Who is My Real Husband?

Who is My Real Husband?
39. The Beginning of Retaliation

"Rinjani, how did you get here, why?" Mr. Surya finally made a sound after tens of seconds had passed.

"I should have been the same Dad. Why do you think someone's tomb is nangisin?" Rinjani's eyes then down towards Pak Surya's hand.

Not wanting to ask questions and waste more time, he took the photo. Mr. Surya who is not too focused on the situation is not able to maintain the sacred object.

"Rinjani you don't misunderstand me. That's a good friend of Dad's."

"So this girl is Dad's best friend? This is the same woman that was once sent home. Dad said it was just an edit, and now it's a good friend. Dad put a fetus in him, Daddy has a son with a good friend Dad? What kind of betrayal is this, Dad? Is this woman also called Arum? What did you ever ask Rayan? This the guy? Yeah, they're the same guy? Answer me Daddy! Why are you quiet?" Rinjani a little hysterical with eyes that have been splashed with clear liquid.

"Dear, relax. Talk about this at home, it's not good to fight and yell at the tomb like this."

"Dad knows who he is? Do you know who Arum is? He's Daddy's sister. He's Dave's aunt. What kind of a fuck is this?"

Rinjani ignored the sedative words from her husband. He is still emotionally charged and cannot control it well. Disappointment, heartache, and sadness that mengesak his feelings are now crammed in him and it is difficult for him to be redam.

Not finished with the shock experienced earlier, Mr. Surya is now again surprised by new facts. He really just found out that Miss Arum and Dave have a blood tie. So shocked, he felt tight, the air supply felt non-existent.

All were still silent when Rinjani felt a headache and before long all was blurry and, "Darling you why? Wake up, hey." Rinjani felt her body being held by her husband's hand. He also felt the gentle clapping of the man's soft hand. Unfortunately, it was hard to open my eyes.

°°°

The sun has sunk from civilization. The day is getting dark, as dark as the atmosphere of the big and luxurious house of Mr. Surya. They were in Rinjani's room with a tense situation. The series of events has been told by Dave without refutation or defense sentences from Mr. Surya.

"You've spoken enough, Dave. Now it's my turn, let me talk, let me clear up this misunderstanding."

"Misunderstand what else, Dad? I misunderstood where? I clearly heard Dad asking for the whereabouts of Dad's son in front of the tomb. My ears are still normal enough to hear what Dad says," Rinjani said quickly as if he did not accept if his father was given the opportunity to straighten out what was straight. "Now it's Dad's job not to straighten out mistakes, but rather to explain what happened. What made you commit such a betrayal? Decades I hid this from us, decades Dad lied to us, decades Dad cheated us." Rinjani was hysterical when she just regained consciousness.

"Dear, please calm down. I know it's not easy for you and Mom, but we can finish it well. I'm horrified, yes."

"You don't pretend to be pretentious in front of me! We're open now. You and I are the same. Both have rottenness. I challenge you to be blatant!"

The high tone of Mr. Surya was met with a cold gaze by Dave. They stared at each other in silence for a moment.

"If you feel like you know about my rottenness, I'm welcome to talk. I will not interrupt, deny, or deny if it is true. Tell me what you know about me. And, yes, the most important thing is the evidence. Talking without evidence is nonsense, just like slander, but more cruel than murder. But I don't think a murderer would care if slandering someone is cruel. He's just taken someone's life forcibly."

"What does it mean that you speak like that? You're accusing me of killing people?"

"Try to explain where I said accusing Dad?!"

"That's enough! Our conversation will not mean anything and end when you talk using emotions. The atmosphere is not good now, it's also a better night we rest, we talk about this with a cool head tomorrow. Free we discuss and talk now, everything will be useless because your sane brain can not be used properly and correctly. More concerned with each other's emotions, so for today alone it is better to calm down each one. Solving the problem now with a situation like this will only add to the problem. We go now let them rest!" Miss Niken made up her mind and left without hearing anything else.

Before actually leaving the child's room, Mr. Surya had a sharp look at Dave, from the man's gaze describing the fluttering of war flags that might never end until the end of life.

It's nothing Surya, it's just an early chapter. Continue your plan to find out Rayan and I. The more you find out, the same as opening your own rot.
