You'll Be Mine

You'll Be Mine
Detained two weeks

Day by day passed. A year passed with great pressure. Zesa erases her love for Zayden.

He avoided any familiarity with the young masters. Zoe once protested because Zesa was also cold to her. However, the girl flinched.

“Hah ...,” sigh Zesa with a tightness that presses the chest.

Today, he will say goodbye to them all. The debt agreement has been settled and it is time for Zesa to get out of the Wicaksana house. While he was busy tidying his clothes into the suitcase, Sumirah shouted loudly.

“Mother!” pekik Zesa ran out of the room.

How surprised the girl was when she saw Sumirah lying on the floor beside the bed. Zesa helped her get up and lay back on the bed. Sumirah's body temperature was very high, Zesa could even feel it when the woman was breathing.

“Mother fever. Zesa will be looking for a doctor. Mom, wait for Zesa for a moment,” he said in a panic.

All the young masters had already gone to do their respective duties and obligations. There's only one way to ask for help. Zesa went to the main house, the house where Damar Wicaksana lived.

“Who are you?” ask the maid who has never met Zesa at all.

“I–”

“Let him in, Rum! He's a waiter in the side mansion,” said a heavy voice from the direction of the stairs.

Damar smiled at Zesa. They did not greet each other for long. The man had never been to Zayden's house unless there was something important.

Last time, they met when Zayden was sick. It was the first time Zesa and Damar had met. This is the second meeting. Damar greeted Zesa kindly.

“What's up, Zes? You don't usually come to the main house. Is there a problem?”

“Bu Sumirah is sick. Can I call the family doctor for him, Big sir?”

“Sumirah sick? Brought to the hospital only,” Damar replied with a worried face.

Sumirah had been working for him for a long time. He took care of the five adopted children of Damar until they were adults. For them, Sumirah is not just a babysitter and domestic assistant. They consider Sumirah as part of the Wicaksana family. Hearing her pain, Damar of course felt anxious.

“But, there is no one at home, Sir,” said Zesa with a bewildered face.

“Let me take the car.” Damar offered himself.

“What does not interfere with your time, Mister?” asked Zesa with a downcast face.

He had no intention of asking his employer to deliver, but Damar offered to. Zesa was afraid that Zayden would be angry with her. He wanted to leave without any problems.

“Who do you think ... Sumirah is? I consider him my family. So, this is not disturbing at all,” Damar replied in a cynical tone.

Damar was offended to hear the girl's words. He looked at Zesa sharply. The girl was trembling in fear. Damar's sharp gaze was similar to Zayden's.

A tone of voice capable of making the feathers bristling instantaneously, as well as a sharp gaze that intimidates full of dignity.

“I'm sorry, Big sir,” Zesa said quickly.

“Prepare clothes and other necessities. I'll wait in front,” Damar's orders.

Zesa nodded and turned away. He stuffed some clothes into the bag, then carried Sumirah out. Damar was waiting in front with the car door open. Sumirah and Zesa sat in the rear passenger seat.

Damar drives the car at high speed.

Fifteen minutes later, they arrived in front of the hospital lobby. Zesa brought Sumirah in, while Damar went to find a parking space. The girl's phone was accidentally left in the car.

“Ke ... Kemala? So, Zesa is the daughter of Kemala!”

The woman in the past whom she deeply missed turned out to be the mother of the girl who became an assistant in Zayden's house. If he had known, the man would have asked Zesa to meet him with Kemala. At least, he can just say hello even though he can not be together anymore like before.

Damar had no intention of disturbing the Kemala household. At first, he wanted to answer the phone call. However, the call has been interrupted.

Too presumptuous if Damar calls Kemala using Zesa's phone without permission. Damar took the phone to Sumirah's treatment room. The phone goes back to its owner.

"Thank you, Mister. Forgive me for bothering you," Zesa said, staring in the shade at Damar.

Damar began to look at the girl's face and smile. At first glance, he remembered the smile of Kemala. They have the exact same smile.

"... An's! Master!" Zesa called out several times because Damar looked at her without blinking.

"Huh?"

"I'm sorry, I'm talking loudly to you, sir. You daydreaming?"

Damar just shook his head. Other than Kemala's smile, the man saw something else from Zesa's face. The girl turned out to have eye color and eye shape that was very similar to her.

'Why do his eyes look a little like mine? I remember, Kemala told me that she was pregnant when I was married to my parents. Could ….'

Zesa bid farewell to Sumirah inside the ward. The middle-aged woman held onto Zesa's arm firmly, as if they would never meet again. His heart was full, but the time had come. Want it or not, he has to go.

"Sumirah is sick and they don't like the waitresses from my house. Stay while Sumirah is treated. I will pay twice as much to take care of Sumirah" Damar said, interrupting Sumirah and Zesa's discussions.

"But, Tuan—"

"I beg you" said Damar, pleading.

He touched Zesa's shoulder and took the girl's hair silently.

"There was something just now" he reasoned.

"Oh. Thank you, Mr." Zesa smiled thinly while tidying up her hair.

"Either. So, please take care of Sumirah for the next two weeks."

Damar held the girl. He wanted to ascertain his assumption. Keep the doubts that he had in his heart for a while while waiting for the results of DNA tests from Zesa's hair that he had stolen.

Zesa glanced at the hand that was unwilling to let go of her grip. The affection that grew over the past year made the girl finally succumb. He was willing to hold back his return for two weeks to treat Sumirah.

Zayden entered the treatment room in a hurry. Upon receiving a call from Damar that Sumirah was ill, the man left the meeting room, handing over his duties to Aaron. The man was very worried to see Sumirah lying on top of the nursery bed with an infusion needle stuck in his wrinkled skin.

However, Zayden was slightly relieved as Sumirah greeted him with a smile.

"I'm still alive. Why are you crying like that? Better, you bring a future wife if you want me to recover quickly," continued Sumirah.

"Who would marry me? They must be afraid to see a future mother-in-law like you," Zayden replied, giggling amusedly.

"Zesa .. only."

Zayden was silent for a moment. He looked at the girl who stood up without greeting him. The two glanced at each other and Zesa turned her face away.
