the clouds that were freely marching in space. His mind was on Zayden.

"Sorry, I—"

"No need to apologize. Come on, let's go for a walk," Zoe asked as she pushed the wheelchair ahead of Zesa.

"I can walk. Why use a wheelchair?" Zesa scowled as she looked at the wheelchair.

She feels like a paralyzed girl in a wheelchair. However, it would be uncomfortable to walk down the stairs using crutches. Although there is an elevator, Zesa does not want to take the elevator. She was traumatized after being trapped in an elevator while working as a janitor.

"Okay, the elevator, huh?"

"No way!" Zesa answered quickly.

"alright. That means we have to take a detour to the basement" Zoe said.

"Where, just don't take the elevator" Zesa said as she got off the couch and sat in a wheelchair.

"Not that, you're the flower delivery guy, huh? When did you become a janitor?" Zoe pushed the wheelchair while inviting Zesa to chat.

"I've worked in several places before becoming a flower delivery man. One of them, being a janitor at a hotel," Zesa said, smiling bitterly.

If recalled, she was like Princess Cinderella in a fairy tale. After going through many sad things, she became a rich princess. Unfortunately, he did not feel happiness with his parents.

Luckily, there are five adopted children of Damar Wicaksana who are able to complete Zesa's loneliness in the mansion. Zayden became his girlfriend. Have a protector willing to give up life to protect it.

They were walking around in the park behind the hospital. The morning sunlight feels warm greeting the skin wrapped in patient clothes. The moment they returned to the inpatient room, they were shocked instead of playing.

Zayden wasn't in the nursery. Zoe went to the bathroom but nothing. Zesa cried softly accompanied by shoulders that rose and fell irregularly.

"Calm down, Zes. I'll ask Doctor Hadi. Brother must be fine," said Zoe to calm Zesa.

Is Zayden really okay? Was he taken to the mortuary or recovered and was walking outside? Zesa was only able to guess without certainty.
