Samuel breathed a long breath.

"Caren, the doctor says your anemia is coming back. Why Caren? why did you become like this. The Caren I knew was an independent woman, though gentle, but you were a woman of principle. Why are you being like this?" samuel asked who seemed so concerned about Caren.
